• Desvignes (3/5): FUYEZ - La capsule dans laquelle je me trouvais était particulièrement sale, j'ai même eu des fourmis. Les douches et les toilettes étaient dans un état pitoyable. Ça ne vaut pas le prix affiché. Le personnel est à peine aimable.

• K (2/5): Very poor - The location was good. Even if there were no staff for check-in, it was easy. The capsule AC was not controllable, I was sweating like hell, as i cannot control the temperature, when I woke up in the morning it was showing 28° Temp. The washroom is not clean. The hostel was overall hot which made my stay very bad.

Im not quite sure if the rating is true or not or its nog updated for the whole 2 years. Coz i think the place haven't been clean for a year.

• Leiu (3/5): Poor - Nothing 1. Broken door, can't lock from outside, which mean when u go to toilet or anywhere else your capsule must be open. 2. Air-conditioning broke, hot, smelly (kopitiam nearby, probably smell of those fried stalls ) 3. Dirty and light also broke. 4. Dirty toilet.

• Zuzanna (5/5): If you want something cheap for one night it’s okay but I would like to stay here longer. - There was no staff. One of the guests did a check in for me. Capsule door didn’t close. Cockroaches in the „kitchen” and I kitchen is the place with the sink and so many pots. Bathroom is one big mess.

• Spurofthemoment (7/5): Trying out a capsule hotel. - Not many guests.. It's more private in a capsule than in a dorm. The interior of the capsule is clean. The lighting options are fun. Fast charging of phone and mirror. Inside capsule. Capsule can be locked when you leave. Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean. Hot water in kitchen available for tea/coffee/noodles. Option to cook on induction stove. There is a refrigerator. Close to laundromat, shops, restaurants. Great location. Good option if you are just spending the night in JB. It's in what looks like an old neighborhood block so there are open windows and a door at the end of the hallway. There was noone manning reception for some hours.. You have to whatsapp call them.

• Araya (3/5): Poor - The area (Taman Pelangi) is good, lots of food choices and convenient to go anywhere. A restaurant next door called Hawker Habitat is really good at a reasonable price. Do give it a visit if you're staying here. The door to the room where the capsules are so noisy. The capsule is rundown, the door cannot lock, and the steps to the upper capsule are broken down. One of the charging ports in my capsule is broken (it keeps cutting off charge randomly). The staff (the Philippines lady) stayed in the capsule below me and she was talking loudly into the night, she also kept her stuff in front of the capsule. Pots, pans, food etc. Everything looks unkempt and untidy. The bathroom is quite okay but the toilet is dirty, only one bathroom so I had to wait almost 45 mins for some girl to finish showering. Girl, it's not your home, be mindful of others too. The Philippines lady staff stayed up until midnight clipping her nails for like 30 mins straight until someone in the next capsule said something about it. It's cheap, yeah, but I've stayed in a lot of nicer hostels with this price. The hostel definitely needs revamp and major maintenance soon. Everything is broken. Set your expectations low if you wanna stay here. And don't stay for an extended amount of time.
• Nhàn (3/5): 1 - OMG, the air conditioning in the Capsule cannot be controlled and it's a very hot 27°C. I can't sleep at this temperature. The room also smells like I'm sleeping near a trash bin. Lucky for me just booked 1 day in here if not I don’t know how I can stay in here.

The place is dirty,capulse cannot lock,the main door is broken,the first nite not on the air-con until 2 to 3 am. I am spending the whole out at the hawker stall.Many long term tenant occupied the place,youth is laying on the coach without t-shirt all day long.dirty toilet. THE SOCKET IN MY CAPSULE IS CHARGING VERY SLOW. Self-check in. 10 euro per nite,you decide. NOT FOR A FOREIGNER ,FOR A MALAYSIAN MAY BE IF YOU HAVE NO EXPECTATION.

• Jin (10/5): A veritable hostel - The location is excellent, the beds are full of technology, with good privacy, clean and tidy, adequate air conditioning.This hotel is equipped with mirrors and ambient lights that can change colors. The coolest thing was that the guests were so welcoming, helping me with the transportation and recommending the food. It was an amazing experience The only unpleasant experience is: check-in needs to wait until 3-4 o 'clock.

Nobody took trash out from kitchen. Bathroom was dirty. I had read some complaints about same thing but dismissed them seeing that someone answered those and maybe had implemented changes....
• Lee (8/5): Noice. - Location was very convenient. First time trying out a capsule hotel and the bed was very comfortable. The lights and switches inside the capsule was functional and good enough. Even had a mini foldable table to put my things. Overall a quiet environment with good wifi. Don't expect a lot from the toilet, usable with soap dispensers. Pillow could be bigger, blanket too.

• June (2/5): Very poor - just the capsule UFO style only! but no standby 24/7 assistance to help if urgent need required! Aircond too strong and blankets too thin! My scan door locker was broken and I cannot scan and my phone was trapped in my capsule early morning but lucky one China gentleman (guy) was around to help me using his phone for me to seek help but not immediate help. But lucky the China guy helped me all the way and he slided his hand into the broken part of my capsule door And then finally it opens! Toilet are not renovated, and not a clean bathroom environment. One lady guest from Philipines behaved as if she owns the capsule hostel, and was quite unpleasant laying down on the reception area sofa! This capsule can be improved also actually and hopefully one day it will by the owner! Good luck to them!

• Joyce (6/5): Pleasant - It's quiet and clean toilet. Water temperature for bath is good. One of the 2 toilets is bigger than expected. Staff is not responsive and not proactive. Never reply to sent messages. Kept asking to whatapp but contact cannot be found on whatsapp. Do not understand why they cannot just whatsapp guest for check in. Do not entertain/respond to guest's feedback. Provide some sachets but no hot water from water Dispenser with 2 outlets, kettle or power socket in the so called kitchen.

And there are mosquitoes and it does not feel cold from morning to evening. Only one ac is turn on. Bathroom have 2. One of the bathroom have no water hose to wash your butt. The other bathroom no soap .

• Isaac (1/5): Go somewhere else. - I hadn't actually realized how many things were wrong with this hostel until I wrote this. I don't often leave reviews, but this place sucks. I arrived exactly when I told them I would, and no staff showed up until over an hour later. I was taken to my bed which didn't have any sheets, so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for that. The whole check-in process took over 2 hours. As well, half the capsules in my room were broken, so I picked the "least broken" one to stay in. While they do have lockers for valuables, it took them 3 days to give me a key (after asking them constantly for one). This hostel felt pretty scummy, so I felt compelled to carry my valuables around with me when I left during the day. They ran out of toilet paper on the first day I arrived, and never replaced it for the remainder of my stay. The place is filthy, with detritus accumulating in most areas and on most surfaces. The owners leave doors open and many mosquitoes get in during the night. As well, the blankets are too small. I had to sleep in the fetal position in order to be even slightly covered. The final straw for me was when I came back one night to find that the door had been locked from the inside, so even if I input the code outside it couldn't be opened. I didn't get in until 2:30 in the morning. After sending them a strongly-worded message about my dissatisfaction, they responded by turning off the air conditioning in my room, so I was woken up by the oppressive heat in the morning. I'm still not certain if that was retribution from my angry message, or more ineptitude. Overall this hostel is terrible. Despite giving the operators many chances and a great deal of patience, they fell short in every regard. There are much better hostels in more central locations- stay at those instead.

• Marcus (8/5): Very good - Comfortable, clean & quiet. Interesting experience as it was my first time staying at a Capsule dormitory. The upper capsules would squeak when one moved, which may disturb other stayers as well as make one very self-conscious about his/her movements.
