• mehdi (1/5): Very bad experience, don’t go there - The woman in charge is very mean and unprofessional. The equipment is of very low quality—I touched the shower and it stopped working. When I asked her to fix it, she accused me of damaging it, which is not true. The breakfast was very modest—what should have been for one person was given to two. Overall, a bad experience. Run!

• Daniel (9/5): - La amabilidad de Olympia y sus desayunos fueron definitivamente lo mejor. De hecho, los mejores desayunos que tuve en Albania. La habitación era amplia y la cama resultó cómoda. El entorno y las instalaciones comunes eran agradables. Agradecí mucho también que tuviese un balconcito para tender la ropa y poder comer / cenar nuestra propia comida. También valoro que tuviese aire acondicionado, pues se hizo necesario. La ducha echaba el agua fuera y hacía que el baño estuviese siempre mojado. Esto se puede hacer un poco incómodo si te alojas varias noches, como fue nuestro caso. La habitación, pese a ser espaciosa, no cuenta con suficientes espacios para poner la ropa / mochilas de dos personas. Si tuviese una mesita adicional, ya estaría mejor.

• Giorgio (9/5): - Se volete visitare Himare e la sua costa Tolis Rooms è una soluzione eccellente. E' situata in collina a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più belle e dal paese. Himare è molto affollato e rumoroso, se cercate quindi una location silenziosa e tranquilla Tolis Room è perfetta. Le stanze sono semplici, ma molto pulite. Gli host sono molto accoglienti e attenti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La colazione, organizzata sotto un delizioso pergolato, è ottima e molto abbondante con marmellate e dolci fatti dalla proprietaria (pasticciera professionista). La nostra stanza inoltre aveva una vista magnifica e panoramica sul castello del paese antico e sulla sua spiaggia. Tutto perfetto ! Englis follows: If you're looking to visit Himare and its coast, Tolis Rooms is an excellent option. It's located on a hill just a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches and the town. Himare is very crowded and noisy, so if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful location, Tolis Rooms is perfect. The rooms are simple but very clean. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive to every request. Breakfast, served under a charming pergola, is excellent and plentiful, with jams and pastries homemade by the owner (a professional pastry chef). Our room also had a magnificent panoramic view of the old town's castle and its beach. Everything was perfect!

• Elisa (10/5): Amazing!!!! - Tolis Rooms is amazing. You are immediately welcomed by Olimpia and Tolis, who make you feel right at home. The room and bathroom are spotless and very cozy, surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is rich and delicious, with fresh fruit picked from the trees there, and it’s served on little tables in the garden, creating a fantastic atmosphere. You also get a beautiful view of the mountains. The location is perfect for reaching all the most beautiful beaches and charming little villages. In short, we couldn’t have asked for anything better, and if we come back to the area, we will definitely stay with them again! It feels just like being with family. Thank you, Tolis and Olimpia!

• Marco (10/5): - Die Gastgeber*innen waren super nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sofort sehr willkommen gefühlt! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und vor allem der Ausblick aufs Meer war fabelhaft. Der Balkon war außerdem recht groß. Das Frühstück war ähnlich wie bei den anderen Unterkünften, die wir in Albanien hatten. Die Lage war super, direkt bei der Burg und mit dem besten Ausblick, ohne Auto ist es jedoch ein längerer Weg bis zum Strand. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Einzig die Betten fanden wir ein wenig zu weich. Das ist aber persönliche Präferenz.

• Justine (9/5): Un logement au calme avec petit déjeuner délicieux ! - Le logement est au calme, à 10mn en voiture du centre d’Himarë. La chambre a une vue superbe sur la mer au loin. Les petits déjeuners d’Olibia sont excellents avec des pâtisseries maison! Pas de volets donc lumière forte dès le matin et insonorisation un peu légère (mais c’est le problème de la plupart des maisons ici).

They are not only excellent hosts but also amazing people – kind, funny, and always ready to help with anything you might need. The room itself was spotless, very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely view. After a long day exploring, it was the perfect quiet place to relax. The location couldn’t be better – close to castles, many beautiful beaches, and attractions, yet peaceful enough to rest and recharge. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It wasn’t just good – it was outstanding! Olympia is a wonderful cook and every morning she prepared something different. The variety was incredible and It felt like a feast every day. In the evenings, guests could gather in the open seating area to enjoy conversations, music, and Olympia’s home-cooked dinners (which you can preorder in the morning). Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with love – some of the best meals I’ve ever had while traveling. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere. I’ve stayed in many places before, but never anywhere as warm and full of life as here. Toli and Olympia create a space where guests feel like family, sharing stories and laughter that make the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Toli’s Room to couples and families who want more than just a place to sleep – it’s a place filled with love, playfulness, and genuine hospitality. And on top of all that, it’s also the best value in the area. Thank you, Toli and Olympia, for making my stay so special – I can’t wait to come back!

• Daniela (9/5): Evviva Tolis room! - Gli host Olimpia e Anatolis sono stati molto gentili e disponibili,la struttura è molto curata e pulitissima,il parcheggio è gratuito e la colazione davvero ottima, la possibilità di cenare su richiesta ad un ottimo prezzo mi sembrano ottime motivazioni per consigliare questo b&b a tutti. Olimpia ci ha perfino lavato gli abiti senza chiederci soldi. Mi sono trovata molto bene! Nella nostra camera mancava un armadio, l'arredamento della stanza è un po' troppo essenziale, ci vorrebbe qualche mobile contenitore in piu'. Nel bagno il lavandino era davvero molto piccolo.

Se encuentra en Himare pero no en la zona más llena de gente. Es un rincón tranquilo (hay que in en coche, pero tiene parking). El desayuno es muy completo, con bizcocho casero, etc. El mejor alojamiento de 2 semanas recorriendo Albania. Muy recomendable.

Le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è strategica: a soli 5 minuti di auto dal mare. La vista dal balcone dalla camera è molto bella. Il bagno è dotato di una doccia con scarico a pavimento; all’inizio, se non si è abituati, può sembrare poco pratico, ma ci si adatta rapidamente e non ci si fa più caso.

Hrana- mi smo imali dorucak, sve je super, dovoljno za oboje, imate mogucnost da uzmete i ostale obroke. Parking- svi gosti imaju mesta za parkiranje. Usluga- domacini Olibija i Tolis su veoma ljubazni i uradice sve da vam bude udobnoni i da budete zadovoljni. Za kraj- preporucujemo svima Tolis Rooms necete se pokajati.

La struttura, completamente in legno ed immersa nella natura era davvero carina, giù c’è un bellissimo cortile dove poter consumare i pasti, molto suggestivo, circondato da alberi di frutta che viene raccolta ogni mattina per la colazione. In oltre Olimpia, la proprietaria, prepara dei biscottini deliziosi che serve a colazione. Nient’altro da dire, posto stupendo e persone eccezionali. Consigliatissimo.

• Oscar (5/5): - La verdad que la atención, el lugar y la habitación con vistas a la montaña fueron fantásticas desde el primer momento. Olympia y Tolis unos anfitriones geniales. Te reciben con una botella de vino de bienvenida y fruta. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente con la logística del aparcamiento, pues se comparte con otro dueño con el que no hay buena relación. Sin embargo, Olympia nos ayudó en todo momento y se resolvió finalmente.

Una persona dal cuore grande, sempre disponibile e pronta ad aiutarti con il sorriso: ci ha accolti come se fossimo suoi figli. Ogni mattina ci ha coccolati con una colazione preparata con amore, e il parcheggio privato è un plus davvero comodo. Il posto è immerso nel verde, lontano dal caos cittadino — l’ideale per rilassarsi e staccare la spina. Se ci troveremo di nuovo da quelle parti, non mancheremo sicuramente di tornarci!

• Urisch (10/5): Wundervoll, sehr gastfreundlich, TOP - Sehr netter Empfang, das Parken im Hof (schmale Zufahrt) bei vielen Gästen wird's eng, im Gartenbereich kann man wunderbar sitzen, die Gastgeber sind ganz liebevoll, man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen die Zimmer heizen ohne Klimaanlage stark auf, einziger Minuspunkt: wenn man zu Abend essen möchte, muss das bereits am Vormittag angekündigt werden, da wir zwei Nächte waren, konnten wir nur einmal das vorzügliche Essen genießen (auch Frühstück absolut top) denn leider ist die Essensmöglichkeit in der Altstadt sehr begrenzt

• Isabell (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung und ein Muss! - Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und haben auch gleich zwei Flaschen Wasser bekommen. Unser Zimmer hatte direkt Meer-/Bergblick, wo einem auch nicht zuviel gesprochen wird. Es war detailreich eingerichtet, mit allem was es braucht. Das Bad ist wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen, nicht groß, was es aber oft in Albanien gibt und was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Es langt auch vollkommen aus. Zudem sind die Betten wirklich bequem und die Zimmer nicht hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist wahnsinnig lecker! Jeden früh gibt es zwei verschiedene Arten an Marmelade - selbstgemacht von der Besitzern. Zudem zwei verschiedene Sorten Eistee, Brot und selbst gebackenes Bananenbrot. Wir haben auch "leider" nur einmal dort zu Abend gegessen. Es gibt leckeres vom Grill und alles ist ebenfalls selbst frisch vorbereitet. Preis-Leistung ebenfalls top! Zum Strand wäre es uns ohne Auto zu weit, aber mit ist man absolut flexibel. Wir können Tolis Rooms jedem herzlichst empfehlen! So eine herzliche Familie und schnuckelige Unterkunft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Nichts

• Agata (10/5): Amazing - Great place and great people who made us feel at home. Place is surrounded by nature and it is located few minutes by car from the beach. Rooms are clean and the breakfast made by Olibia is delicious and fresh. She pays attention to detail and makes sure her guests are well taken care of. I can recommend it to everyone, we will definitely come back, we miss it already. Thank you to the owners for making our holidays so much better ❤️ That I had to leave this place!

• Gian Luigi (10/5): - La struttura si trova poco distante dal castello di Himare in posizione molto tranquilla e defilata rispetto alla strada principale (corrette le indicazioni di Google Maps e, comunque, ci sono delle indicazioni sulla strada all'altezza della stradina in cui svoltare). Davanti alla struttura c'è un'area cortilizia riservata nella quale è possibile parcheggiare. Ci è stata assegnata una camera al primo piano che con il balconcino da' sull'area comune dove viene servita al mattino la colazione e dove, prenotando alla mattina, si può anche consumare la cena mentre con la finestra da' sul verde della montagna di Himare. Himare è una cittadina deliziosa che si sviluppa prevalentemente sul lungomare raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Ed è vicina a tutte le spiagge più belle dell'Albania (Livadi, Jale, Gjipe) per cui può rappresentare un'ottima base per esplorare l'area da Valona a Saranda. La camera assegnataci era arredata in maniera semplice ma funzionale, dotata di tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno (TV, aria condizionata, asciugacapelli, frigo, ...) e, come il bagno, pulitissima. Ottima la colazione servita nell'area comune di fronte all'ingresso. Alcune portate (torte, biscotti, succhi, caffé, ...) sono self-service mentre i gestori servono al tavolo un bel piatto con uova, wurstel, fritti e pure frutta di stagione. Gestori molto accoglienti e disponibili. Struttura adatta per chi cerca tranquillità e desidera essere non lontano da tutte le più belle spiagge dell'Albania.

• ECo955 (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto tra ospitalità e buona cucina - Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni davvero indimenticabili presso questa struttura, grazie soprattutto alla calorosa accoglienza di Olimpia e Tolis. La loro gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ogni mattina iniziava nel confortevole giardino, immersi nella tranquillità, con una ricca colazione preparata con cura da Olimpia: frutta fresca, dolci e marmellate fatte in casa, accompagnati da succhi di frutta, caffè, tè e latte, sempre serviti con un sorriso. Un valore aggiunto davvero apprezzato è stata la possibilità di cenare direttamente in struttura, scegliendo al mattino da un’ampia selezione di piatti. Ogni sera, dopo la cena, Olimpia ci ha deliziati con un dessert offerto da lei e, immancabile, un bicchierino di raki a conclusione perfetta della giornata. Un soggiorno che sa di casa, di cura e di vera ospitalità. Grazie di cuore Olimpia e Tolis!

Ens va recomanar un lloc on sopar al costat de l'apartament que era molt local i boníssim, a més ens va donar alguna indicació per visitar la zona del castell que ens va ajudar molt. • Nermina (10/5): - This was our second time at Tolis Rooms. Everything was perfect again. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Variety of homemade food, fresh fruit and juices. The breakfast area is so beautiful, surrounded by lemon, fig and ancient olive trees. The whole place is quiet and peaceful and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We loved it. Our host Olympia took such good care of everyone and is a genuinely kind and caring person.

Si trova completamente immerso nella natura, ma molto vicino a spiagge incantevoli tipo quella di Livadhit e alla zona da passeggio per la sera. Tolis e Olibia sono dolcissimi, gentili e disponibili. La nostra camera ha un panorama mozzafiato. Montagna mare, i video non rendono la bellezza. Svegliarsi la mattina con questo paesaggio non ha prezzo, rende la vacanza ancora più suggestiva. Le camere sono pulitissime, profumate. Le lenzuola morbide e altrettanto pulite. Sono dotate di zanzariere quindi si può dormire tranquillamente con la finestra aperta e ammirare il panorama direttamente dal letto. La colazione è deliziosa. Olibia fa una marmellata di fichi deliziosa. 🥹 Tutto genuino e km0. Abbondante e c’è sia dolce che salato. La zona colazione è altrettanto accogliente. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui almeno una notte se passi da Himare. Vale la pena fermarsi in questo meraviglioso paesino e in questa accogliente struttura. 😊❤️ Non ci è piaciuto quando poi siamo dovuti andare via, saremmo rimasti ancora!
