• María José (10/5): Ideal, acogedor y cómodo. - La situación excepcional! Alrededor de pubs, tiendas y playa a 100m. El apartamento con mucha luz, limpio y acogedor. Además con acceso seguro y cómodo y un parking privado dentro. Por otro lado, Srta. Mireille un encanto! Nos trató de maravilla y fue muy amable y cercana. Seguro repetimos, quedamos muy contentas! Echamos de menos unas cortinas opacas en la habitación de matrimonio. Cuando amanece pasa toda la luz. Por lo demás todo genial!

• Viktor (9/5): Dovolená Alicante - Skvělé místo pro dovolenou, na krásné pláži jste během chvilky, tramvajová zastávka pro případné výlety je taky blízko ubytování..Obchody, restaurace, kavárny jsou v okolních uličkách. Hostitelka byla ochotná pomoct a poradit.

• Lilia (9/5): - El piso muy limpio, la ubicación es la mejor de San Juan, en la avenida Costa Blanca a 2 pasos de la playa. Hay muchos bares ,restaurantes y Tram.Nos alegró mucho que tiene plaza de parking incluida en el precio. El piso esta bien, salón grande y tiene terraza. Así que muy bien. Fuimos en invierno y pasamos bastante frío. Para calentar la casa solo habían dos calentadores, que si los ponías los dos a la vez ,tenías que desconectar el calentadores de agua o no cocinar,si no, saltaba la luz constantemente. Supongo que en verano será más fácil todo.y la cama de matrimonio pies pequeña yo la verdad pondría una cama de 150. Hemos dormido con la el bebé y fue super incómodo.

• Virginia (9/5): - Ubicación, muy completo con lo que necesitábamos camas cómodas y terraza agradable La calefacción no conseguimos que funcionase bien pero quizá fuimos nosotros que no sabíamos ponerla como tocaba, igualmente podíamos preguntado a la anfitriona que seguro nos habría ayudado pero no quisimos molestar

• Joel (10/5): - El departamento es muy amplio y acogedor para estar en Familia, y disfrutar de las bellas playas y la ciudad de Alicante. En ninguna.
• BRANKO (10/5): Perfekt boende för en familj där alla kunde få plats försig själv. - Det finns mycket plats inne och en stor inglasad balkong. Väl städat och hjälpsama värdar. Några minuter promenad till en jätte fin och stor strand. Bara minuter avstånd till matbutiker och restaurang. Några minuter till spårvagn som kan ta dig på 30 min till Alicantes centrum.

• Sylwia (4/5): Nieadekwatny stosunek jakości do ceny... - Lokalizacja doskonała, blisko do plaży, restauracji, sklepów, przystanku autobusowego. Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Mieszkanie w stanie dobrym, ale oczekiwałam lepszego standardu po zdjęciach i komentarzach.. łóżka pojedyncze bardzo niewygodne i głośno skrzypiące. Materace i poduszki mocno zużyte. Podczas naszego pobytu przez 2 dni ( sobota, niedziela) nie mieliśmy dostępu do ciepłej wody. Zarządca próbował naprawić usterkę,, ale bezskutecznie i była potrzeba wymiany całej instalacji, ale dopiero w poniedziałek bo w niedziele wszystko było zamknięte. Pozostawiono nas 2 + 1 dziecko 2lata do nastepnego dnia bez ciepłej wody i zaproponowano jedynie podgrzanie wody w kuchence...nastepnego dnia w poniedziałek po poludniu przyjechał zarządca z nowym zakupionym bojlerem i dopiero wtedy zaproponował przeniesienie do innego apartamentu, co było juz zbędne bo wymiana bojlera oznaczała przywrócenie ciepłej wody. Skoro mieli wolny apartament dlaczego nie zaproponowali przeniesienia w niedziele albo skorzystania chociaż z prysznica? Wymiana instalacji trwała 2 godziny, wiec musieliśmy czekać. Cała sytuacja była naprawde niekomfortowa i irytująca, bo zaplacilsimy niemałą kwote za wynajem, a zarządca nie chciał nawet zaoferować rekompensaty za powstałe niedogodności. Mało tego pobrali jeszcze dodatkowa opłatę 50€ za zameldowanie po 23... A Na koniec pobytu zastaliśmy jeszcze 5 cm karalucha w łazience... Następnym razem wybierzemy po prostu hotel..
• Estefania (10/5): - El trato de Mireille a la hora de recibirnos para el checkin ha sido extraordinario. Es una chica muy simpática y nos lo ha explicado y enseñado todo con mucho detalle. El apartamento está muy bien y cerca de la playa. No tiene piscina.

• Piotr (8/5): Nice area - Quiet apartment close to the beautiful San Juan beach, which is much cleaner and less crowded than the beach in the center of Alicante. There are frequent buses and trams to the center. There's air-conditioning and a dishwasher. The staff is nice and helpful.
• Anna (10/5): - Everything was perfect! The apartment is in a fantastic location — very close to the beach, but in a quiet and cozy area, ideal for relaxing. It’s well-equipped with everything you need, and the spacious balcony was a real bonus. The host was very kind and always available if we had any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

The location was absolutely perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, with local cafés and supermarkets right on the doorstep. Mireille couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay; her communication was brilliant from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and made for a very pleasant stay The childrens bed could do with extra mattresses topper or more comfortable

• Inga (7/5): Great location and helpful staff, however many litle things should be improved - Excelent location- 7 min to beach, 2 min to bus station (15-20 min and You are in the city center), 15 min to great hiking path near the coast. Nice terrase where to eat or chill. Very accommodating to allow for a faster check-in. Quite good equiped kitchen with most of basic things. The apartment is damp in cool weather, and it is necessary to turn on the heaters. One off heater was ticking if turned on. The dishes in the kitchen needed to be rewashed before first use. The fabric chairs had stains. There were no glases for wine. There are no supplies for using the dishwasher and washing machine.
• Enkhbayar (7/5): Good size apartment with small improvements - Location was brilliant. Spacious apartment and had a good kitchen with all necessary equipments to cook quick meals for kids. Mireille was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. In terms of cleaning kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned well. Having a parking space downstairs was convenient. The sofa was broken, and covered up by cushions and grimey. The bedsheets in the spare room were pretty bad so we had to buy new sheets and a blanket. The bathroom smelled after every shower because it doesn't't have a fan. However we paid less than £100 a night so I guess you get what you pay
