• Thienpont (10/5): Een nette kamer met alle nodige voorzieningen op een ideale locatie en met een bijzonder warm welkom - Zeer propere kamer met alle nodige voorzieningen. De gastheer is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar voor vragen of verzoeken. De locatie is perfect: rustig en toch dichtbij eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Het oude centrum van Dubrovnik is te bereiken met de bus op 15 minuten tijd. Perfect! Niets. De accommodatie voldeed perfect aan de verwachtingen!
• Nova (10/5): Gezellig en fijn verblijf - De host was erg aardig en waren er altijd voor vragen. Ook bij aankomst welkomst drankje!
• Sotomayor (10/5): Excelente lugar para disfrutar para pasarlo muy bien en Dubrovnik - La ubicación es fantástica. La habitación estaba muy bien, cómoda, tranquila y muy buena atención de Maro y muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Me gustó todo.

• Eduard (10/5): - El anfitrión fue extremadamente atento con nuestra estancia y nos aconsejó estupendamente sobre como movernos por la ciudad y algunas consideraciones extra. A 50 minutos del centro histórico dando un paseo y super bien conectada en autobús.
• João Gilberto (10/5): Adoramos Dubrovnik! Cidade linda e limpa e com suas construções bem preservadas. - A localização é perfeita! Próximo a supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes, linha de ônibus ( a Linha 6 que tem um ponto pertinho da propriedade, te leva direto para a Cidade Antiga - Muralhas ), estação rodoviária e porto ( caso vá continuar a sua viagem através de Ferry). O proprietário é muito generoso, atencioso e educado.....se um, dia voltarmos a Dubrovnik, ficaremos novamente na Lapad House. Nada a reclamar!!
• PATRIZIA (9/5): Viaggio di coppia - La posizione: l' appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca un po' di relax ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo alla fermata dei bus che portano sia alla Old City (la città vecchia dista 10 minuti di autobus) che al mare. Credo che Lapad sia la zona più bella di Dubrovnik, a 10 minuti a piedi dall' appartamento si raggiunge, la promenade, una passeggiata favolosa lungo la costa con un paesaggio mozzafiato dove ci sono meravigliose calette dove fare il bagno. La pulizia della camera e l'accoglienza dei proprietari: la camera pulita, con un buon profumo di fresco e la disponibilità e discrezione dei proprietari, Maro e Carmela, due persone davvero deliziose. La sera al rientro in appartamento ci hanno sempre offerto un bicchiere di buon vino o un dolce. Davvero accoglienti. La camera ha un terrazzino davvero confortevole che abbiamo gradito molto. Tutto bene, forse la camera un po' piccola, ma alla fine il terrazzino ha compensato 😊

La familia es fantastica muy preocupados por nuestra estancia alli y por nuestro dia a dia en esta ciudad, se preocuparon por todo hasta el punto de darnos a probar su cafe y su brandy! Muy amables y un lugar perfecto donde alojarse. Si le avisan pueden ayudarte con el parking ya que es muy caro, nosotros no lo hicimos y aun asi pudo ayudarnos por lo que no tuvimos que pagar nada y eso es un ahorro tremendo ya que hay parkings en dubrovnik que pueden cobrar hasta 10€ la hora o mas. Gracias a ellos no tuvimos que preocuparnos por ello. Recomendable 100%

• Monika (10/5): Perfect stay in Lapad! - Everything! Maro is super friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations and special touches that made our trip even more memorable. The room was perfect for our needs and the bed was comfortable. We kept thinking aloud how great the location is. Number 6 bus into the old town and short walks to beaches, convenience stores or supermarkets and lovely places to eat or drink around Lapad. We feel so privileged to have stayed here. Thank you Maro!
• Allan (6/5): Pleasant but nothing special. - Good location. Quiet place. Comfortable bed. Very good selection of tv channels. Shower unit way too small. Too many locks to get in and out. Rooms a little old fashioned.
• Vito (10/5): Perfect! We couldn't have chosen better! - Fantastic owners. Kind and always available. Comfortable and clean room. Clean bathroom with all the necessary amenties. The balcony allows you to relax with a drink in the open air. Excellent location in a beautiful area of Dubrovnik with beaches, restaurants and shops. The bus stop to reach the center is a few meters from the house. The port from which the various tours to the islands depart is a few minutes walk away. We will definitely return if we decide to return to Dubrovnik!

• Thijs (8/5): Very good - The owner was very friendly and gave us good advice on public transport and where to go swimming. The bigger distance to the old town is no problem as you can take the bus near Lapad house, which will take you to the city center in only 10 minutes for +-€1.5. We arrived by car. Although there is no parking at the house, if you warn the owner in advance that you will come by car, he will try to help you find a parking spot nearby. Very small bathroom, even for Croatian standards.

• Tadhg (10/5): Excellent property and host - Maro the host is an absolute gent, he is not only a great host but he is great for recommendations of the local area and things to do in Dubrovnik. We could not recommend the property high enough. 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which takes you directly into the old town in about 15 minutes for the cost of 2 euro. Can't complain about the apartment. On both arrival and departure Maro treated us to a welcome drink of the local liquer. Lapad house is definitely the best value for money in all of Dubrovnik Aircon was a bit dodgy on the 2nd night, think it might have been out fault although.

• Christy (10/5): Best hosts, best location, very comfortable. - The location was excellent, a short walk to a nice restaurant (very affordable), bus stop, the promenade, the marina, and markets. The room was comfortable, the bed was extremely comfortable, a beautiful balcony overlooking so many beautiful plants and flowers. But the best part of our stay was Maro and Karmela , the hosts. They were kind and welcoming, and everything you would want in a host and then some! They were very knowledgeable and gave us information on everything from bus routes to local history, they answered every question we had (and we had a lot!). We highly recommend staying here. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Robert (10/5): A home from home - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was a good size and very clean, the bed very comfortable, the balcony nice and big and the location is in a quiet part of town called Lapad. The host Maro is a true gentleman, and was extremely helpful and thoughtful to anything that may be needed. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk away and the bus takes only 15 minutes to get to town., and there is a 5 minute walk to the local marina and a 10 - 15 minute walk to a nice area overlooking the sea with some nice restaurants. I would happily stay at Lapad house again. Thanks Maro :-) I liked everything

• Aleksandra (10/5): Lovely room, great location, fantastic host - highly recommended - Lovely room in a great location! Very clean and nicely decorated. The bed is big and comfortable and a big wardrobe makes it convenient to unpack everything. There is also a nice spacious balcony, and the room is fitted with AC as well. Maro, the host, and his wife are very lovely people and would go an extra mile to accommodate anything we needed. The location is really great with a nice affordable restaurant just round the corner and a few shops as well, and only a 10 mins walk to the beach and with a very easy connection to the Old Town - bus stop 5 mins away and then 10-15 mins ride. We highly recommend Lapad House and hope to come to Dubrovnik and stay there again in the future.
