• Hortensia (9/5): La casa relax - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, sitio perfecto para desconectar, tranquilidad absoluta. La casa está en un entorno con vegetación alrededor con unas preciosas vistas, unos amaneceres espectaculares... Sí tenemos q poner algún pero es el agua de la ducha que sale con poca fuerza y algún pequeño mantenimiento de la casa.
• Lindsay (1/5): Worst holiday ever - It was clean They had changed the property from a 3bed to a 2bed and not notified booking.com. we expected a 3 which I had booked. We had to make up the sofa bed every night which wasn't easy as I am 79 partly disabled my husband is 80 and my daughter is 60 The kitchen for the 2bed was so tiny there wasn't room to do anything with only a 2 burner hob and very little counter space and tiny fridge but the 1bed that they split off had a massive kitchen with all cooking facilities. The TV didn't work I told the agent on Monday, he said he would send someone, no one has appeared and we left today Sunday.. the ground which you had to walk over to get into the property was. Very rough ground and uneven another hazard for me. Too many ornaments and clutter everywhere making it difficult to use any of the furniture to place our things I must say it's been our worst holiday

• Tatiana (1/5): - Nada, lleno de arañas y exteriores muy descuidados. Nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa desde el inicio. La comunicación con el alojamiento fue prácticamente nula: antes de llegar escribimos por WhatsApp y llamamos para preguntar por el código del cajetín de llaves y no obtuvimos respuesta. No daban información básica ni contestaban a los mensajes lo que ya nos generó bastante inseguridad. Finalmente nos llamaron una hora antes del checkin y al llegar finalmente a la casa, nos dimos una ducha rápida con la idea de echarnos una siesta para reponernos de un viaje muy largo… pero no pudo ser ya que nos encontramos con varias arañas. No una ni dos, sino muchas, repartidas por camas, cortinas y paredes. Fue una situación muy desagradable y claramente indicaba la presencia de una plaga activa. Llamamos al anfitrión y se excusó diciendo que “es una zona de campo con fauna e insectos”, pero esto iba mucho más allá de eso. Yo soy aracnofóbica y entré en pánico así que cogimos las maletas y nos fuimos sin haber estado ni una hora y cuarto en el alojamiento teniendo que buscar otro sitio donde quedarnos en el momento. A pesar de haber avisado de inmediato, no accedieron a devolvernos la totalidad del dinero alegando que hicimos el check-in. Lo cierto es que no disfrutamos absolutamente nada del lugar. Espero sinceramente que todo el dinero con el que se quedaron de gratis lo inviertan en dejar el alojamiento en condiciones y en contratar a una empresa especializada en control de plagas. Además, el exterior de la propiedad estaba en muy mal estado: maleza por todas partes, plantas descuidadas y una sensación general de abandono y suciedad. Nada que ver con las imágenes del anuncio. Una experiencia frustrante y decepcionante en todos los sentidos, que no te engañen!!
• Maria (8/5): - La reserva no era para mi, pero me comentan que las camas cómodas, y mucha tranquilidad. Para repetir Tuvieron problemas para entrar, el gestor no nos dio el codigo de acceso, pero Natalia super atenta y amable nos lo solucionó.
• laura (8/5): Me gustó mucho! - La cama es muy cómoda, el entorno donde está ubicada que a pesar de estar a 20 minutos de la capital, merece la pena por la tranquilidad y la sensación de estar en medio del bosque. La decoración, es muy acogedora. También me gustó que tiene aparcamiento y que es realmente tranquila la zona. Aunque la persona que nos atendía por WhatsApp no fue de 10, la dueña de la casa, Natalia, que me llamó directamente porque saltó la alarma, ella sí se portó genial y fue muy amable. No me gustó que las lámparas tenían muchas telas de araña, así como otros objetos de decoración. La casa estaba bastante limpia, baño y sábanas limpias, cocina limpia, pero las telas de araña se veía que eran de algún tiempo. Sé que estamos en un entorno rural y eso me encanta, no me importa ver arañas y otros insectos pero tantas telas de araña era desagradable. Por otro lado, el señor Tomás que nos atendía por WhatsApp, su atención fue más o menos. Nos falló el WiFi 2 días completos y no pudo haber solución rápida. Por otro lado, creo que deberían procurar que salga más agua en los grifos, con más intensidad, pues apenas tiene fuerza y es realmente desesperante ducharse así.

• Dumitru (8/5): Very good - A historic building at a nice location. It was cold at night and no means to get extra heating. There was a stove in the bedrrom but no firewood was supplied.
• Jelizaveta (8/5): Very good - Very pretty decor, amazing view. Well equipped , even has a tumble dryer. About 20 min ride to the city centre. Good water pressure. The house is surrounded by nature. Kitchen window lacks curtains, and it's facing the bed. The house makes loud sounds at night, probably when loosing heat, but made us jump a few times.
