• Michele (3/5): Belle foto, brutto Hotel - Mi sono molto piaciute le foto che ho trovato sul booking …molto professionali, moderne, invitanti. È un Hotel gestito male. Le strutture comuni sono sporche, i tavoli della sala per la colazione, il bagno della hall, così come in generale tutto l’hotel. È evidente uno stato di abbandono. La maniglia del bagno si è staccata, all’esterno. Quindi noi stiamo facendo il check out senza poter accedere al bagno per prendere le nostre cose. Ho avvertito la ricezione immediatamente portando la maniglia. Ma dopo 40 minuti, ancora niente. La differenza la fanno le persone.

• Steven (8/5): Standard hotel which was a nice treat from my usual hostels. - Very clean, comfortable bed and nice shower. Close to the bus station and a park that was nice to run round. Staff were all ways helpful despite the language barrier. It was just what was needed for a night after an overnight bus that leaked! The gym appeared to not be open but I didn’t actually check.

• jorge mauricio (10/5): Agradable hotel y comodo - Los cuñapes del desayuno fueron mis favoritos, lo comodo del colchon del cuarto, y el personal muy educado apesar que solo me quede una noche

Sie meinte es fehlt ein Tuch, welches ich aber zehn Minuten vorher noch gesehen habe. Sie hat es vermutlich weggenommen, sodass wir noch extra zahlen mussten für das plötzlich "verschwundene" Tuch....

• Jose Roberto (5/5): regular na acomodação , contudo os funcionários foram muito atenciosos para resolver os problemas - O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente tive alguns problemas com falta de manutenção do quarto o chuveiro não aquecia no primeiro dia, e no segundo inundou o banheiro com sujeira saindo dos ralos do chuveiro e fora.

• Alvaro (9/5): A estrenar y cerca de la terminal - Todas las instalaciones están muy nuevas. El personal del hotel facilitador en todo lo que le pedimos. Elegimos este hotel por su proximidad a la terminal de autobuses. La distancia al centro es de unos 20-25 minutos andando Estuvimos en 2 habitaciones diferentes. En una las ventanas no aislaban el ruido y en la Segunda perfectamente. Importante detalle porque esta justo en la carretera del anillo 2
• Diego F. (8/5): Hotel con atención cordial, pero mala ubicación - Nos hospedamos una noche en julio de 2025 por turismo. La habitación era amplia y cómoda. El baño era amplio, con agua caliente y productos de aseo. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estadía. La ubicación no es favorable: aunque está cerca del Parque Urbano Central, la zona hoy carece de restaurantes y servicios, y no se percibe segura en las tardes y noches. Además, el wifi fue muy deficiente y desde la habitación la conexión prácticamente no funcionaba. Los productos de aseo venían en plásticos de un solo uso, lo que sería conveniente reemplazar por envases rellenables para reducir residuos.
