• Wanda Jayne (10/5): Amazing location - The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious light and clean, the host mother was lovely and helpful. Great apartment facilities. There only 1 key for the pool, and that was literally it!

• 101 (4/5): - The location Bathrooms was very dirty not enough towels and no clean bedding behind the sofa and beds was very dirty no aircon only a ceiling fan I messeged the owners for more towels my message was seen but got no rely just ignored, there was 5 adults and 2 children with only 2 large towels and 2 med the small bathrooms shower curtain keeped falling down we cheaked out on the 1st of Jan no instructions of we're to leave the keys. there was 2 sets with only 1 set of keys to the main entrance that was also a issue as some one all ways had to be near by to let the rest of the family in so it was a nightmare if you was out for the day, we stayed here over Christmas if I could of got somwere else I would of moved the kitchen had nasy smell to it the entire apartment needs a full deep clean
• Giovanni (10/5): bellissima posizione persone molto gentili il proprietario dell immobile molto gentile e facilmente reperibile. - la posizione della struttura molto comoda vicina a tutti i tipi di servizi a pochi passi dal Siam Park da centri commerciali addirittura avevamo il centro commerciale di San Eugenio sotto casa, distante pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Fañabe ed altre limitrofe. l appartamento è dotato anche di parcheggio privato sotterraneo, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. non c’erano abbastanza pentole per cucinare non c erano piatti fondi mancante di bidet non c’erano abbastanza asciugamani per la doccia nessuno straccio per la pulizia della cucina . Le porte erano difettose alcune si dovevano trascinare per essere chiuse altre non si chiudevano affatto. In una stanza un materasso aveva un buco quindi non adatto per due persone.
• Alena (10/5): Very 👍 nice - It was a nice trip and a god apartment for a big family of 6 persons. Very comfortable to stay, a big fridge, 4 roms with big beds. Washing machine and a kitchen. A short way to the center and a beach.🏖️ all good restaurants are near. Thanks for the presents from the owners. ❤️🎉
• Natalia (1/5): Neither Booking nor the apartment owner are willing to cooperate or offer any compensation for this terrible experience. - I liked the distance to the sea. That’s where the advantages of this apartment end. I paid €1,380 for 10 days in an apartment with a huge number of cockroaches. The apartment was not cleaned, there wasn’t even soap or basic cleaning supplies. The linens were dirty, and the shower drain was clogged. I am traveling with two children, and these conditions are absolutely terrible. There were even cockroaches in the fridge. I wrote to the host, but she is not taking any action. I travel a lot and often book accommodations through Booking. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. :( Twice during these days, the landlord came at 8 a.m. without warning, waking up my kids and me. I’m just in shock. They gave us a toy Peppa Pig for the kids. We asked them to refund at least the cleaning costs, but they refused. We are very unhappy. Also, the advertisement stated that the apartment had a balcony, but there was no balcony at all. This was the worst vacation of my life, which I spent battling cockroaches. I demand compensation for this. I dont need a Peppa Pig toy for the kids worth 1€; I can buy it myself. I demand a refund at least half of cost, as well as compensation for moral damages.

• Monika (7/5): Good - The location is superb for Tenerife. Very close to everywhere basically. Parking inside and not on street is a big plus. No balcony as written by another guest and the kitchen equipment was a bit lacking.
• Teresa (4/5): We made the best of the situation but it definitely wasn’t up to standard - The location to the resort was the only good thing about this property The accommodation did not match the description No private pool, it was a communal pool for the whole complex There was no outside space or balcony as described No towels in the property which was a huge shock. A taxi had to be taken to purchase. The untidy finish of the property was a disappointment, pictures still in wrapping and price tags attached
• Sue (7/5): Lovely appartment right in the middle of San Eugenio next to the Mercadona so handy for shopping - Host was there on arrival, we had an evening flight and was able to access the accommodation at the time we agreed before we set off Hills to get to and from the apartment were hard going but acceptable
