• Mr and Mrs W. Chichester (9/5): Great apartment, good location close to Excel London - The apartment was great and it suited us perfectly. It was light, spacious clean and comfortable. We were working at Excel over the weekend which was only a five minute drive from the apartment, so therefore very conveniently located. It was also very quiet and overlooks a private garden, so no traffic noise which is unusual in London. Parking around the apartment is tricky but our host was extremely kind and helpful in showing me where to park. The equipment in the apartment could do with some upgrading; there were no tea towels or dishcloths to wipe the surfaces with. Also the frying pan had seen better days. However, there is a good toaster, kettle, microwave and even an air fryer, plus oven and hob of course. I was disappointed not to be able to have a bath as the plug didn't work, so this could do with replacing.

• Louise (9/5): Perfect quiet location near DLR - Perfect quiet location near to the DLR. Perfect for O2 & handy having a parking space. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. We have booked a stay again for next year. Thank you for a lovely hassle free stay 😊 Nothing just what we needed.

• Charlene (4/5): Cleanliness was terrible but apartment has potential if this was fixed. - The apartment was a good size and layout. Close to train. The apartment was disgustingly dirty. The tires in the bathroom and the kitchen were all sticky. The apartment clearly wasn't hoovered. The utensils and the glasses were filthy. We literally had to start cleaning just to have a meal and even after it was not clean. Professional cleanings need to be done after every stay as it was not suitable to have children in.
• Charlotte (10/5): Great location for excel and O2, huge apartment with great access to shops etc - Great location for anyone working at the Excel and also for fun for the O2 etc. very quiet, absolutely huge inside and everything you could need. There are two shops on the ground floor for essentials and it’s a very safe location. Plenty of space for families. It was spotless and felt more like a home than an anonymous apartment. Great WiFi connection, huge tv and the bed and bedding were all really comfortable. You could easy cook and dine in here as there’s heaps of space and if someone needs to work there’s a desk away from the main living space for quiet calls etc. I’d highly recommend and it’ll definitely be on my list for both work and social accommodation for concerts. • Hieu (10/5): Perfect Home-Away-From-Home for a Business Trip - This apartment was 10/10 excellent for my week-long business trip. The host was incredibly thoughtful and supportive from well before check-in until the end of my stay, providing seamless assistance. The bedroom was wonderfully cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely convenient and well-equipped. Finally, the living room space and the balcony were simply fantastic for relaxing and unwinding. A truly superb experience that I highly recommend! The only small suggestion I have for long-term guests is to provide more trash bags and toilet paper, as we ran short during the week.

• Claire (10/5): Friendly and helpful host, lovely apartment, great location - Great location, clean, tidy spacious. Was exactly as described It was warm but that’s not really the property’s fault as London is experiencing a heat wave

It was clean and WiFi was good No contact with host as for whatsapp, got a movieclip how to find the appartement but no instructions as where to find the key. Appartement was setup for 3 persons but we booked for 4 persons. When asking for an extra towel as we had only 3 towels we got a text stating it was impossible until the next morning, after insisting I could go and pick up a towel myself. Needed to ask where to find the WiFi code. A simple personal welcome and quick showing around could prevent all of this. Further bed was too short
• Rose (9/5): Superb! - I loved the location and how easy it was to travel around London. It’s located right above two shops and the dlr which was extremely convenient. The property was clean and was exactly as the pictures had shown. Comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. I can’t express enough how amazing the communication was with the owner. I would definitely recommend. There wasn’t many things I disliked and the things I will mention are very trivial/ not bothersome. The oven didn’t work but that didn’t cause any issues as there was an air fryer that did the job in its place. The low hanging lamp in the living room didn’t work and did lightly electrocute me when I tried to turn it on and got in the way a lot of the time. There was a peculiar smell in the apartment building but that did not impact our stay as once we were in the apartment you could not smell it.
• Victoria (8/5): The host was attentive, the apartment quiet and the location great. - Location was ideal for Excel. The host was particularly attentive and considerate. There were some nice touches such as a European plug converter, olive oil, salt and pepper which if you are staying for a couple of days is great. A little TLC is required and perhaps a mattress cover, otherwise all good.

• Madi (1/5): do not stay - the location was rough. i picked up the keys from a cleaners and the keys weren’t there. i then went to the apartment and it was dirty, had mold and no instructions for wifi or supplies. i contacted the property owner for a refund as i left and returned the keys immediately due to the pictures not matching and there being mold and i have been ghosted and no refund. incredibly disappointed and would tell everyone to look elsewhere. it’s also 1.5 hrs from london city centre.
• Meg (3/5): It was okay, but ditry and smelly! I would not stay again or recommend anyone to stay there. - Good location The bathroom stunk of cigerettes , very unclean. Limited utensils in kitchen. Lamp did not work in the lounge area so bright main lights had to be used.

• Rimmer (10/5): A brilliant stay in a really lovely apartment, clean, modern and great location too. - The property was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, everything we needed and also a very short walk to Pontoon DLR to connect us quickly to the underground. We were celebrating my friends 40th birthday and I asked about banners/balloons for arrival, this was all arranged and my friend really loved the surprise, there was a lovely balloon arrangement when we got to the apartment. A big thank you!! There was also a full kitchen set up, with fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster and washing machine which we didn’t need, but would have been handy if you were going with a young family and/or self catering. The only slightly negative comment is the awful smell in the corridor leading up to the apartment door, it did not affect our stay as we could not smell it inside the accommodation, however it was quite unpleasant when leaving and coming back to the accommodation.

• Lucy (10/5): Great apartment - Start off the location is fantastic, 2 minutes to the DLR and 15 minutes to the ferry which we used allot. The apartment itself is very lovely and comfy beds with all facilities catered for. Owner met us and gave us a little tour and gave the keys over. Communication was spot on , honestly no complaints. Thanks for having us. Leaving , wish we stayed longer.

All facilities and good location - Easy to get the keys with no waiting around and was shown around the apartment Apartment was clean and had all the facilities needed to make a nice stay, lounge was chill, beds were comfy and every think works how it should Location was great with a DLR station a short walk away with easy access into central London also has a corner shop at the bottom of the block for essentials, a pub short walk across the park and a cafe around the corner Apartment can get a little hot but has a fan and portable aircon unit and you can open the balcony door to keep it cool. Only thing missing would be to have some teabags/coffee, sugar and milk for the stay. not a dealbreaker though as these can be bought at the shop just downstairs or just go to the cafe on the corner
