• Cohen (10/5): Ideal para pasar unos días en familia - Muy bien equipado, muy buena ubicación, todo muy limpio, un supermercado al lado, y el anfitrión súper atento. Llegamos temprano cuando el depto aún no estaba listo y nos permitió dejar nuestras cosas dentro. Muy recomendable. Nada
• Viktors (8/5): Overall good apartment and excellent host. - 1. At the beginning low water pressure in the shower, but the host fixed it quickly; 2. It could be too low boiler capacity (80l) to accommodate 6 pax. But if you plan, then its ok; 3. Location at the end of promenade, not much to choose which direction to go or what beaches to swim; 4. Dryer was malfunctioning. It took a while to coordinate times to meet for troubleshooting and fixing. We were given a storage room for our bikes; The host replied very fast and always was ready to help. Even though the apartment is at the top floor of the building we have seen a cockroach intruder. But as we heard it is a common problem in Tenerife.

• David (10/5): - The Location was excellent - just a one-minute walk to the main seaside pedestrian zone. The apartement was comfortable for a family of five and came fully equipped with all necessary facilities. The building was very quiet. Having a grocery store only a minute away made our stay even more convenient. The complex has its own pool, but we didn't really use it due to the February temperatures. Although the host doesn't speak English, he came with his son to translate or used machine translation very efficiently to communicate in our native language. We truly didn't miss a thing. N/A

Soprattutto pulitissimo! Disponibile un prezioso posto auto all’interno del garage condominiale. Posizione ottima! Proprietari accoglienti e gentili!

• Mihaly (10/5): We had a fantastic stay in Los Cristianos - We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They prepared the apartment for us before the official check-in time, which was much appreciated. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and given all the essential information about the apartment. The host was also very flexible with our early departure, which made our travel plans much easier. The apartment itself was in perfect condition, and the photos accurately reflected the current state. It was fully equipped as described on the Booking page, so we had everything we needed. The building, including the pool and surrounding area, was clean and well-maintained, providing a calm and relaxing environment. Although it's outside of the busy beachfront area, it's just a short walk to restaurants and bars, so you can easily enjoy the lively atmosphere if you wish. There’s also a great supermarket right next door where you can find everything you need. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this place again when we visit Tenerife next time! ---

The accommodation was filled with multiple items such as beach towels, games and more which help it feel like a home. The AirCon in the master bedroom did not work which was a shame but all other units worked.

Three nice bedrooms, near is a supermarket, beach is about 20 min by walking, the swimming pool open until 10 pm. Everything was great and the host is super kind. I would like to come back again. I loved the apartment as it had all the requisite facilities. Every small detail required to make your stay comfortable was provided. Very hard to comment as everthing was provided.

The hosts paid attention to little details that made our stay fantastic. We had a little problem with the AC and Rado came right away. Very responsive, friendly and accomodating. • Alan (8/5): Well equipped and very clean apartment close to beaches, bars and restaurants - great holiday base. - We stayed with our 3 children for a week's summer holiday. We were met on arrival to check into the apartment which is on the 4th floor right beside the lift. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and answered all our questions. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The kitchen has all the facilities you need and the bedrooms have excellent storage. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and spare blankets and pillows. The pool and the complex are also well looked after. The apartment is just a short walk from the seafront beaches and bars and there is a supermarket just outside the complex which was very good value. The bus station is about 15 minutes away with links to the airport and other parts of the island. Communication with our hosts was always quick and responsive. The air conditioning is three separate units - one in the living area, one in the main bedroom and one in the corridor outside bedrooms 2 and 3. Unfortunately the unit in the living area developed a vinegary smell. The host came out twice to attempt to resolve this issue - unfortunately without success however he bought a new fan which helped but isn't quite the same as air conditioning. As another review has mentioned there are no loungers by the pool but there were a couple of older deckchairs in the apartment which we used.
• Shawn (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was very well equipped. The kitchen had nice cookware and plenty of dishes. The hosts provided plenty of towels to include beach towels. There were extra blankets in every room and plenty of storage space for our suitcases and clothes. The hosts were very responsive. The microwave did not work and when I informed them of this they came and took a look at it right away and replaced it the same day. Excellent service. If we are lucky enough to make it back to Tenerife we will be staying here again!

Apartment pristine, really nice to have a few staples in the kitchen. Would stay here again. No safe in apartment, we were aware of that. Security very tight in the complex. Local requirement to bring sunchairs to pool. But again we were aware of that.
