Nic nie brakowało. Klimatyzacja sprawna w każdym pomieszczeniu. Apartamenty sprzątane codziennie. Obsługa przyjazna. Zakwaterowanie i wymeldowanie błyskawiczne. W nocy spokojnie i cicho. Z pewnością wrócimy🙂 Małe mróweczki w kuchni. Nieszkodliwe i prawie niezauważalne. Apartament superior z 3 sypialniami. Warto zwrócić uwagę na różnice poziomów. Są schody w salonie, w jednej sypialni oraz na tarasie. Przy małych dzieciach trochę niebezpieczne, wiec trzeba mieć to na uwadze. Parking podziemny tylko dla aut o wysokości max. 1,8m. Korzystaliśmy z parkingu w bliskiej odległości od hotelu.
- Lucyna (10/5): Przepiękne miejsce - Apartament duży, dwupoziomowy, doskonale wyposażony. Położony przy samej plaży a zarazem w centrum Teneryfy. Przyjechaliśmy do apartamentu tylko na jedną noc, a i tak przyjęto nas wspaniale. Udostępniono nam pokój znacznie wcześniej niż wynikało by to z dobry hotelowej. Bez zarzutów

- B (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful sea views, and a very relaxing stay. - Amazing stay in Playa de las Américas. The location is perfect: just steps from the beach, restaurants, and surf schools. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had a lovely balcony view. We especially liked how easy everything was for families and kids. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing to complain about.

- Francoise (10/5): - Personnel de la réception très serviable. Appartement neuf, très propre. Grande terrasse. Possibilité de ĺaisser les bagages à la réception si on arrive en avance. A quelques minutes du bord de mer. Malgré son emplacement, peu de bruit après 21h. Nous aurions apprécié une navette pour l'aéroport mais le personnel nous a proposé son aide pour trouver un taxi et l'arrêt du bus 40, qui y va très rapidement pour 3 €, est à 10 minutes à pied.

The apt is situated at the end of the golden mile so lots of lovely restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The occasional bit of noise from promenade at night but never lasted very long.

- Ann (10/5): - Perfect location for the start of our trip. The shopping center had stores and restaurants available to help us get situated and had all the essentials. Right on the beach and within walking distance of SO much. Having the underground parking was incredibly convenient and helpful. Would definitely love to visit again.

- AD (9/5): Anlage in der besten Lage, direkt am Atlantik, mit vielen nützlichen Shops im selben Gebäude - Es ist eine zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommene Anlage, allerdings mit vielen Vorteilen: die Lage ist unschlagbar, das Apartment an sich war sehr geräumig, es gab zwei Balkone: der eine davon war klein mit zwei Stühlen ausgestattet, dafür der andere sehr groß mit zwei Sonnenliegen, einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen- beide Balkone waren mit einem Meerblick. Im UG gab es ein Gäste-WC, was uns sehr gefreut hat, denn wir haben damit initial gar nicht erst gerechnet, Es wurde täglich gereinigt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab eine riesige Tiefgarage, die allerdings ziemlich teuer war: früher kostete sie 10 Euro für eine Woche für die Anlagegäste, aktuell 28 Euro pro Tag. Aber man findet auch in der Nähe kostenlose Parkplätze, daher war es kein Problem. Eine Waschmaschine wäre von Vorteil, im Großen und Ganzen haben wir aber auch ohne überlebt. Der Preis für die Tiefgarage war früher "gastfreundlicher". Der Pool ist sehr-sehr klein.

We were in an apartment with 3 steps in both our Balconies. This was quite dangerous, & left the sitting area impossible to handle. Would love to go back to this accommodation, but when we asked about the steps, & could we get another apartment, we were just told the “luck of the draw”

De locatie was super en de appartement was lekker ruim. De bedden waren wat minder. Een wasmachine en een vaatwasser zou super zijn geweest, zeker gezien de prijs.

- Gráinne (9/5): Great room with a view in central location. - The balcony and view was the best thing about this apartment. We had a view overlooking the beach. It was fabulous. We were near shops so could easily pick things up in the shop for breakfast and lunch and enjoy these meals out on the balcony with the fabulous view. And the beach is just there beside us when we wanted a dip in the sea. While we were in the centre of everything it was still quiet at night. If you are booking these apartments, make sure to get one overlooking the sea. It will make your holiday. The bedrooms are not luxurious but are adequate. The beds felt hard, but I slept ok on them. There was only one bedside table. Could do with another one on the other side of the bed.

- Alan (10/5): Amazing value - highly recommend - Duplex 1 bed with partial sea view. Couldn't get better value. Enormous. 2 balconies. 2 bathrooms. Put in 3rd bed for free. Location amazing 60 seconds from beach and at centre of nice part of Las Americas. It's not 5 star and not 5 star price so don't expect that. But if your expectations are realistic, it delivers in every way Nothing
- Jonas (4/5): Gute Lage - Schlecht geputzt - Die Lage der Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Es waren überall Insekten und kleine Fliegen in der Wohnung und die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Boden war klebrig, Tische nicht abgewischt, Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, Klimaanlage roch muffig.
