- Florian (7/5): Nice hippy place, too bad it was shadowed by old habits - The breakfast was basic but ok. The location was great considering that the attractions were easily reached by foot. Nice view over the palace. The common kitchenette was very well equipped. As soon as we enter in the room upon check in, we realised an strong smell of cigarette smoke, which persisted the following days, even though we used aromatic spray and the air conditioning.
I consider that is a good place for people who smoke a lot and not very welcoming for non- smokers

- Michael (9/5): Superb - Good location in the old town and private room was spacious and beautiful Little bit noisy at times but not an issue

- Helen (10/5): Ideal place to stay in Granada, highly recommend - Amazing roof terrace with great views of the Alhambra! A lovely place to sit and relax, as is the courtyard area in the main hostel building. Our bedroom was spacious and clean. Great to have use of the shared kitchen, and the complimentary breakfast was a real bonus. Delicious grated tomato! Really friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hostel is great for exploring Albaycin and all the historic streets around there, and for getting to the Alhambra, Sacromonte and the viewpoints. Would definitely recommend staying here! Great value accommodation, very friendly and welcoming vibe, and the small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip in the very hot weather. Lovely decor, with traditional Andalucian tiles and interiors. Nothing, was great

- Duncan (7/5): Good location but be aware that it's a hostel which rents a few private rooms, not a guest house. - What's not immediately clear from the booking.com listing is that Oripando Privte Rooms isn't a guest house, but rather a hostel which rents out a few rooms across the street from the main hostel. So be aware that's it's defnitely more of a hostel vibe than a guest house. The courtyard has a very small pool (more of a paddling pool), and a basic breakfast is available in the morning - some cereal, milk, bread, jams, coffee & tea (orange juice can be bought for extra). Nice atmosphere in the courtyard.
The hostel is well located in a quiet street, although it involves a bit of a climb being in the historical area on a hill. The advantage is that you have a view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace. Break fast was pretty rudimentary, but you get what you pay for! We had a double room with shared bathroom - unfortunately our room was on the 2nd floor and the shared bathroom is on the ground floor, so none too practical.

- Mikołaj (6/5): - The location and view from the roof terrace are amazing! The room wasn't clean enough. We could see some sand and hair on the bed sheets and there was black mold on the bathroom walls. This worsen my allergy a lot. In addition to that half of the electrical sockets didn't work (2 out of 4), which was a little bit annoying.
- Jemma (9/5): Aesthetic, fun and everything you need - Spacious room, good air conditioning, friendly helpful staff, easy enough to get to Alhambra, kitchen with everything you need Nothing it was awesome
- Emma (10/5): -
- Govinda (10/5): - Las instalaciones preciosas y el personal muy atento, a mí pareja y a mí nos encantó la estancia
- Larisa (8/5): Very good -
- Giu (9/5): Amazing private room in a hostel with shared terrace! - The private room was large and clean. In our room, there was a personal bathroom with a bidet, which was super appreciated. Our private room was in a different building from the main hostel at 10 meter distance, with another kitchen and a fantastic rooftop with an amazing view on the Alhambra! Perfect for breakfasts or drinks at any moment of the day! The staff was nice and available! Super suggested! Nothing! Everything was really nice!
- Azra (8/5): Very good - Wonderful view from the roof terrace. Lovely staff! The bathroom needs some attention.
- Omar (9/5): Superb -
- David (1/5): If over 50 give it a miss stairs, stairs, and steep hills - The view of the Alhambra was really good especially when lit up at night and the staff were nice. The accomodation also accepts dogs Where do I start, shared bathroom downstairs 3 levels,no parking within half mile so had to lug baggage up steep hils. Place took an hour to find in 30° heat. No running water in room had to go down 2 floors to access any running water. Breakfast was self service and VERY limited no instruction from staff regarding breakfast service so sat there waiting until another guest advised us. More like a commune than an hotel
- Dominika (10/5): excellent - The view from the roof to Alhabra was amazing, the stuff was very friendly, there is also a small swimming pool
- Chiaragil (9/5): Superb - the host was super nice and made us feel at home, i loved the terrace and its view of Granada's Alhambra. It is close enough to everything you would want to visit, we reached almost everything by foot.
- David (9/5): Superb - Very friendly staff/owners (Lou and Fernando ) who gave me great local information. Very close to the San Nicolas viewing point where you get to see all of Granada and the Alhambra. The private rooms are great as I had my own bedroom with shower and toilet and use of the kitchen and second bathroom. There was no forewarning of how scarce the parking was and the very narrow uphill roads to get to the accommodation, only to be told the parking was 20 minutes back when the hill. I suggest this is added to a description of the property to save people going all the way up only to have to drive back down and then walk back up. Apart from that everything else was great.
- Anne (10/5): Best value for money in Granada - Amazing location, great and friendly hosts fulfilling all our wishes, very clean and comfortable, kitchen with everything you need, yummy breakfast, will be back asap! Nada
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (10/5): Fantastic - I stayed in one of the private rooms attached to Oripando Hostel. As a solo traveller who has probably grown out of the dorm life but still appreciates the service and social atmosphere of a hostel this was perfect. The room was quiet, beautifully decorated and had access to a spacious bathroom and kitchen. However, as a guest I was able to visit the main hostel area to have breakfast and socialize with other travellers. Each of the staff I encountered was super friendly and helpful giving great recommendations on restaurants, especially those with free tapas. I especially appreciated the roof top views and the furry friends. One of the best hostels I have stayed at. 10/10 would stay here again.
