• EMANUELA (10/5): - Posizione ottima, a due passi da Piazza San Pietro. Nonostante ciò la zona della struttura era comunque tranquilla. Pulizia ottima e lo staff davvero molto disponibile, tempestivo in caso di bisogno e molto gentile. Sicuramente da considerare per un eventuale ritorno a Roma!

Non mi è piaciuto l’odore della stanza appena entrato pensavo avessero già utilizzato il bagno. La biancheria non era proprio pulitissima magari era stata lavata ma dava l’idea di essere sporca. La camera non era molto curata

• Natalia (10/5): Perfecto y precioso! - Escogimos la habitación con bañera y sin duda un acierto! La cama y las almohadas son verdaderamente cómodas. La bañera en la habitación con el diseño del techo es muy bonito, el mueble del baño también. La ducha es perfecta, es muy grande y confortable. Estaba todo muy limpio y la ubicación es perfecta, a 4 minutos del museo del vaticano y con autobuses cerca. La habitacion es muy muy bonita, fue un regalo y a mi pareja le encantó. Tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción, nevera y una pequeña cafetera de cápsulas. El personal muy simpático, nos dijo de dejar las mochilas hasta la tarde que pasásemos a por ellas y fue muy amable. Volveremos y lo recomendaremos a todo el mundo! Enhorabuena por lo bien que está. Se escucha las personas cuando van por el pasillo pero quizás es culpa de ellos que no saben mantener el silencio durante 30s que salgan de allí.
• Mara (8/5): - La struttura è in un'ottima posizione, specie per chi ha bisogno di soggiornare nei pressi di Castel Sant'Angelo. È in uno dei palazzi antichi tipici della zona, ma completamente riammodernata all'interno, arredata con gusto e comoda. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto d'aiuto, anche su questioni non scontate come la mobilità alla ripartenza. Consigliatissimo!
• Georgiana Andreea (4/5): Awful - - Even though I selected the big king room, we recieved the smallest one, with no separation wall between the bed and the toilet - very very dissapointing. Also, in the description it says that the chek in is between 15 and 00 but if you arrive around 22-23.00 they will charge you around 40€. If i had known that, i would have picked another accomodation. Also, the room is extremly small, of you have 2 luggage, you won t be able to move around the room without hitting the bed side frames. Hostel vibes, leaking shower, stained bedsheets, no one picked up the garbbage, the lobby of the building smelled like dog poop all the time. Not reccomend this accomodation, so sorry
• Laura (10/5): Fantastisch overnachten hier. - Super aardige eigenaar! We wilde graag al onze spullen kwijt voordat we de accommodatie in konden, tegen een kleine vergoeding kon dit, heel fijn. De kamer was compact maar zeer schoon, het bed lag lekker. En er lagen ballonnen op bed, super leuk binnenkomen. Daarnaast is het 5 minuutjes lopen naar de Vaticaanstad, perfect dus.

• Emmy.lvr (8/5): Personnel super gentil. A l’écoute et non intrusif. - L’emplacement été top à 4 min du Vatican et 5 du métro cipro. Parfait pour bouger facilement. Pour trouver l’établissement. Nous avons chercher avec Google Map qui nous a indiqué une grande porte mais pas d’affiche dessus. Nous avons du appeler pour être sur d’être à la bonne adresse. C’est seulement après que nous avions constaté que sur les multiples sonnette il y avait le nom de l’hôtel.

• Hutton (8/5): Solo Travelers - Cheap and Good Quality! - Amazing location - close to Line A Metro and 4 min walk to Vatican Museum (use GetYourGuide.com for a skip-the-line ticket). Super clean and modern, great Whatsapp communication before/during/after, very comfy foam mattress Travel solo - the tiny room and bathroom covered only by half a curtain is not ideal. I wore noise-cancelling ear plugs as I could hear sneezes, alarms, phone calls, etc. of room next door :/

Even though the hotel claims to have a 24-hour reception, we were charged an extra €25 for late check-in. We showed proof of the delay, but they still did not trust us. Very disappointing and not guest-friendly. Would not stay here again. To bad

• Paula (5/5): Passable - Location is very good - few minutes walk from Vatican and nearest metro station. Bed was comfortable. The modern style in which whole apartament was made was pleasant. The building has an elevator so that’s a plus. Owners don’t speak proper English. I contacted them a month before my arrival if it’d be ok for us to be at the location at 2am and was assured that it’s fine. On arrival I was met with lies from the sleeping owner that he never got my message and never told my I could come. We’ve spent 40 minutes arguing via phone and were almost left on the street of Rome at 2am because there was no room available. After that time the owner invited us to sleep in room in his own house and informed us that indeed there were messages but he didn’t understand them because for him 2am on 26th May meant the next day so 27th…? In the room itself owner tried to make me cancel my reservation on booking and pay him in cash. I declined. The room was not soundproof we could hear everything from the neighbours. There are no bathroom door so even in longer relationship there was huge discomfort with using the toilet. The chain for flushing the toilet was broken. Room has no place to store your clothes other than 3 hangers on the door - we had to keep our clothes in the suitcase. There is no breakfast even tho it being mentioned in the reservation. We were given card for for the doors that did not work so we needed to use the keys.

• Anton (1/5): these apartments are worse than a cheap hostel. The photo shows the whole room and the toilet. - very close to the vatican museum, free tea and coffee. Booked a room for 2 with a dog, got a bedroom in the toilet 1. The number did not match the photo. 2.This is a 2x2 meter room, in this room there is also a toilet and shower. There is no place to even put a bag with things. 3. the audibility is terrible, you can even hear people breathing in the next room. 4. It is stated that animals are included, but in fact, without warning, upon arrival they demand 25 € per night for a pocket dog. Moreover, there is not even a place for it in the room and no amenities are provided. 5. the room smells like sewage 6. The administrator shows the door to any complaints

• Patrícia (1/5): Bad - Not good experience here Upon arrival, they asked us to pay the city tax, which according to the Booking was 24 euros, the fee was given to us in the amount of 34 euros, which is 10 euros more than what was stated in the reservation. The apartment consisted of several rooms where each guest was accommodated, but the overall space was shared. No soundproofing of the rooms, strong and disgusting smell, non-functioning sink or heating. To date, no one has answered us about the discrepancy with the city tax price, and no one has paid us the difference in the amount.

Also you can buy more wine in the property which is nice. There is additional fee on property based on how much stars it has, and also the late check in fee was quite expensive and something we didn’t expect, but it’s understandable since we arrived late at night and there are not a lot of properties that can accept you that late. :)

• Chrissy (7/5): Not for me as I am less ambulant but overall a very nice stay here and would recommend to others - Was a great location close to the Vatican The people running these rooms were very nice and helpful The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. Not good for less ambulant people eg. walking stick, and not wheelchair accessible. Couldn't go out in the courtyard garden to enjoy nature as there were works going on, but was guided to a really nice bar around the corner to sit and have a drink and snacks. The coffee/tea making is in the hallway but I couldn't see any milk. Chain kept coming off for the toilet flush which was annoying. I wasn't aware that there wasn't 24hr reception there and was a little confused as to how to get in. That saying...there were lovely people staying there that let me in the door when they came back and helped me with my luggage to get up the stairs to get to the lift. Took a long time for the bath to fill up. Lucky I had a couple of different euro power adapters - an old and a new one. The bedside power points didn't fit my adapters but I found one behind the door that my new adapter fitted. But this also was the problem at other hotels I stayed at in Italy.

• T (5/5): Passable - Great location and good communication from the hosts. The room itself was clean. Beware of the toilet/bathroom not having any door whatsoever. If you're travelling with someone else, it's basically impossible to use the bathroom considering the room's size and disposition. In general, there's almost no storage space either. The hosts tried to make it up to us, which was kind, however the bathroom situation was a big inconvenience.

The location was okey, close to the Vatican and there are lots of cafeterias and restaurants nearby. There is no door to the toilet. The wifi did not work during our entire visit. Poor service. It’s very loud out to the corridor and you hear everything very well. The price is too expensive for what you get.

• Valentina (9/5): Authentic, cozy and comfortable experience in the heart of Rome, away from tourist crowds. - First and foremost, the kindness and friendliness of the host, Noemi. She has shown consistently readiness to help and she always did, efficiently. As for the accomodation, can't say more than it has all one needs, it is tidy and clean, a perfect option for a lovely stay in Rome, in a very central district that is not the usual tourist trap. Good value for money. Go for it. Only one thing I was missing was a full length mirror. And the fact that my Wi-Fi did not work,. I do know however, that it did for all other guests, so it was jst unfortunate for me.

There is also near Metro station. Response from host was fast and communication was excellent. Bathroom is not separated from Bedroom.
• Austėja (8/5): Perfect for overnight stays and reaching locations on-foot - Great location - 5 min walk from Vatican museums, sel fcheck-in, can be done late in the afternoon, also self check-out, unusually comfortable bed. The property had air conditioning. Perfect window isolation - you can’t hear the noisy street outside. There was a fridge in the room. Tea, coffee and sweets available for everyone in the corridor. There were no doors or at least curtains to the bathroom - no privacy at all. Poor wall and door isolation - we could hear everything what was happening in the neighbour room and the corridor. Smaller room than expected from the photos. We missed a small table and shelves in the bathroom and the shower to put all our stuff.
• Mikhail (9/5): Superb - The room clean, stylish and very well equipped with all necessary things. Great pleasure to stay near Vatican with buzz at the day and very comfortable restaurants for evening dinner. The staff was very welcome also. Probably need to add the contactless check-in option to prevent late evening meetings. Exceptional valued hotel, we enjoyed. There are two things which were strange for me: 1. There is no door in the toilet. At all. For me it was a little bit uncomfortable. 2. I was charged additional city tax, despite of the fact that it was in the booking.com price and my confirmation.
• Marijana (9/5): Nice. - Modern furniture, coffe and tea, near Vatican City, beautiful bathroom and lights. On the balcony there was no chairs, the TV wasn't working as promised, we did't get the slippers and bathrobe as promised. Bed wasn't really comfortable. Bath next to bed is a little bit inconvenient.
