• Barbara (9/5): Fantastique séjour ! - Très bel hôtel, idéalement placé, dans une rue très calme, literie très confortable, petit-déjeuner excellent et personnel adorable ! Ce n’est pas grave mais on ne savait pas que le petit-déjeuner était dans un restaurant (situé à 2 minutes) MAIS ce dernier était excellent et donc bravo au restaurant LE CARRÉ FRANÇAIS !

• Simone Maria (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt im Rom - Zimmer war groß, sauber und es gab mehrere Amenities. Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da das Zimmer schon frei war, konnte ich früher einschenken und beim checkout noch mein Gepäck vor Ort lassen. Ein leckeres und Reich volles Frühstück wird an einen Kaffeehaus in der Nähe angeboten. Es war so viel das ich gar nicht alles Essen konnte. Obwohl Du nicht direkt im Zentrum bist, sind viele Hauptattraktionen zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Prati gibt es auch viele gute Restaurants. Zu manchen Uhrzeiten war etwas Lärm von Verkehr auf der Straße. Das gehört aber leider zu einer Großstadt wie Rom dazu.

A+++ - Zu aller erst Mal möchte ich das hervorragende Team (die 2 Jungs) die uns in der Früh immer so freundlich begrüßt haben und immer bei Fragen und Hilfe zur Seite standen top bewerten !!! So ein Service, so eine ehrliche Familien-Freundlichkeit haben wir schon lange nicht erlebt - allein schon deshalb würden wir nochmals kommen, weil man sich einfach wohlgefühlt hat - der Aufzug zur Etage ist lustig und ein Erlebnis - aber das Zimmer ist top - groß und geräumig - top eingerichtet und mit sehr bequemen Betten - da passt einfach alles !! Das Frühstück ist zwar extern in einem Lokal aber eins muss ich sagen - auch dieses Team dort weiß, wie man Gäste richtig verwöhnen kann - Top Frühstück - alles sehr sehr lecker und alle so bemüht und freundlich - ich wünschte wie hätten solche Lokale bei uns in Wien.... Die Lage ist übrigens auch top - alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und Gott sei Dank ist Prati doch eine ruhigere Gegend - das hat sehr gut getan, denn in der Stadt ist soviel Trubel, dass man froh ist, wenn man auf die andere Seite des Tiber Flusses geht. Auf jeden Fall ist es nicht das letzte Mal für uns gewesen - wir kommen wieder ;) Vielen Dank für Alles !! Leicht hellhörige Wände, sodass man Geräusche (zBsp. vibrierendes Handy) aus dem angrenzenden Nebenappartement hören konnte. Dennoch, wir kommen wieder !
• Yvonne (10/5): Bellissimo - Unser Zimmer war wunderschön hell und geräumig, sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super, nah an an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem kein Trubel. Wir wurden super nett empfangen, alle sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bekommt man in einem nah gelegenen Bistro.. alle sind super freundlich und es ist einfach lecker. Wohlfühlen in Rom.

Staff were responsive and very friendly, and restocked the fridge and amenities daily. The fridge wasn't working very well, the pillows were quite large, water pressure and temperature in shower could have been better, room was tiny.

• Olga (10/5): - The absolute best! The room was super comfy, clean and spacious. Free mini bar and coffee capsules, both of which were refilled the second day of our stay. They even gave us umbrellas as one day it was just pouring! Both guys were very polite and helpful! On top of that, the breakfast was served in a French boulangerie just around the corner. Speechless! Cannot be compared to anything we have experienced so far. I would highly recommend these rooms!

• BEGOÑA (10/5): Un lujo en el centro de Roma - La ubicación es perfecta, en el barrio de Prati, al lado de Vaticano. Te alejas del bullicio turístico del centro histórico pero estás a 15 minutos andando. El trato perfecto con Gionard, y la habitación e instalaciones de 10. Volveremos Todo perfecto.

Muy recomendable. La insonorización no es la mejor. Era muy tranquilo pero si había algo de movimiento o ruido en la zona común se escuchaba todo a través de la puerta.

• Cinta (10/5): Espectacular! - Ha sido una estancia espléndida!! Las habitaciones preciosas, de gran tamaño, y con todo lujo de detalles cuidados al máximo, y todo completamente nuevo y reformado. La limpieza de la habitación cada día al mas mínimo detalle es un plus. El personal es súper amable y atento. A destacar y agradecer también que el mini bar es totalmente gratuito y cada día lo reponen al limpiar las habitaciones. La localización es estupenda, al lado del centro y cerca de todo, en un barrio tranquilo y de buen ambiente. Lo recomendamos y volveremos 100%.

• Kimberly (9/5): De ideale locatie om fresh aan je Rome reis te beginnen! - Locatie was geweldig, aan de kant van het Vaticaan maar binnen 15 minuten zitten je bij de Trevi Fontein. Wij hebben eigenlijk alles gelopen, we zijn zelfs helemaal naar het Colosseum gewandeld in de ochtend, (op ons gemak, deden we zo'n 45-60 minuten over). Ontbijt is ook geweldig geregeld, op maar 5 min wandeltijd van het hotel. 1 ochtend konden we niet ontbijten en hebben ze in het restaurant een heel pakket samengesteld voor ons om mee te nemen op locatie. Verder was de kamer verder lekker stil, we hebben geen last gehad van lawaai of overlast, hele rustige locatie, ook een goeie airco, temperatuur was altijd heerlijk binnen. Verder was de staff ook super aardig, ik werd van tevoren goed op te hoogte gehouden via whatsapp door Christian en hij was altijd bereid om te helpen. Eigenlijk niets. Ik was op reis met mijn broer en had deze kamer gekozen omdat er stond dat er twee bedden waren, toen we binnenkwamen stond er maar 1 bed. Omdat we in de avond aankwamen moesten we tot de volgende ochtend wachten om de sofabed op te laten maken. Misschien had ik in advance ook beter een bericht gestuurd i.v.m. de bedden, dus ik zou dit geen kritiek punt noemen!

• Huli nachum (10/5): Loved it. - My stay at Elegantia Luxury Rooms was absolutely perfect. The room featured modern, elegant design and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The linens were crisp, white, and luxuriously soft. The minibar was fully stocked with bottled water and other beverages - all included in the room price - along with a coffee machine and electric kettle.The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was nothing short of excellent, with a wonderful variety of fresh, quality options. The location is ideal, perfectly situated for exploring Rome. I would absolutely stay at Elegantia again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. A truly exceptional experience from start to finish! I would have been happy if the luggage storage was in a more secure place and not accessible to everyone.

• Dean (5/5): - Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking at the last minute and we paid upfront with no refund. Despite the apartments being fully booked the managers declined any refund saying it couldn't be done. A problem that didn't seem to affect the other accommodation that we had to cancel from who were more than accommodating. Had the answer been, if we subsequently book the room we'll look at doing what we can we would have been more than happy but the point blank refusal was utterly disappointing

• Mirjam (9/5): Fantastisch - Aan de buitenkant zou je niet zeggen dat er zulke mooie appartementen zijn gehuisvest. Dagelijks werd de kamer schoongemaakt en kregen we schone handdoeken. Vinden wij echt een pré. Er lagen ook badjassen en slipppers klaar, maar persoonlijk gebruiken wij die nooit. Ook de drankjes in de minibar werden dagelijks bijgevuld. Transfer van en naar het vliegveld werd keurig geregeld. Kostte 70 euro per rit maar dan word je keurig opgehaald bij het vliegveld en voor de deur afgezet en andersom ook. Na een dag door Rome gelopen te hebben was het steeds heerlijk terugkomen in onze kamer om de benen rust te geven tot de volgende dag. Wij hadden geen ontbijt gekozen, maar hebben wel elke dag ontbeten bij Le Carré Français. Genoeg keuze en allemaal even lekker. Wij vonden het een beetje te licht op de kamer ‘s nachts ondanks dat wij de luiken dichtgedaan hadden. Wij misten een beetje de (verduisterende) gordijnen, maar ondanks dat hebben we goed geslapen.

• Revital (8/5): Recommend if you are looking for calm neighborhood in Rome. - The location is very good - quiet neighborhood but within a few minutes walk, across the bridge, to the main sites. The room is big, has coffee machine and free bar but the window is facing another building, no shelves in the closet, and we thought it was overpriced. The staff were very nice and helpful.
