• Peter (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment that is spacious, comfortable, and in very good location for Rome sights. A really charming place to stay with a homely feel to it. Spacious living room and bedroom, kitchen and eating area that are well equipped, a private courtyard for al fresco breakfast etc. The street outside was less busy than we feared. The owners were great at keeping in touch. Their restaurant tips were appreciated (we enjoyed Li Rioni, a few minutes walk away). And it was a great help being able to drop our luggage before check-in time, and to leave it there after check out. We loved the period building, the front doors from street, central courtyard, quaint lift etc. A great 2-3 days in Rome. It was our first visit. Would like to have stayed longer, and hope to return and stay at this apartment again. Being picky: A USB port or adaptor for mobiles etc would have helped; the kitchen area would benefit from just a bit more light

• Ausra (9/5): Beautiful property - Location brilliant, far enough from all the noise but close enough to everything and Colosseum. Minimalistic, plenty of space for family. Absolutely loved it. One thing to note is that you can hear everything from the corridor; I presume people can hear you too.
• Michael (10/5): We would highly recommend this delightful property to stay. - The apartment was clean and spacious. The outdoor patio was quaint. The Colosseum was within walking distance. The hosts Marco Daniela and Miss Maria were a delight to deal with. They made celebrating our 40th anniversary one to remember. They had many recommendations for restaurants and were available for any extra accommodations. They went above and beyond our expectations.

После долгих прогулок днем, было очень приятно и комфортно возвращаться в эту квартиру. Для комфортного проживания предоставлены все условия до приятных мелочей. Мы очень благодарны сеньоре Марии, за очень теплый искренне заботливый прием. Она замечательная женщина, она помогала нам с чемоданами, мы с детьми не успевали на вокзал рано утром, было сложно заказать такси который был готов отвезти нас с 2 большими чемоданами и коляской, благодаря ей мы приехали на вокзал вовремя. Минусов нет
• Katharina (8/5): Schöne Altbauwohnung in optimaler Lage von ganz tollen Gastgebern - Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich optimal. Nur 5-8 min zu Fuß zum Kolloseum. Es ist eine Altbauwohnung im Souterrain, die im hinteren Teil eines großen Stadthauses liegt. Dadurch ist es ruhiger, als direkt an der Straße. Es gibt außerdem eine kleine Terasse. Die Einrichtung ist einer Altbauwohnung entsprechend, nicht alles ganz modern aber passend. Die Gastgeber sind super toll. In der Wohnung gab es viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten für uns und Marco und Daniela haben uns einige Tipps zu Restaurants etc gegeben. Wirklich negativ fanden wir gar nichts. Da die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt, ist sie recht dunkel und die Fenster sind nicht super dicht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Oktober hat uns das nicht gestört. Im Winter könnte das aber unangenehm sein.

• Andrea (10/5): Perfekte Location um Rom als Familie zu entdecken - Perfekte Location nah am Kolosseum. Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit wunderschönem Innenhof. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche … Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Das beste für uns als Familie mit Kindern war die Lage. So konnten wir tagsüber die Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen, auf abends zurückkommen, etwas ausruhen und frisch machen und dann nochmal los. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gleich gegenüber. Sehr herzliche Hosts. —-
• RUT (10/5): Estancia genial para conocer Roma y querer volver. - Esta en una zona centrica a un paso del colisieo. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias. La cocina pequeña pero completa, la habitacion grande y muy comoda y en la sala tiene una sofa cama tambien muy comodo. Ademas tiene ina pequeña terracita. Ademas tiene aire acondicionado. Estuvimos genial. Nada, era perfecto.
• Petra (10/5): - Ich war mit meinem 14jährigen Enkel in Rom.Am Tag der Ankunft,wurden wir sehr herzlich von Signora Maria empfangen.Sie zeigte uns das Appartement, welches sehr sauber war.Küche war ausreichend eingerichtet und auch die restlichen Zimmer waren top. Signora Maria hat mich zwischendurch auch gefragt,ob ich noch Kaffee bräuchte, was nicht selbstverständlich ist.Sie hat uns auch zwei Regenschirme ausgeliehen, als es stark geregnet hat.Also alles in allem wunderbar und ich kann dieses Appartement ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Was auch noch zu erwähnen wäre ist,dass man sehr zentral ist und zum Kolosseum gerade mal 10 Min.zu Fuß braucht.Mit dem 87er Bus,der fast vor der Haustüre hält ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum Roms. Kommunikation mit dem Sohn von Signora Maria, hat auch reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Foarte curat,proprietarii foarte intelegatori ,ne au permis check in ul tarziu si check out ul decalat o ora,fara sa ne perceapa vre o taxa si pentru acest lucru le multumim. Doamna Maria o simpatica!Ne a făcut o primire prietenoasa deși ora era tarzie.Asta ne a ajutat sa ne relaxam după toata agitatia din aeroport ,unde bagajele ne au fost date foarte greu ,facandu ne sa întârziem. Într-adevăr interiorul este puțin vechi,dar important este ca este curat.Stiam din alte recenzii ca se afla la demisolul clădirii, ceea ce mi a fost de ajutor,nu am avut o surpriza. Pozele afișate corespund realității. Recomand !

• Danielle (9/5): Overall, this was a great stay for our family and we recommend - Conveniently located by the colosseum, steps away from the metro to get to Vatican City. Hosts were very responsive. The small terrasse and courtyard was beautiful! If I had to say anything, it would be that the apartment was a little bare in terms of what it provided. For example, I couldn’t find bowls for kids cereal (except for two large pasta bowls). There was one coffee pod per day.

Super friendly hosts even they let us leave our luggage and they prepare the place super fast for us. Super happy and If I come to Rome again, this will be the only place I stay!

• Robert (10/5): A peaceful home in Rome - A five minute walk from the Colusseum and a peaceful courtyard. Apartment was cvery clean and amazingly quiet. Overlooking a peaceful courtyard with its own private outdoor patio. It was hard to believe you were in busy Rome. We slept wonderfully. An added bonus was Signora Marie who was kind, quiet and friendly. She did not speak much English, but no problem we just used google translate. It was our first day in Rome and Signora Maria made it feel like home.

• Mia (10/5): Fantastic - Great fairly central location, very close to the Roman forum. The bathroom was beautiful and well stocked and the courtyard was a delight to sit and socialise in. We found check-in and out very smooth and Marco very kindly got the apartment ready for us a couple of hours earlier than expected. The hosts were very communicative and I couldn't recommend it more! There is no air conditioning unit but there is a fan in one of the rooms. As the apartment is below the ground floor it wasn't too much of a problem in early September.
