- Cathie (6/5): - I liked the location The kitchen facilities weren't what was advertised as the back lights didn't work some of the lights in the kitchen didn't work.
Most importantly the stove cooktop had only one hotplate working which was very disappointing because we were staying for work purposes and the reason we went for AirBnb was so we could have cooking facilities to make our stay cheaper Unfortunately only having one hot hotplate isn't enough to cook a meal for 3 adults.
- Amelia (5/5): Passable - Location No key to the security screens which made we extremely uncomfortable and paranoid sleeping at night.
I expected the Japanese Garden to have been maintained better.
- Juliette (7/5): Ok. Garden requires attention - Floors, bed and bathroom linen and surfaces were spotless The gardens were weedy which was disappointing as we chose the property on the basis of the headline “Tranquil Japanese Gardens”. The bins were out and had been used by passers by. The couch was old and covered with an old and unclean sheet.
- Caron (8/5): Very good - Proximity to family
Rooms were massive, open plan an easy to keep tidy Front could have done with a tidy
General tree rubbish
Could do with instructions for dish washer and washing machine
- Sam (1/5): Bad - The ad for this place is very misleading there are 3 double beds and a sofa bed in a small room with a washing machine and a trundle bed without a mattress. The place smells of cigarettes and it was not very clean. The couch was covered in a white sheet to hide all the burns and stains. The garden had a paper wasp nest and was very neglected it didn't look like the pictures. The location was not in the safest neighborhood. It was very expensive for what it was . We left and found another accomodation.
- Caron (8/5): Family visit - Visiting area to support family
Family home within walking distance ++
Walking distance to IGA and good little shopping complex. Good lighting when returning from late walks and visits
Quiet street. Secure home and back area Safe
Nice big flat level area inside and out no risk of falls Unable to change. neighbours loud and noisy
Fortunately able to move to front rooms as front street quiet
Was able to borrow from family
A bigger pot would have been good.
- Cooper (8/5): Very good - Everything There was mold in the barth under the head rest that caused my childreen to get sick as they came off
- Melissa (5/5): Was ok, didn’t look like pics on internet. Garden definitely needs an overhaul - Close to where we needed to travel for sports When booking we saw pics of the hot tub, which I booked specifically as kids were doing state gymnastics competitions- they were disappointed that it was broken. The plug in the bath was hard to use had to get a knife to open it. Toilet could use a lock on it, we had 2 different families staying and made it difficult using with no lock.
- James (10/5): We attended a sporting event - the property was close to local amenities and was absolutely perfect. - The collection process was very simple and as advised by the hosts. Absolutely perfect. !!

- Colleen (9/5): Clean tidy and easy to find - Very clean and comfortable It was a shame the spa wasn’t working
- Bibi (7/5): Nice old charm - Good and comfortable size house. Good size kitchen and lots of storage. Great size rooms. Clean and tidy indoors. Loved the outdoors setting area with the spa. Kids enjoyed the fish pond. Wrong address was provided to us and on the website. Gardens needed clean up, lots of srubs and dead leaves and branches in the garden area. Some empty boxes and rubbish left outside the house, could have thrown in the bins instead. Had to ring them to get the correct address, house number. Some improvements needed. An additional toilet would have been great for large families
