Very quiet and close to marina snd restaurants. Good communication with owner. Nothing. Only small thing was that we couldn’t get satellite channels on to but didn’t really matter.
• Nichola (10/5): Fabulous stay in this well located stunning villa just minutes from the marina - The Villa is stunning, very clean, spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Lots of areas inside and out to relax and socialise. Great location just 8 mins walk to Marina Rubicon shopping centre. Welcome wine and fruit was a lovely surprise and Yesenia was a perfect host ensuring we had all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. I will definitely use this Villa again. Wouldn’t recommend for young children as pool is deep throughout.

• Louise (10/5): Perfect place for a group or family - Beautiful apartment. Great pool, sun all day. Nice beds, and soft pillows. Lovely towels perfect location to supermarkets and marina, then stroll along promenade to old town. Lots restaurants to choose from and only a walk away was the beach. We enjoyed it very much !! Nothing.
• Marie (10/5): Absolutely beautiful Villa, perfect location. - The Villa is exceptional. Very spacious and in a fantastic location, only 10 mins walk to all the restaurants, bars and Marina. The beach is about 20 min walk along a beautiful promenade. The villa was very quiet and extremely clean. Lots of towels and everything you need to make it a home away from home. The attention to detail by the host is amazing. Lovely heated pool and outdoor area. You wont regret staying here. I will definitely book again. Nothing
• Rachel (9/5): Amazing stay - will be back again! - Exceptional accommodation. One of my favourite I've stayed in, such a cosy homely environment. Has all the amenities you would need and more. The rooms are very comfortable and the outdoor area is outstanding. We went as a family for Christmas and there was loads of space to all enjoy our stay. Wouldn't change Anything , loved our stay :)

• Małgorzata (10/5): Idelany dom na rodzinne wakację - Dom piękny i idealny dla dwóch rodzin z dzieckiem. Woda w basenie ciepła nawet pod koniec listopada. Dostępne są materace do pływania. Dom jest w pełni wyposażony, były kapsułki do kawy, toster, dostaliśmy miskę owoców oraz lokalne wino. Warto wypożyczyć samochód i zwiedzić wyspę, a w pobliżu jest też kilka uroczych plaż. Łóżka wygodne, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Kazdy pokój ma dużą szafę. Dom jest idealny w bardzo cichej okolicy. Parę minut samochodem jest Lidl. Kawałek dalej na piechotę można iść do mariny gdzie są restauracje i sklepy. Do Playa Blanca jest kawałek dalej ale taxi kosztuje 4 euro. Chętnie tu wrócimy 🙂
• Iona (9/5): - Great pool and quiet location while still being an easy walk to restaurants etc. Good outdoor space with shady areas. Easy access and good communication with host. Would have been good to have basics like olive oil and salt etc. We ended up leaving some for next guests.

The accommodation was high quality and aesthetically pleasing, the pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location and proximity to Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca was ideal. The communication from our host both before and during the stay was excellent and we knew that if we had any questions, they would be answered immediately. This is a place I would definitely stay again in future. Everything was perfect.

The bedrooms were very spacious with very generous storage and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could wish for and more. • Les (8/5): We had a great time and the villa could easily move up to a 10 - Overall, a very nice villa. Some interesting artwork and well laid out exterior except for what seems like wasted space, but that might be linked to local planning restrictions. Good outdoor lighting (once I found the switches). Location for Marina Rubicon was perfect - far enough away to not be disturbed and close enough to walk down for a drink or meal. Also very close to a HiperDino. Lots of towels of a good quality. Useful local info provided in welcome message. I like a hard bed, but this one was rock solid. No en-suite and only 1 shower-room in the villa, the other is outside near the pool through a door that needs to be locked at night. This should have been made clear in the description. Plenty of crockery, but seriously lacking in cutlery - just enough for 6 people but should be more for serving, prep, etc. No plastic crockery or glasses for use near the pool. No info book about the villa so finding switches was a challenge. No cusions for outdoor seating which was painful on the butt.

• Juan (10/5): Perfecta para pasar unos días en familia - La casa está impecable y tiene un porche espectacular, hasta con televisión y altavoces por bluetooth, y la piscina, perfecta, el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y con 2 baños. La verdad, todo estaba perfecto.
• Julie (9/5): An excellent safe villa with excellent facilities in a great location. The outside spaces really make this villa. - The outside space was excellent. The outdoor dining area, pool, pool bar, outside shower room and bbq areas are all of a high quality. The fact that 3 bedrooms shared the indoor bathroom was manageable for one family. However the master bedroom would greatly benefit from an en-suite. This would leave the villa in a way I couldn’t fault it.

Es la casa más bonita en la que hemos estado, donde cada rincón se nota que se ha decorado con mimo y gusto, materiales y equipos de buena calidad y acorde con la sintonía de la isla. Su interior es acogedor, pero lo más relevante son sus instalaciones exteriores… consistiendo en una terraza dividida en varias zonas en la que puedes desarrollar tu vida todo el día, siendo un lujo poder comer o bañarte en la piscina con acceso a una pantalla de TV para ver tu peli preferida desde el agua o escuchar tu música mediante la instalación de altavoces en los techos con bluetooth, así como la zona de barbacoa o tumbonas. Además, el agua de la piscina se encuentra climatizada a la temperatura perfecta. Por la noche su iluminación la hace aún más encantadora.Vivienda súper recomendada, especialmente, para pasar tiempo de calidad en ella y disfrutarla con la familia o amigos.

Decorada con mucho gusto y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable Nos encontramos unos detalles de bienvenida muy generosos además de toallas, ropa de cama, almohadas, menaje, café, etc. También colchonetas para la piscina, que tenía una temperatura fabulosa. Además, durante nuestra estancia acudieron a limpiarla y acondicionarla. El aire acondicionado por toda la casa, los árboles frutales, el garaje, la iluminación...todo nos encantó. El trato por parte de Yesenia antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia fue inmejorable, sin duda volveremos a Casa Melián en nuestras futuras visitas a la isla, ojalá la encontremos disponible. Gracias por todo al Equipo Casa Melián :) Sería cómodo contar con algún cubierto más, pero es un detalle menor :)
• Steve (10/5): Fantastic ! - Fantastic place to stay. We have stayed in a few villas in the area over the years and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a very tasteful interior. The outside area is superb. We particularly liked the Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling outside which were very good sound quality. The pool is large and heated with plenty of space around the edges. The bedrooms all have floor to ceiling and wall to wall wardrobes with plenty of hangers. Everything we needed including an abundance of towels were on hand and catered for including the impressive kitchen area. Communication with the host was also very responsive and prompt and we would like to thank them for there kindness which made our stay even more enjoyable. The area around the Villa is very quiet and private and an easy walk to the marina and shopping centre. Playa Blanca has been our go to place for a few years now and our stay this time was the best yet. Coming back home
• Rebecca (10/5): Brilliant family friendly villa - We had a fantastic week stay at Casa Melián. We were stayed with our 2 young children and their grandparents. The villa is even better and more beautiful than the pictures. A great location and only a 10 minute walk to the harbour and restaurants and 15/20 mins from one of the nicest beaches, particularly for young children. The host was really quick to respond and had set out lots of baby/toddler toys and beds to make the stay as easy as possible. The heated pool and outdoor space was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
• Simmons (10/5): A beautiful villa to celebrate our birthdays - We had an amazing stay at Casa Melian and it truly exceeded our expectations. The outside area was absolutely perfect – they’ve thought of everything to make it relaxing and enjoyable. We especially loved the outdoor TV and music system. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the marina with plenty of great shops and restaurants. The hosts were fantastic and communication was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. We were celebrating three birthdays during our trip, and Casa Melian made it feel really special. We honestly can’t wait to rebook and would highly recommend!

It is well thought out spacious, the pool is fantastic, there’s entertainment with an outdoor tv and football table, outdoor bar area and BBQ all great for a perfect night in. The kitchen is large with all the equipment you could need, beds comfy and everywhere clean. Email responses from staff are polite and quick, always helpful!! The villa is only a short walk from Marina Rubicon. We had a perfect stay and would love to come back again!!!

• Line-marie (10/5): A wonderful house that we will definitely come back to! - We had nothing but a wonderful stay at Casa Meliàn! When we arrived, the owner had put a bottle of wine along with bottles of water in the refrigerator, a box of chocolate was on the table together with fresh fruit, and there were also coffee capsules for the coffee machine so that we didn’t have to rush off to the store right away. The whole house is spacious, very clean and tidy, both bathrooms are very nice, and the kitchen has everything one can ask for. The outdoor area is nothing but absolutely beautiful, and we spent almost every minute at the house outdoors and by the pool (this got cleaned once a week). The pool had a perfect temperature and is big enough so that one can swim back and forth. It also has stairs to get down into the pool from one side and a ladder from the other side. There were beach towels at the house with the name of Casa Meliàn written on them, which gives you the feeling of “that little extra”. When it comes to facilities, each bedroom has air conditioning, and there are two TV’s in the house, one inside and one outside. There is Wi-Fi for both indoors and outdoors use which functioned perfectly. There are speakers outside in the ceiling (and also in the “outdoor” bathroom) and you can play music either from your own phone or from the radio. The lighting outside at night is also beautiful, just as nice as you can see from the pictures. At the bar there is an extension chord where you can charge your phone, an extra detail that came in very handy. The owner is very friendly and service minded, and she was available at all times if we had any questions. The house is perfectly situated right outside the centre, and is only a 10 minute walk away from supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. We loved every minute of staying at Casa Meliàn, and we are definitely coming back!

It was very relaxing and the outdoor living space was lovely. - The villa is located less than 10 minutes walk to the marina, the Rubicon shopping centre and nearby the new Barcelo hotel which has bus stops beside it. We hired a car but based on the location you don’t need to. The villa itself is lovely, it’s very spacious for a family of 5. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. We were happy with everything.

The villa is very spacious, and had everything we needed - and more ! We would most certainly stay again - the best holiday home I have ever stayed in. Excellent location.

• Edwina (10/5): We had a brilliant stay. Would highly recommend this villa for location, space, cleanliness and fantastic outdoor area - Location is excellent. Pool and outside areas were brilliant. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. Loads of storage and plenty of coat hangers. Very minor issue and easily fixed. Main bathroom door rubbed on floor so when used in the night might disturb people in the other bedrooms. Was a bit difficult to know which setting the oven was on as the symbols had been rubbed of with wear.

The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including some extras like cots and bouncer for babies which we appreciated! We loved the outdoor space with dining area and tv. And we spent lots of time in the heated pool. The location was great. A 10 minute walk to the marina with a great choice of restaurants. Our hosts were a pleasure to deal with, and kindly accommodated our late check out request. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return soon!
• Orlamac (10/5): Fantastic stay at Casa Melián - We've just returned from a brilliant 11 night stay in Casa Melián. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with an abundance of everything you could need (bedding, towels, crockery, clothes washing facilities etc.). It might benefit from a few more kitchen implements, but there's more than enough there to prepare basic meals. The indoor/outdoor terrace area is brilliant for the hot days when you want to avoid the sun, and for eating meals outside. We were travelling with an 8 month old baby, and the hosts provided us with a beautiful, traditional style cot, baby bath and baby bouncer which made life so easy for us in terms of luggage. A lovely range of essentials (+ wine!!) was left for us on arrival, and we were provided with beautiful fresh fruit from the villa gardens during the stay. It's well located, about 6-7min walk to the supermarket and 10 mins to the Marina. The hosts were excellent at communicating with us during our stay. All in all, it was a 5* experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone. N/A, everything was fantastic.

• Susie (10/5): Beautiful villa with a modern, homely vibe in a great location! - Everything - the villa is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It felt like a home rather than a holiday let. There are some lovely touches like the books on César Manrique, interesting ornaments and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic with it being just 20 minutes walk down to the great restaurants at Marina Rubicón. Nothing! Loved it.

• Tracey (9/5): Beautiful luxurious villa within short walk of Marina - Beautiful spacious, spotlessly clean villa with all the comforts you will need. Lovely traditional Canarian decor, very good quality furnishings with good bedding. Kitchen well equipped with two coffee machines (pod & barista styles). Fantastic private outdoor space with great pool. Excellent Wi-Fi indoors and outdoors for multiple devices. Short walk to Marina and 15 min walk to Playa Dorada which would be nearest beach. Host is very responsive, a small issue arose during our stay which was attended to immediately. A lovely welcome gift was left for our arrival. My children absolutely loved it. Very much out of the control of the owners but there is ongoing building work in the area which at times can be heard from the out door space. It tended to occur more so in the mornings when we were often going out and had stopped most days when we returned in the afternoon.

• Graham-olga (10/5): Excellent relaxing stay and I this would be my first check for villa accommodation availability on my next trip to Lanza - The whole property was good but the outdoor facilities were excellent. The property is very private, clean, and with a good heated swimming pool which was cleaned weekly. Very good communication with the host and a very welcome fruit bowl and fridge package, not to forget the bottle of Lanzarote wine which was well enjoyed at poolside. Thanks Yesenia Slight building noise due to other villas nearby being developed, however nothing can be done about that and in essence wasn’t a problem.
• Sarah (1/5): Avoid any all costs - incredibly noisy building site of a property. - Good weather. Close to marina. Avoid at all costs. Unacceptable levels of construction noise and dust. Constant banging, circular saws, heavy machinery operating, workmen overlooking pool as property is amongst three building sites. Neighbouring dog barks all day. Pool too cold and AC too warm.

Raquel was exceptional as a host, always responding very promptly to any queries we had and even allowing a late check out so very accommodating.

Well appointed and immaculately clean, we had an excellent break and will definitely return. Size, location, pool. An amazing outdoor space for relaxing in the day and cooking in the evenings before movie nights with a great outdoor tv set up.

Located in Playa Blanca, so close to Rubicon Marina with all the bars and shops. Also enjoyable walk along the promenade to the main shopping district. Modern, excellent decor, luxury. A thoughtful welcome pack also on arrival.
