Muy amables nos enviaron una audioguía turística por si necesitábamos, y tips de lugares en Goldeners Green. Un barrio también muy bien comunicado para moverte por la ciudad en autobús o en metro. Restaurantes Italianos, griegos, judíos, coreanos, persas.... Es Zona 3 y la verdad que agradecimos estar fuera de las aglomeraciones y el turismo de masa. Lo sentimos bastante seguro y tranquilo. El estudio estupendo para lo que necesitábamos. Funcional, nuevo y bien decorado. Cocina, impecable con todo lo necesario, te y café de cortesía, baño con amenities también. Incluso plancha y secador de pelo. Cama de matrimonio, y sofá cama también bien para unos días de visita en la ciudad. Calidad precio estupenda. Excellent connections to the Northern Line and the bus to Hampstead. A well-stocked Sainsbury's supermarket is within walking distance. Thanks for the complimentary Twinings tea – a nice touch. • Pamela Joyce (10/5): Very happy to recommend this place to any visitor to London. - All the appliances (except the slow and rather primitive electric rings for cooking - the one thing I would like to see changed) were new, including the washing machine. There was even a tumble drier in the entrance hall for everyone to use. The heating (radiator and a heated towel rail in the bathroom) were efficient and indeed essential, as during my 17 day stay it hardly stopped raining and it was very cold outside. Here and there things went wrong (like the shower head developing a leak) as things will always do. Communication with the owners was speedy and efficient and within a very short time a whole new shower fitting has been installed. One problem I had at after 11:00 at night brought a reply within five minutes. The position was excellent - a quiet street but only a few minutes walk away from Golders Green high street and the myriad of shops there with just about anything you could want to make a self-catering stay comfortable ... ditto for the Tube Station which has an adjacent bus station meaning it is easy to get around where-ever you might want to go. The staff who turned up for repairs or cleaning were all very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to London. Only as mentioned above, a small thing. The electric rings were inefficient, took ages to heat up and then retained the heat when I no longer needed it! The flat was in the roof so the windy stairs to the top floor could be a consideration for some. Perhaps that should be made clear in the description.

Não temos nada a apontar quanto à disponibilidade, sempre muito prestáveis na troca de mensagens, contudo a situação não foi solucionada. Estadia de 5 noites sem aquecimento a funcionar. Tivemos a sorte de o estúdio não ser muito frio. Relativamente à limpeza deixou a desejar. Saco de edredão da cama estava sujo e quando fomos fazer a segunda cama no sofá, também o saco cama que tínhamos para colocar no sofá também se encontrava bastante sujo.

The bed was nice and comfy, there was even a washing machine which was a real bonus! It's close to nearby shops and cafes, bars and the golders green bus station and underground. • Mordechai (1/5): Avoid at all costs! No Wi-Fi, no help, dishonest hosts: ruined our trip - BAD BAD Our stay was a disaster from the start. The apartment had no working Wi-Fi, no cellular reception, and no usable TV. The hosts were unhelpful, unprofessional, and dishonest. Their lack of care ruined our vacation, and I strongly advise others not to book this place. Full Story: When we arrived, we immediately discovered the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. After a long flight, we urgently needed internet, but all we got from the hosts was repeated advice to switch the router on and off. We clearly told them the router showed a red light and that a cable looked missing. Despite this, they never sent anyone to fix the problem. With no Wi-Fi and almost no mobile signal inside the flat, we were left completely cut off—no Google Maps, no way to book tickets (which are required for most London attractions), no TV, no entertainment. As a result, our first full day of the trip was completely wasted. We asked the hosts to either fix the issue or move us to one of their many other apartments (they claimed to manage about 70 properties in the UK). Instead, they dismissed our requests and offered only a token £60 “compensation,” while openly admitting the Wi-Fi was unlikely to be fixed before the end of our 11-day stay. Their indifference shocked us—how could they not even try to solve such a basic issue when they had so much time? With no choice, we had to urgently look for another place to stay in the middle of August, during peak season. After two stressful days of searching, we finally found a replacement flat. We asked them for a late checkout to cover the gap until our next check-in, but they refused, claiming other guests were due to arrive. This was a blatant lie- the flat was still listed as for us, which we later confirmed that it was still available. To make matters worse, they never even paid the small compensation they had promised us. In the end, we had to contact Booking.com directly to get a refund for the unused nights
• YiWei (10/5): Good location, convenient and sleep well. - Very good accommodation, very quiet, and extremely convenient transportation. There are many shops around. The bed is very comfortable. This is what a quilt is called. It is soft and you can fall asleep immediately. I can also cook and there is a microwave. The key to the front door was a bit stuck, but it can be opened after a few tries. The location is very good, I will definitely stay here next time.

• Monique (7/5): Pretty nice apartment, spacious inside with a washing machine. Very slow Wi-Fi beware - It was a very clean apartment and most things worked fairly well. It was nice to have a washing machine and it was spacious inside. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work well at all. The Wi-Fi on my laptop barely worked and the Wi-Fi on my mobile phone was pretty much nonexistent. So that kind of ruined things for me in a lot of ways. There’s also no elevator and you have to go upstairs with heavy luggage. And it’s pretty hard to get inside the front door since the key sticks sometimes. The Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent most days. There is no lift and you have to go up narrow stairs. The key to the front door sticks and it’s hard to get inside sometimes.

• Munafò (2/5): Una totale delusione. - la breve distanza dalla stazione della metro Nonostante le recensioni, l'appartamento si è rivelato una delusione e il soggiorno è stato molto scomodo. Ho prenotato l'appartamento per tre persone (due adulti e una bimba di 10 anni). Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato asciugamani solo per due persone. Difficile capire se fossero puliti per via del loro colore (grigio scuro) e del loro odore. La pianta finta, presente nel soggiorno, era piena di polvere e il tappeto sporco e logoro. Le sedie del tavolo da cucina, di tessuto "nero", erano macchiate e visibilmente sporche. La lavatrice era maleodorante e sporca. La cucina sembrava pulita, ma in ogni caso poco attrezzata. Nel congelatore del frigorifero ho trovato anche del cibo lasciato da qualche altro ospite. Ho chiesto alla proprietà, per quattro giorni di seguito, il set mancante di asciugamani, lenzuola pulite e di provvedere alla pulizia dell'appartamento. Soltanto al quinto giorno di soggiorno e dopo i numerosi solleciti, per terra e davanti alla porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento, in una busta usata del supermercato, ho trovato gli asciugamani e le lenzuola. Nessuno di questi aveva l'aspetto e un odore di pulito. Durante il soggiorno ho continuato ad insistere perché la pulizia dell'appartamento, ma è stato tutto inutile. Mancava anche una scopa per spazzare il pavimento (in laminato). Anche il bagno si è rivelato molto scomodo. Gli appendi asciugamani, di plastica e con bioadesivo, si staccavano dal muro in continuazione e non c'erano prese elettriche (è la prima volta che mi capita). Per asciugarsi i capelli o per radersi la barba occorreva farlo in altra camera. Il letto alla francese era molto scomodo (il materasso era scarico e sottile). Il presunto divano letto, troppo piccolo, era scomodo e privo di lenzuola.

Un peu loin du centre mais bien desservi par métro et bus. Le canapé lit n'est pas du tout confortable. Le ventilateur est bruyant et indispensable car l'appartement est chaud. Uniquement 2 petites fenêtres. Équipement cuisine à revoir. (pas d'œuvre boîte, torchons vaisselle, 1 seule poêle à changer). Pas d'insonorisation.

• Ravi (4/5): It's misleading to leave out that some flats are on the second floor and are difficult to reach. - Staff is responsive on whatsapp The property must clearly state that some flats are located on the second floor and can only be accessed by stairs, including a spiral staircase. Not mentioning this in advance and letting guests find out upon arrival is misleading. For example, an elderly guest with two 20kg suitcases would struggle to climb two flights of stairs, especially the spiral one, which is narrow and hard to manage with heavy luggage.
• Mohammed (6/5): Not bad, but could have been much better... - The house is conveniently located near Golders Green Underground station, which makes getting around by public transport fairly easy. However, it typically takes 45 minutes to an hour to reach central London (around the museum district), so plan accordingly. The rooms were adequately spacious for a family stay. However, the couch in the living area was quite small and not very comfortable for two teenagers to sleep on. The house was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, which we appreciated. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and relatively clean, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants—including some that offer Halal food options. Taking a stroll around the area was genuinely pleasant and enjoyable. We stayed at this property for about 10 days in early June, during an unusually hot period in London (around 30°C daily). While we were aware in advance that the accommodation wasn’t air-conditioned, it was still quite uncomfortable. There was only one small electric fan provided, and despite repeated requests, the property manager never followed through with a second one. There was no vacuum cleaner available either. We asked for one, but again, it was never delivered. Ventilation was also an issue. The house has windows only on the front-facing facade, which limits air circulation significantly. Even with the windows left open throughout the day, the interior remained stuffy and stale—something we especially noticed when returning after a few hours away. The kitchen lacked some basic essentials. There was no dish drying rack, which made cleaning up inconvenient. Another thing to be aware of: the listing doesn't clearly explain that the bungalow is situated at the back of a larger three-story building. There’s no view to speak of, and due to the proximity of neighboring windows, we had to keep the blinds down most of the time for privacy. This, unfortunately, made the place feel even hotter and more enclosed. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but it could have been much more comfortable with a few thoughtful improvements and better responsiveness from the property manager. Considering we paid around GBP 1,500 for 11 days, we felt the overall value didn’t quite live up to expectations.

• Dina (8/5): Overall a pleasant and quiet place to stay with family. - Very quiet residential neighbourhood, well-served by public transport. The apartment itself looked recently-renovated, quite clean (rare for London properties), modern and comfortable. We stayed in a bungalow (no immediate neighbours), so it was exceptionally quiet at nights and in the morning - which we really appreciated. Communication with the host was instant and always friendly and helpful. The double bed was very small indeed (no bigger than 140*200), the mattress was screechy, uncomfortable, led to back pain towards the end of our 7 night stay. The kitchen lacked a dishwasher and an oven.

• Dana (8/5): Very good - Location is close to central, safe, super lovely owners. Has heating, washing machine, hair dryer and the shower is decent as well. Golders Green is a majority Jewish community so you'll be fine. Place is nice despite some things not being in the unit (toilet paper, bin bag). There was a weird smell too so i had to febreeze the place which sucked. Had to kill two spiders and the door was such a hassle to unlock. The drying rack is broken which isn't helpful.

• Joseph (5/5): Passable - ‏The apartment was nice and looked like the photos. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. Also, the listing clearly said toiletries were provided, but there were none. I messaged them privately on WhatsApp, and they dismissed it, saying they mentioned it elsewhere – but on Booking it clearly says toiletries are included. I arrived late at night and had to go out early just to buy shampoo. Overall okay, but these issues really affected the experience.
