• Maite (9/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Y con capsulas de café para empezar bien las mañanas. La habitación con las dos camas individuales no tiene armarios ya que quedan bloqueados por una cama individual y no tienes la posibilidad de hacer una comida en el apartamento pues hay una mesa estilo barra de bar con 2 taburetes.

Mutfaktaki su ısıtıcısı içi kötü olduğu için kullanamadık. Mutfakta sadece iki kişinin kullanabileceği kötü bir masa vardı. Koridordaki tüm pencerelerde perde yoktu. Tüm pencereler bina boşluklarına açılıyor. Yatak odasında sürekli apartman boşluğundaki fanların sesi geliyor. Yatak ve yastıklar kirliydi. Yeterli temizlik malzemesi yok.

• GIL (5/5): - מאוד שירותיים, הגענו והיה ריח נוראי בשירותים- מיד הגיעו וטיפלו. למרות שנכתב מפורשות שיש מעלית, ווידאתי מראש שיש כי אנחנו עם בעיית נגישות, המעלית לא הייתה רלוונטית לדירה בה שיכנו אותנו והצריכה עלייה במדרגות מפותלות. כמו כן, בתוך הדירה, היו מדרגות לאחד החדרים.

L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito e fornito di tutto l'occorrente (incluse capsule per la macchina del caffè e pantofole). Dopo 3 giorni hanno fatto pulizia e cambiato asciugamani. Servirebbe qualche sedia e/o piano d'appoggio nelle camere. Non tutti gli appartamenti sono raggiungibili in ascensore. Ma sono piccoli dettagli in un soggiorno altrimenti perfetto!

Si vais en grupo hay dos 🚽. La limpieza excelente y la cocina completa en platos,vasos y demás menaje. Claridad del apartamento . Calidad del apartamento que se agradece en Londres en Otoño. Y que nos dejara hasta las cuatro de la tarde el día que nos marchamos un puntazo. Solo tenemos un pero. Necesita un par de sillas. Podían ser de esas plegables pues solo hay cuatro asientos dos altos y dos en el 🛋️. Con unas sillas plegables colgadas en la pared de la cocina sería suficiente..

• Yuki (9/5): Very comfortable stay!! - The location is absolutely fantastic. The surrounding area feels very safe, and since the flat is right on the street facing the Natural History Museum, we could walk back from the station at night without having to go through any backstreets — it felt completely secure. With easy access to both the Piccadilly and Circle lines, it was also extremely convenient for sightseeing. This was definitely one of the biggest highlights of our stay in London. The interior has a beautiful South Kensington charm, with a white color scheme that feels elegant and refined. I stayed here with my parents, and all three of us found it very comfortable — they were especially delighted with the space. The floors were spotless, and everything felt well-maintained and clean. The host responded very quickly and provided excellent support to make sure we had the best possible experience during our trip. There are supermarkets like Tesco within a 5-minute walk, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi connection — it was very weak or often didn’t connect at all, so I’d recommend having your own SIM card or other internet option. To reach the flat, you have to go up a narrow staircase, so it might be challenging for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. That said, the shared staircase area is incredibly elegant and actually became one of my favorite parts of the property! One small quirk: the door leading outside doesn’t have an interior doorknob — you have to pull it open in a specific way, which takes a bit of practice. There is a knob on the outside, so it might be nice if there were one on the inside too. Also, the table is a two-person counter, so if you’re staying with three or more people, eating in the room might be a bit difficult.

• Christa (9/5): Schöne Wohnung an super Lage - Schöne Wohnung an einer sehr zentralen Lage, nur ein paar Schritte von der Piccadilly Line entfernt. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Betten waren nicht sehr komfortabel und die Fenster führen jeweils in einen "Innenhof" mit lauter Lüftung.

• Maria Isabel (9/5): Está bien sólo como alojamiento si no tienes intenciones de cocinar y comer en el apartamento. - Bien ubicado cerca de una estación de metro y cerca de restaurantes y cafeterías. Poder dejar el equipaje en consigna. Tiene capacidad para 6 personas y solo dos taburetes en la cocina, por lo que no es cómodo para desayunar o cenar en el apartamento.
• Amy (8/5): A great unit for cooler months, perfectly located in a safe lovely neighbourhood close to everything - A great safe location across from British Natural and V&A Museum. Tube stops and cafes / shops nearby. Room was clean and fit for purpose. We were there 8 nights with a clean halfway through which was a nice touch. It was quite hot during our stay and there is no air conditioning. Some blinds on the hallway windows may have helped cool the unit and with the early morning light. Can hear the neighbours above, particularly if children or moving out / in (we had one group move in at 1.30 in the morning).

• Sally (9/5): Great Place - This property was such good value for money in an amazing location. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had a great stay. Everything spotless and all we needed. Great place Having read the other reviews I knew it would be a bit tight on space and with 5 of us we definitely couldn’t all watch tv at same time. But weigh that against price paid and you cannot be negative.

• Evelyne (9/5): We will come again! - We loved the location, how clean everything was, the look and feel of the place. the new bathroom and lovely shower, the 2nd separate toilet. The downstairs bedroom, which was perfect for our two teenagers. The staff was fantastic, very helpful, professoonal and very quick to respond. The only thing we didn‘t love were the very soft matraces in combination with the very stiff pillows. We would have loved some more hooks for towels and to hang clothes overnight.

• Marcia (9/5): Lovely clean apartment close to the tube - The apartment is in a fantastic location walkable to both South Kensington and Gloucester Rd tubes. Great to be opposite the Natural History Museum. Very clean and lovely staff let us leave our luggage there before check in later. It’s perfect for a night or two but does lack space for four to sit comfortably but we were out and only used as a base to explore London so it was fine for us.

• Hristo (8/5): I can reccomend the place ! - Very central place. You can take the underground or walk to the central area, museums, the Pallace etc. There are 2 toilets (WC) which is very good! The host arranged place for our suitcases the last day, so we could go for a walk before traveling to the aitport - Thank you! And we got slippers (the while like in some hotels) - which I appreciated VERY MUCH !!! Of course the flat is ment and made just for sleeping over, but I'd like a bit bigger kitchen/common area.

Three good bedrooms so appropriate for our group. Very close to Harrods and opposite major museum. Bit of a problem locking balcony door, oven went to safe mode after first use. Property manager said he will address. Seating area rather small. Could fit a 3 seater settee in or provide another chair. Would be a bit of a squeeze in this area for 6 people.

The manager met us at the front door within minutes of me communicating we had arrived. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing really. Couldn’t work out how to use the oven/microwave but that could’ve been me. Lounge room/kitchen was really small but we knew that from the photos when we booked so no problem but probably would have come an issue if we stayed more then 3 nights. Would absolutely recommend for short stays
• Lessanie (9/5): Amazing stay! - Location was fantastic, literally in front of the natural history museum. The property manager was so handy. We needed help with the heater and he came promptly late in the night to show us what to do. Allowed us to leave luggage after checking out, very kind and helpful people. Always available. Comfy beds. Warm flat. Very good stay, I would definitely recommend it, specially if you want to hang out by the museums. There were building works outside during the week days so you would be awake by 8:30. But it was not something that they could have control of. I found the pillows a bit too high, maybe couple of them in different sizes would help. And the little square of glass over the bedroom’s door, I would cover with a dark film, so that light doesn’t get in during the morning. Everything else was superb!

• Carmel (9/5): Spotless clean modern apartment in a great location! - Location is excellent! Just a five minute walk to the tube station and there’s a small Tesco Express about a five/six minute walk away, which is great for getting essentials. The apartment was spotlessly clean. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower/sink/toilet and the other, smaller bathroom, has just a toilet and sink. Bedrooms are small but have very comfortable beds. A ‘thank you’ to the staff who were very easy to deal with and very pleasant. We were able to store our luggage for free on the day we left as we had a late flight, this is a big bonus!!😀 The area felt very safe with lots of restaurants and cafes within a short walk. The only thing lacking in the apartment is living space! We are a family of 6 and there is only room for 2 people to sit at the kitchen table. The sofa is also very small and again only holds 2 people comfortably. Apart from this everything is perfect!
