• Patri (8/5): - El apartamento muy bien equipado y limpio. Decorado con gusto..supermercado justo enfrente. Urbanización tranquila y silenciosa con amplia piscina. Aire acondicionado y ventilador sobre la cama. Colchón y almohadas perfectas. Terraza muy cómoda para desayunar. La anfitriona muy atenta. La mampara de la ducha no es cerrada y se moja el suelo. Para ir a la playa no es fácil de encontrar el camino y es una playa muy pequeña. Al ser un apartamento tipo loft se oye mucho la nevera desde la cama

• cornelia (8/5): Klein und fein - Nette kleine Wohnung mit hübschen Möbeln. Ruhig gelegen in einer großen Anlage. Sonniger Balkon mit Blick auf Palmen. Großer, kalter Pool mit ausreichend Liegestühlen. Sehr zentral gelegen. Bushaltestellen, Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Vor der Türe gibt es eine Großbaustelle, die den Außenbereich neu gestalten. Es wurde mit schwerem Gerät gearbeitet. Es war sehr laut und unangenehm. Dauert sicher noch 2 - 3 Wochen an
• Wim1960 (9/5): Uitstekend appartement - Uitstekende communicatie met de beheerder. Prachtig schoon appartement, mooi uitzicht, groot balkon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Centraal gelegen in Costa del Silencio om het gebied te verkennen. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Breed bed 160cm en prima matras en kussens. Fijne indeling. Keukenkruiden, koffie en thee aanwezig. Wasmachine met wasmiddel. Badkamer met douche artikelen. Prachtig zwembad om baantjes te trekken en voldoende ligbedden.. Onderstaande is gemeld aan de beheerder. De douchekophouder is niet verstelbaar. Je moet de douchekop in de hand houden, dat is niet praktisch. De toilet heeft een bespaar waterreservoir. Je moet 3x doortrekken om alles door te spoelen. Onze oplossing, toiletpapier in het afvalbakje doen. Dan hoef je maar 1 of 2x door te trekken. Helaas was het tosti apparaat niet schoongemaakt. Het zat nog vol met gesmoltenkaas resten. Een schaar en kaasrasp hebben we gemist.

• Viktória (10/5): - Szép, tiszta apartman, mindennel felszerelt, nagy erkéllyel. 50 méterre buszmegálló, a közelben éttermek és nyugodt környék. A tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész mindenben számíthattunk Rá. Köszönünk mindent, még vissza jövünk.

• Virginie (10/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix - Le studio est très bien agencé et propre. Bien situé dans un quartier avec commerces, restaurants, bus. La terrasse ombragée et spacieuse est très agréable. Grande piscine assez chaude pour pouvoir nager en octobre. Je suis venue accompagné de mon petit chien sans supplément sur le prix, ce qui est très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, très gentils et de confiance. Bref, je recommande vivement ☺️

Por decir algo, bajo nuestra experiencia en agosto. es que vendría bien un segundo ventilador(zona sofá)o un aire acondicionado.

• Andrea (10/5): We were so lucky with this one. - We were so lucky with this one. We usually book Los Cristianos area but the prices went up and the traffic and parking is just getting worse… Only a few days getaway from work and the privacy of this apartment is what we needed. The complex is quiet and clean, has a nice pool area too. Recently reformed place, everything clean and spacious for a studio apartment. Well equipped and nice touches made us feel welcome. We are definitely coming back to this one the next time. Bus station, shops are very close and its only 5 minutes far from the sea. Check in and communication with the owners are easy and helpful. 5*
