• Alan (5/5): Not recommend unless you like challenging - The apartment size is good up to 6 pax (max) as sofa bed is not comfortable and it is dirty to sleep The apartment is dirty, and the ceiling lights and socket outlet are malfunctioning. The access gate and door are very difficult to open, and the apartment has an insufficient heating facility for winter. Most importantly. there is no lift and dedicated parking slot. You have to park at your own risk and have to carry your heavy luggage to the 4th floor through a narrow staircase. Good luck to those who choose to stay at this property
• Anna (4/5): Disappointing - It had 3 separate bedrooms rooms, wi-fi was ok Dirty… It looks like the floor hasn’t been swept for a while, not even talking about washed! Lots of hair and dirt everywhere… dishes also dirty with no sponge or soap to wash… it really makes you wonder if the linen and towels were washed… In general the apartment is rather run down, including all the amenities in it as well… It should be taken care of better. On top of that we booked it only because inside/covered parking was stated. Of course, upon request, which I did when booking (a day in advance), I was told it is not available unless you book a week before. So I consider this info on booking quite misleading, if you state it, but can’t provide it or don’t mention in description that I should be booked only 1 week before the trip. And the apartment is on the fourth floor, no elevator.

• Ya (1/5): Extremely Bad Apartment. No one should choose it - Nothing. Not a single aspect is good or meet the basic requirement. This is the worse experience we never had. We booked three nights and stayed only first night and left. No refund is possible because owner is rejected saying all the issues I mentioned are small details and they do not accept refund. Booking.com should not accept this apartment online for reservation. The person who is managing this apartment is dishonest, cheating and just want to make honey out of it. It is the worst ever Apartment for my 13 years experience with booking.com. I will give a detailed comment on everything as following: Language - it is not liked what is written on booking.com apartment advertisement that owner can speak English, Spanish and French for communication. It is ONLY spanish, if you do not speak Spanish which we do not, you have to rely on google translate, and the receptionist who gave us the key simply do not care. Communication - I messaged the owner via booking on the arrival day about the arrival time. She did not mention anything about I have to contact her 30 mins earlier before my exact arrival time. Of course when we arrived, there is no one. I called the contact number given on reservation confirmation, not possible to communicate because no one speaks English. I have to add the owner in WhatsApp and using google translate to communicate how to get the key under 35 degree with my two little kids next to me at 18:30. The owner notified me just at this time for the first time I need to contact her 30 mins prior to my arrival time. The lady you gave us the key does not feel guilty or whatever due to her poor communication that we have to wait for 30 mins just on the street under 35 degrees. Area - This is a very poor living area with security warning and camera everywhere. The surrounding does not give you a good feeling or feel safe. I do not recommend any travellers to live in this area if you are not from Spain or speaking Spanish. Parking - It is nice to offer a parking place but it is also important to be able to park the car inside of this magic underground parking.
• Ileana (1/5): Book.ing shouldn’t offer a place like that. We moved from the place an hour later and lost our money. - The property is in a very bad neighborhood. It offers parking space but we never managed to park the regular sized car that we had because there wasn’t room enough for it. They showed a poster offering Netflix and free popcorn and we never managed to turn on the tv set, neither found the popcorn.
• Nikolett (10/5): Visiting a concert with children - The host is very kind and helpful. If we needed anything that was not in the accommodation, he immediately arranged and brought it. Unfortunately the heating and air conditioning did not work, but fortunately there were heaters in the accommodation.
