• Pedro Luis (7/5): Ubicación fantástica, camas MUY mejorables - La ubicación está muy bien, con muchos restaurantes y cerca del centro. Dos de las camas eran básicamente, una tabla con un colchón malo y fino encima. Entiendo que quieran poner un armario debajo para tener mas espacio, pero entonces hay que poner un colchón más grueso (y de calidad) para que se pueda dormir mínimamente bien.

• Grace (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location, 2 big supermarkets within 5 mins walking distance. - lovely shower, great facilities. There was a smell of damp in the master bedroom. the mattress had dips in it, it could do with changing. It was not comfortable at all. We turned it over but it wasn't any better on the other side.

• Hiske (8/5): Prima verblijf. - Leuke levendige wijk! Toch was het ‘s nachts stil op straat om rustig te slapen. Alles op loopafstand. Informatie was vooraf goed doorgegeven door de host. Hygiëne kon beter. Wij zijn een lang weekend geweest, toen we maandag vertrokken starten de bouwvakkers met het bouwen van de lift in het appartementencomplex. Wij hebben geen overlast ondervonden, maar op doordeweekse dagen zal het anders zijn.

• Paula (9/5): Genial - Está muy bien ubicado y en una zona tranquila dándote un paseito puedes ver todo lo de Sevilla sin necesidad de coger autobus. Estaba bastante limpio y acogedor y hubo buena comunicación con el anfitrión además de las facilidades que nos dió . Por poner alguna pega diría que faltan productos de limpieza ya que nos quedamos varios días y la casa había que ir manteniéndola limpia , el sofá es algo incómodo y luego los muebles del comedor los abres y se te queda el cajón en la mano pero bueno tampoco los usamos así que eso no tenía mucha importancia .

• Catherine (7/5): - Le logement était propre et les indications pour récupérer les clés étaient bonnes. Deux couchages sur les 3 étaient corrects Le couchage de la 3ème chambre est inutilisable. Nous avons dû transporter le matelas dans le séjour et le poser sur le canapé. L’environnement de l’appartement est assez moyen, tirs de mortier le soir.

• Agustin (8/5): - Que estaba limpio, acogedor y con las comodidades necesarias y la buena atención del personal. Nos resultó ser una buena estancia. Lo único que quizás tendrían que revisar el mando o el aparato del aire acondicionado del calor, que alguna vez no iba bien del todo. Y también algo más de menaje de cocina, el horno no dispone de bandeja para poder hornear . Y alguna olla o cacerola de mayor tamaño.. Pequeños detalles fáciles de solucionar

De toiletbril van het toilet zat helemaal los;best gevaarlijk dus.Dit had van te voren gemaakt kunnen worden.,Zelf maken kon niet i.v.m de constructie.

• Aarón (5/5): - El precio del apartamento y que eran 3 habitaciones. Había una habitación que no tenía aire acondicionado, por lo que era muy dificil dormir allí. Por otro lado los aires inundaban los suelos por el agua

• ZAC (9/5): Recomendado - La comodidad del piso, todo está muy bien aprovechado, los aires nos salvaron mucho del calor, las habitaciones muy bien y acogedoras. El aire del salón gotea, como es normal, hay que tener cuidado con la fibra. Una de las camas suena mucho y es bastante incómoda, a raíz de eso se durmió en el salón.

• Ivana (1/5): Bad - Apartment is quite nice and equipped, old city is just 15-20 minutes of pleasant walk by the river. Also there are UBER options and very close public bus transport options. We arrived to the city by car and there was free parking spaces around the building and neighbourhood. Triana neighbourhood is much less crowded than the city centre and very safe to wonder around at night. We were very unpleasantly surprised that the building/ staircase is s undergoing major maintenance work including hammering and power tools from early in the morning. The noise was unbearable and you could not stay in the apartment except for sleeping for which it’s definitely overpriced. If you plan to sleep in or to use the apartment throughout the day be sure to check when the construction work will be finished
• Jiří (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean. The bed and duvet were big enough and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Dishwasher, oven and washing machine were included. The main bedroom was more or less without noise because it is oriented to the inner-courtyard. The bathroom is indeed luxurious considering materials used. The windows of other bedrooms and the kitchen are oriented to the street, which is relatively calm but you can hear the cars anyway because the windows provide poor sound insulation. Not all equipment is actually “luxurious”, as the name would suggest. For example, the kettle is a very cheap plastic one and cupboards are also in cheap ikea style. The price of the accommodation is rather high.
