Important Information

Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Antoinette (8/5): Family short stay at Cowes - Loved the Spa. Accommodation was good. Location was good. Didn't like the fact that parking was limited. Kitchen was ok but essential items such as salt and pepper containers were empty. Al foil container was in the drawer but EMPTY. Toilet paper was insufficient for 11 people for 3 nights - approximately 1 and a half roll for each bathroom. Had to buy extra toilet paper. Kitchen chairs (one of them) was broken- I almost fell off it - luckily my husband was able to help me. The shower floor in the ensuit was very slippery and dangerous. Remote for TV batteries were dead. The little things that made it frustrating- luckily the shops were close so we could go and pick up stuff.

Michael (9/5): Well equipped and clean - The place was well equipped and very clean. The spa was great! Would have been better if all linen and towels were provided as now our family has an extra truckload of washing to do now we are home. The pool table was missing a foot so it was on a terrible lean making it hard to play on it.

Adrian (9/5): Amazing stay! - The house overall was amazing, will definitely come bqck on our next holiday! The one thing that we didn't like was rhe block out blinds in the front bedroom didn't block out the sunrise which made the room very bright.
