- Jeanine (1/5): Terrible accommodation to stay and a rude host. - The only thing that is good is the location. The mattress of the bed was dirty, smelled, was damp and even wet. The host Marika must have been aware of the problem before we arrived because the mattress was placed upside down on the bed and the spiral side was covered with the topper. It was a Ikea mattress and this was not even suitable for turning. The communication with the host Marika was bad. While we reported the situation to her properly when we arrived and asked her to solve it, we were accused that this could never be the case and that we had caused it ourselves. So she refused to solve the problem. So at that moment we were therefore forced to book a hotel for our 4 day stay and did not spend the night there. For safety reasons, it is good for future tenants to know that there is an open geyser in the studio, while there is no carbon monoxide detector and the windows cannot be opened at night due to the noise from the street. Even after a complaint and intervention by Booking.com, the host still refuses to solve the issue. In short, an accommodation that we cannot recommend to anyone.
- Clare (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, we were able to walk to everywhere from here. Host provided botted water and fully stocked bathroom, which was an unexpected nice touch. The host also provided a fantastic video of how to obtain the key and gain entry to the apartment which was brilliant! The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was clean. From other reviews, I was worried about street noise. But we found it very quiet once the doors were shut. The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't stay longer!!
