• Olga (9/5): One of the best stays in Rome - We were a family of 3 adults. Our stay was super comfortable and we really felt like at home there! Chiara is a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful and replies super quick. You can see that she takes care of everything in the flat with love and creates a place where guests can feel like at home. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. I was quite surprised to see different types of salt, tea and little snacks. It was definitely one of my best stays in Rome! The location is fantastic. Close to Baths of Caracalla (a must visit!). 10-15 min walk to the metro station. The location is residential, not noisy. Nothing really. Everything was good. The only thing that might come to my mind is mosquitoes. For us it was not a problem though since we bought raptor that helped us

• Dmytro (10/5): - Відпочивав тут із дітьми і нам дуже сподобалось. Апартаменти навіть краще ніж на фото. Гарний ремонт, дуже чисто, є все необхідне для відпочинку і тривалого проживання. Машина спокійно постояла на безкоштовному паркінгу поруч із будинком. До Колізею 20 хвилин пішки і далі перед вами майже весь історичний центр. Чудова велика тераса на якій приємно снідати чи просто відпочивати (на фото на терасі два столи - вони обидва для вас, бо я подумав, що це спільна територія для двох квартир). Ciara була дуже приємна в спілкуванні і особисто нас зустрічала. Дякуємо їй☺️ У кущах на терасі живе багато комарів тому раджу взяти щось для захисту від комах
• Christian (9/5): Beautiful and comfortable property on the Aventine Hill. Kind owner, nice experience - Host was very kind in providing some amenities and treats on arrival. Local restaurants and sites explained. Beds were very comfortable and the property was large and modern. Wifi and air conditioning worked very well. Difficult problem to resolve, but lots of mosquitoes, couldn't enjoy the outside part due to the sheer number of them.
• Julia (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very friendly and met us in person, showed everything and even left bowls for our dog – very sweet. The apartment was super clean and cozy, and she aired it out before we came, which was great because it was hot outside. She also helped with parking. The private garden with tables is beautiful and very atmospheric – perfect to relax. Highly recommend!

• MARIO (10/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso - L’appartamento è una bomboniera. Curato e pulito, ha un meraviglioso giardinetto dove rilassarsi. La posizione eccellente, in una zona tranquilla, ma al contempo è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi il cuore di Roma (Colosseo, Fori imperiali). Vicinissimo il Circo Massimo (5 min a piedi). Chiara è un host attentissima, gentile e premurosa. Quando tornerò a Roma non potrò fare a meno di essere nuovamente suo ospite. Nulla, tutto eccellente

Chiara, l'host, è di una disponibilità e gentilezza fuori dal comune, ci ha accolti come se fossimo di famiglia, facendoci trovare tutti i comfort di cui potevamo avere bisogno e anche di più. Ci ha dato consigli preziosi e ha reso il nostro soggiorno una vacanza da ricordare. La posizione è comodissima a tutto, silenziosa, vicina ai servizi. La casa è arredata perfettamente, ideale per una famiglia, ma anche per una coppia, e ha un bellissimo spazio esterno dove godersi la serata. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Petr (10/5): Ideal apartment for a private stay in Rome with family or friends - Excellent location close to the centre, but away from the biggest hustle and bustle. Fully furnished apartment with its own terrace, which we unfortunately did not use due to the cold weather. The hostess Chiara was very friendly, the nice decorations and special gifts (pandoro, bottle of wine, pasta) served to create the Christmas atmosphere. A working central heating system is not, in our experience, a common thing in Italy; here it was pleasantly warm after returning from the cold weather! There is free parking nearby (e.g. at the Caracalla Baths, but with a bit of luck, even closer), which was one of the reasons for choosing this accommodation. It was not quite easy to adjust the temperature of the water in the fancy designed shower, but after some time I figured out the trick, turn the taps just slightly:-) I recommend retrofitting a tea pot and a smaller one for milk, but those are just little things.

The small terrace outside is perfect to have your morning coffee. The biggest surprise was that we were offered 2 bottles of wine as a present from our host. It was a very nice gesture that we really appreciated. My only wish was that we stayed longer.
