• John (8/5): Only used this as a base for an overnight stay before moving onto Sorrento so it was ideal in that regard. This would al - Great location in the middle of the Spanish Quarter. Short walk to the ferry port for trips to Sorrento etc. Great communication from the owner to help us self check-in due to late arrival. Wasn’t fully aware before we booked that this is more of an Aer BnB type arrangement with no permanent reception or services - didn’t matter to us though.

• Vania Ilenia (10/5): - Il B&B è vicino a Via Toledo, a Piazza del Plebiscito, e al Maschio Angioino e qualche centinai di metri da Galleria Umberto a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana Municipio. La zona è molto tranquilla, piena di ristoranti e bar e zone pedonali. La stanza è molto spaziosa, arredata con gusto con arredi nuovi. Dotata di tutto: prodotti per il bagno, caffè, bollitore e smart tv con accesso ai propri account pay per view. Molto molto silenzioso. Gli spazi comuni sono deliziosi e molto puliti. La poprietaria è sempre disponibile, attenta. Le indicazioni per il check in e check out molto precise. Materasso molto comodo, doccia spaziosa con un bel getto potente dell'acqua. Frigo in camera. Dovessi tornare a Napoli tornerò qui al 100%. L'unica minuscola cosa che segnalo (e suggerisco) è di aggiungere un appendino in bagno.

• Giovanni (10/5): Bed & Breakfast nuovo, in un'ottima posizione, molto comodo, e tanta tranquillità - Il B&B è vicino a Via Toledo, a Piazza del Plebiscito, e al Maschio Angioino. La stanza ha mobili nuovi ed è molto pulita. La notte c'è perfetto silenzio ed è quindi ottimo per riposare. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile, e viene incontro a qualsiasi richiesta in brevissimo tempo. Lo consiglio vivamente!

The location is perfect, right in the centre on the Spanish Quarter and a minutes walk to the train station. Clean facilities and a great deal. Would highly recommend for a stay in Naples The pull out bed was a little uncomfortable

• Adriana (10/5): LOVED this place - Location! Great place to stay in Napoli, we walked everywhere. The owner (who I think I chatted by wasap the whole time) was very nice. She sent a fan to us (very hot room/building) and was very flexible with our arrival time. No key needed to go in the room, only codes wich is fantastic! The security of the place makes you feel at home.
• Anna (8/5): A lovely inn with a very clean and tidy room. Great location and welcoming owner - The room was nicely decorated and had all the perks of a hotel. The smell of the soaps was well picked and all was very well curated. The communication with the property owner was good and all my requests were taken care of quickly. Felt a little claustrophobic since the windows had to be shot with curtains so the people outside couldn’t see in. There were too many codes to too many different doors and gates. The lobby of the building smells bad. There were only two nespresso capsules for a 4 days stay.

• George (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice room with a comfy bed and a large bathroom in a centrally located posh block of flats, next to shops, museums, the opera house. Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and assorted Italian cookies were also a bonus. It is part of a spacious refurbished apartment with 4 rooms, each one with a secure code door opening, a communal living room and a well equipped kitchen. Ilaria, the host, responded immediately and efficiently to all our queries and requests. Highly recommended. The safe could have been attached to a wall
• Takashi (10/5): Excellent experience - It is located close to the port of Naples and is recommended as a base when heading to the Amalfi Coastal Islands by ferry. Before check-in, there were detailed instructions with photos on how to access the hotel and unlock the door, which helped us reach our room smoothly. The room was adequate in size and the fact that there is a door between the bedroom and dining room is good. Not only the rooms but also the kitchen and other common areas are well cleaned.

If you are taking the bus from the airport, this flat is a walking distance from the bus stop (Porto), there is no need to transfer from one bus to another. The flat is also clean and safe secured. The host is very accommodating and available for any queries and suggestions about the city. I will definitely recommend! There's nothing much to say.

• Mnufc (10/5): Naples stay - The location was perfect. It is close to Via Toledo shopping and dining. Very clean and well appointed. The security of the room was tip notch. Communication was responsive and detailed.. The taxi ride from the airport was a bit more exhilarating then I would have preferred. Of course that is not a ding on the room.

We didn't use the kitchen as we were only there for one night but it would be good for longer stays. The capsule coffee machine was very welcome, the bathroom was excellent and the room was spacious. Excellent cafe for breakfast 10 metres from the front door. A view from the room would be a bonus

The location is great, close to everything, yet in a quiet area. Everything was very clean and organized. We were very well attended to by Ilana and her staff member.

• Florinv23 (10/5): Modern apartment in a safe zone - Modern apartment suite in a modern and safe building. The apartment suite is equipped with all you need. The apartment was clean and modern. The bed was quite comfortable. We've communicated very well with our host, also in English. We've enjoyed our lightning system with configurations for every mood. We would have liked to have a small fridge in our room. The A/C didn't work in the first 2 nights but the host provided us a fan. The neighbor's apartment from the suite had the bathroom next to our living room, so we were woken up by a long shower at 5 AM.

METRO DANTE Clean , modern , well presented. Would suite a particular kind of client.... Not a real Neapolitan experience or vibe, let,s say.. Small space , little character . 4 rooms only . Owner only communicates via What,s App. South American girl there from 10am till 2 pm only. Purely a business outfiit driven by profit making ! Complicated coding system.to enter...3 different ones . Had we not been ' upgraded' to a bigger suite because of a NO SHOW , we d have had a miserable night ! The profile on booking is vague about room choice..seems pot luck prevails.

The owner of the place was incredibly helpful with information about the city, the transportation to Sorrento and helped us booking a Taxi to the airport. We also had some help in Spanish at the check-in. Totally recommended.

• Tobias (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is very attentive and communicative. You will need to use Google Translate if you don't know any Italian, but that's a non-issue. They use WhatsApp to communicate once you're checked in, so be sure to have that set up. The location is perfectly next to the Spanish Quarter and a few outdoor markets. Only a block away from the train station and only 10 minutes away from Napoli Centrale by taking the L1 train. The room is a very good size and the bathroom is pretty big as well. The property itself is within a residential building, but you'll get all the information you need to get in without any hassle. The air conditioning wasn't working, but once the weather got cooler in the evening, I was able to open the windows and cool off the room.

Easy to communicate with staff via Google Translate! We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out.
