• Mrs Lyn Daly (9/5): Mrs Daly - Bed was really comfortable across from beach was handy and very quiet host was very helpful also. Would be nice to have a small milk in fridge i thought would have one , i would of brought if I knew. Couch was very low to ground .
• Gregory (7/5): Good spot, but it could be cleaner. - The location was good, and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was not clean. We found a lot of long hairs on the floor in the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and bedroom. There was even a hair left on my bedroom pillow and on the bed sheet. Rubbish was left in the bin, a mostly used roll of toilet paper left on the hanger, and there were dead bugs on the carpet. The floor felt sandy and dirty. The apartment needs a good deep clean. The shower could do with a door as well.

• Brock (7/5): All in all it was a great place to stay & I’m sure the wifi & toilet paper isn’t a common issue. - Very Beachy vibes with the decor & great instructions for entry & exit. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days stay, wifi wasn’t working on arrival & didn’t get sorted until following afternoon.

• Josefine (10/5): So beautiful & clean - we wish we‘d stayed longer - Absolutely beautiful place! It looked so well put together, so much attention to detail; the owners love their bungalow and probably their visitors, too, and it shows! It‘s clean and cozy and wonderful - with the sunrise over the beach lighting up your breakfast table. We were sad to only stay one night.

• Debbie (9/5): Superb - The little bungalow was cute, airy and comfortable. Clean and well equipped. Everything you needed for a longer stay if you wanted. It states a 10 minute walk to town, the walk is 26 minutes not suitable for older people.

• Heidi (10/5): The perfect little beach vibe. Very clean, homey and had all the utensils we needed! - Everything. The vibe, location, utensils, lounge room, balcony. Nothing. It was all perfect!
• Maree (9/5): Fantastic find - Well appointed apartment, that was so clean and stylised beautifully. The location was right across from the beach and a few doors down from two cafes. We walked to each cafe for breakfast during our stay and both served great coffee and food. I recommend this property. We couldn't get the vaccuum cleaner working. Due to going to the beach we wanted to clean up the sand but were unable.

• Jasmine (3/5): Poor - Well decorated. The soap and clothes washing liquid were diluted significantly. Hair was found in the bathroom drawers. The front door proved difficult to open as it was stiff. Additionally, a used toothbrush was left in the bathroom. Marks and scuffs were noticeable on the walls, and the floor was dirty. Contrary to advertised, it was not a mere 10-minute walk to the city. The bed sheets emitted an unclean odor, lacking freshness. Furthermore, there was no extra blanket provided despite the unit being uncomfortably cold.

• Norrelle (8/5): Comfy well located breezy space for a few nights. - Fairly spacious, nicely appointed, everything you need for a 1 or 2 night stay. Reasonable cooling/air conditioning. Good comms by hosts so knew how to arrive and access property. The toilet room had to be the hottest ever experienced! Had to keep the door shut so it didn't heat the rest of the space. It didn't cool down, even overnight.

• Allison (1/5): BEACH SHACK - View, pretty decor & available Inadequate air-cond I purposely left aircon on 1st mode, select 2 works just. SHACK LOUNGE ROOM NO AIR CONDITIONING. OVERPRICED for a shack & false advertising. Incorrect address 90 not 95 Farnborough Road. Code was incorrect and another provided in email which I didn't expect a 2nd. No protection from bad weather over unsafe pathway and narrow. Car little protection from hail. No lockup. Shower no soap holder. Basically shack is too hot in a heatwave due to lack of air conditioners and over priced small unit which lacks quality or safety. $300 We did not stay and didn't expect a refund. Their reply was rude and nasty.

• Barry (10/5): Very comfortable stay - very clean and well-maintained. Amazing hosts! - Excellent and well-maintained property. Perfect for a relaxed stay for a couple. Amazing hosts - we stayed on Australia Day long weekend and on a very hot day. The property is well catered for with air-conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fans, which work well. There was also an additional aircon unit in the lounge room, so the property was the perfect temperature. Unfortunately we had to contact the owners late on the Australia Day holiday as we locked ourselves out. Despite it being late on a public holiday, the owner turned up and helped us out of our predicament with a smile on his face. I'm still amazed at how understanding he was given our stupidity! There are not that many property owners that would do that! Its not that close to the main part of Yeppoon, so I think having a car would be essential. (although in good weather it would be a lovely walk into town). tHBut to us it was the perfect location, as it was away from the bustle of the main tourist location and a very short drive to everything.
• Douglas (9/5): Great accommodation but the island view is very limited. - Very clean and Very comfortable. Couch, bed, kitchen, bathroom all very comfortable to use. Nice big deck and bigger unit than I thought. Great for longer stays. Well equipped kitchen and generous food essentials available like sugar, oil, tea, coffee options. Nice decor. Shower water pressure was excellent. Smart TV that you can connect to your phones hotspot. Bedroom aircon is great. Good Value for money. ISLAND View from the deck is NOT the Island view in the photo of the listing. That photo is taken further up the hill. Does ISLAND VIEW TWO Have a sea view? Yes but a very small one. The portable aircon in the lounge is very loud and does a poor job cooling the lounge and dining area. No internet. It is Not a short 10 minute walk to town.

Half drank glass of water in fridge, condiments open in fridge, clothes hanging in bathroom. Makes you wonder if someone is else is about to walk in/staying.
