Gary (9/5): Great place to stay. - Location, size of the accommodation, staff kept intouch Air-conditioning not working, there was a portable one in one bedroom but it wasn't that good.

David (8/5): Great views - wonderful view of San Miguel and the mountains. Very difficult to locate. The building is actually called "Edificio Olymar" NOT "Marbrisa ll".... why? Spacious and comfortable, but very basic throughout, quite spartan. Only just adequate. Unfinished electrical wiring since newbuild in 2004. Underground carpark difficult to access, via a steep, restricted slope. Tight parking spaces, even for a small car. Poor lighting. Street parking restricted. Close to football pitch, in very regular use, can be a little noisy.
