• Tomás (1/5): Bastantes cosas mal, los dueños y personal no harán caso a nada de lo que digas - La ubicación estuvimos mas de una hora esperando que nos traigan las llaves ya que no estaban en la caja de seguridad indicada. El personal no lee los mensajes y no responde cuando reportas un incidente. Notamos mucha suciedad asi como también goteras en los baños y las cañerías hacen muchísimo ruido, cortinas que no funcionan, la calefacción que si bien funciona, no llega a calefaccionar los ambientes. El frigorífico tiene un cajón roto, esta sucio y lleno de hielo. Hay espejos rotos en las habitaciones. Las sillas sucias, vajilla muy sucia, con pegotes y pelos. Luz fundida en la cocina. Falta ropa de cama, no hay mantas ni edredones extra y las camas son súper duras. No hay escoba ni elementos básicos de limpieza. Si no te gusta vivir en la mugre, este no es para ti.

• Sandra (9/5): Está bien para un viaje de unos días - Muy buena ubicación, después de todos los comentarios que habían nos asustamos un poco pero ha ido todo muy bien, el alojamiento tenía buena temperatura y agua caliente. El propietario ha sido muy amable y atento, las explicaciones bastante fáciles para el check-in Se oía bastante ruido de la calle, las camas no eran muy cómodas pero se podía descansar

• Muscat (8/5): - Apartment was clean, had a good location and the owner was very informative. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that one of the rooms was advertised to have a double bed which ended up being a bunk bed which was not the best to get into if you're tall.

Arrivati alla struttura ore 14:00 la caldaia non funzionava , il proprietario viene prontamente avvisato cercano di aggiustarla per 1 ora ma niente da fare , vanno via e non si fanno più sentire . Li chiamiamo e cerchiamo di parlarci anche via messaggio ma niente da fare ,ci hanno lasciato con una casa senza acqua calda e senza termosifoni in una casa con 9 gradi e una bambina piccola . Cerchiamo di lavarci con un bollitore e una padella . Non hanno avuto nemmeno avuto la cura di portaci qualche stufetta per scaldarci . Il giorno dopo li minacciamo di chiamare la polizia e non ci fanno sapere ancora niente solo la sera riescono a trovarci un altro alloggio , apro e chiudo parentesi, alloggio molto più confortevole e grande ma oggi non valuto quello . Staff totalmente assente casa sporca e in alcuni punti decadente , spero veramente che non vi succede niente di simile con dei proprietari del genere .

• Petra (7/5): In allem eine sehr nette Unterkunft. Preis-Leistung ok - Sehr Tolle Lage, zentral, underground Station sehr 200m, Bäckerei, kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants in der Nähe. Ausstattung der Wohnung es wurde an alles gedacht. Gemütliche Betten! Gastgeber sehr verlässlich und freundlich. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Böden nicht gesaugt und gewischt.

Además de esto, hemos estado toda la estancia sin agua caliente y aunque se lo comunicam - La ubicación es correcta para desplazarse por Londres pero no merece la pena por las otras carencias del piso. Además se trata de un quinto piso, del cual solo los tres primeros pisos se pueden subir en ascensor. La limpieza pésima y la atención al cliente aún peor. La televisión no funcionaba, no teníamos agua caliente, el grifo de la bañera no se podía cerrar, el lavabo del baño se atascaba…

• Guest (1/5): Vi er rett og slett veldig misfornøyd og måtte leie 3 hotellrom til 15.000 kr et annet sted. Det var skittent og lite d - Må bare sende denne mailen for å si at vi er meget skuffet over beskrivelser av leiligheten dere formidler via booking.com. Leiligheten ser mye bedre ut på bildene, og var meget skitten og udelikat. Dessutan var det ingen terrasse som beskrevet. Leiligheten ligger i et strøk hvor det var søplete overalt og trappeoppgangen til leiligheten var på ingen måte innbydende da den var skikkelig møkkete. Vi er 6 voksen som hadde booket denne, men vi måtte dessverre bruke ressurser og tiden vår på ettermiddagen/ kvelden til å booke oss hotell et annet sted. Dette kostes 15.000 kr ekstra. Vi må virkelig si at vi fikk en skikkelig dårlig start på turen til London og dette var rett og slett meget skuffende og en fryktelig dårlig opplevelse. Håper dere gjør endringer av beskrivelsen av leiligheten i bookingsystemet slik andre som kommer etter oss kan få en riktigere beskrivelse. • Annamária (8/5): - A szállás közel a vasúti, metró, busz csomópontokhoz, üzletek, éttermek, pubok a közvetlen közelben, mégsem zajos. Jó kialakítású kényelmes, a háló szobák és a mosdó elfogadható tisztaságú, a konyha és az étkező..... A lakás többi részével ellentétben a konyha és az étkező rendkívül koszos. A székeket papírral kellett letakarni hogy rá lehessen ülni, és régebbi szennyeződésről van szó, nem értem hogy lehet így hagyni.A konyhapult kívülről rendben van, azonban a fiókok, az edények és evőeszközök nem tiszták, persze ez a vendégek is múlik, mit hagy ott.A mélyhűtőfiókok lefagyva, szintén koszosan. A Sütőben valami felrobbant, az is úgy van hagyva. Mintha más takarítaná a konyhát és a lakás többi részét. Szerintem 2 óra ráfordítással teljesen rendbe lehetne tenni, és mehetne is az 5 csillag.

• nigsti (5/5): - The fact that it is next to the stations The apartment does not have lift that goes all the way up. We had to walk up for about 3 stairs. We had a buggy, two luggage’s and children with us and we were not informed about it. That was not pleasant. The cleanliness was not that much either. It has good equipment in the kitchen and that is something we appreciated. The staff does not respond on time. We had to take out ice from their fridge so their room does not get spoiled after some of the switches stopped working. There were also neighbours who reached out through our window asking us to open their door after they got locked from inside. It did not feel safe to get such a request from a stranger but it happened because the staff is not responsive.

• karin (6/5): OK, but we got not the apartment we booked. Smaller, more cramped and no terrace. - The location was ok although close to the railway station We did not get the property we booked. It was smaller and a bit cramped, and no terrace view
• Joseph (8/5): A positive stay. We had a problem at one point, which the owner readily sorted. - The property is comfortable and it was clean when we visited. The area outside can appear a bit neglected at times but that’s not the owner’s fault. Having said that the location is convenient. It’s close to Euston station.
• David (3/5): Left early - Decent location, towels, and fans. I’ll spare you most of the details, but suffice to say I only spent one night at the flat out of the three I had booked. I ended up having to book a new accommodation after 24hrs of radio silence from the host regarding a non-working water heater. Our stay can be summed up by the failure of the host and the property to meet the basics: communication was inadequate, slow and unforthcoming; cleanliness was spotty; and the accommodation lacked upkeep. And In general the property showed signs that give one a sense that the host doesn’t care much about it. Another issue, which may be out of the host’s hands, is that the building that houses the flat is a dump, with no signs whatsoever of regular cleaning or upkeep. Management clearly doesn’t give a rat’s a$…speaking of which, there is also an overwhelming smell of rat urine in the elevator to welcome you, suggesting there may be an infestation, with a colony residing in the elevator shaft.
• Reeta (8/5): Nice stay in a good location! - Convenient location very close to Euston station. Enough room for 2 adults and 3 teens. Not luxurious but good value for money. A bit noisy (due to location and British windows). No ventilation in the bathroom.

• Lorna (5/5): Passable - The location was great for Euston and Kings Cross Communication - host didn't provide details of where to get keys and respond to any messages, calls or WhatsApps asking for them. When we eventually got through we were on the train to the flat he sent then through. However, once there, the keys were not where they were supposed to be and I was on the street with my kids at 11pm at night. When eventually he picked up he advised the keys were in another safety box and we got access. Cleanliness - the apartment is tired and grubby. There are grubby marks on the walls throughout and the kitchen and upstairs bathroom would benefit from a deep clean. I don't believe a professional cleans. Comfort - the windows were draft proofed with tissue paper which fell out when we opened them to allow some ventilation from the internal shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bunk beds so could sleep 4 but there is no room for 4 to stand in remainder of room. Blinds were torn in places and curtains thin so rooms were light with sun. Main bedroom has a small double bed and another set of single bunks. Overall, I was really disappointed considering the price we paid in comparison to other properties and the pictures provided. Having stayed at many Booking.com properties, this one wasn't great but could be if looked after properly.
• Francis (6/5): Does the job but wary of the security of our stuff. - Five is an awkward number but it worked here. Good location on the edge of central London. In hindsight, some of the photos are clearly not from that location and make it look more spacious than it is. Also, it only became apparent at the end that the key box outside we were using was also being used to store keys for a other property in the same building and whoever was using that was not randomising the dials after use. Not ideal as others could have accessed our stuff while we were out. Could have been cleaner.

• Marta (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment. The living room and bedrooms are nicely furnished and clean. The apartment is located close to public transport - easy to travel to and from the city center. Bathrooms and kitchen need some maintenance. Some parts are loose and fungus is growing in some corners.
