• Tracey (10/5): Excellent value for money - It is a clean, tidy Airbnb with all the mod cons (and even hairdryers). The staff are extremely hospitable and the owner is very accommodating and couldn't do enough for me. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and an never ending supply of washing powder and shower gel (- which is a nice touch). I travel a lot for work. It is an economy budget Airbnb so don't expect a boutique hotel. But in terms of value for money, comfort and location this is probably one of the best in London.

• Jeanne (1/5): Do not ever, ever stay here until the property owners prove they've fixed the bedbug infestation. - Did you read the messages I sent you, booking.com, asking for my money back because my room was infested with bedbugs, making it impossible to sleep? The room was infested with bedbugs. I couldn't sleep because they bit my arm, causing it to swell. I fled the house at 2:30 am and spent the morning, sleepless, at Euston station waiting for an earlier train. I'm scared my belongings were damaged. What else do you want me to say? I paid for a safe place to sleep. I got none of those. The photo in the listing in no way matches the property, nor does the address.

• Andrew (4/5): Disappointing - Location. Adequate heat. Quiet. Hard to initially get in because no signage, no one on premises, and no instructions (I had to make an international call to get somebody to come). No towels on arrival. No internet. No desk. Shabby, broken furniture.
• Ahmed (4/5): Miserable and once I complained the owner didn’t even have decency to offer free coffee to make up! - Nothing The main passcode we were given to enter property was wrong, so had to phone up and get that, the main door to our room had a dodgy lock what we struggled to close and bathrooms were not en suite meaning anyone could use and were in bad condition when I used on the evening we arrived. I had to use as no other choice but I would not shower there at all! What they are charging and what they offer back is shocking!!

First off as many said : it's old and dirty, mold is growing on the ceiling in the corner of the walls in your room. Of course no kettle in the bedroom or kitchen it's shared between all rooms. Black mold is growing in between the tiles in the bathroom. The blanket is so small it does not fit into the cover and doesn't even cover my whole body. The matress is yellow and stained it's disgusting, same with the carpet on the floor there is stain everywhere. When you cook an egg in the kitchen for 3minutes the dire alarme goes off. No soundproofing you hear the other people talking, walking up the stairs, slaming doors... Finally and most importantly, there was BED BUGS in my bed, they literally ate me alive in room 2. Don't book here it's not worth it. DISGUSTING'

• Londoño (9/5): Superb - The location was great, the bed was really comfortable and it has everything we needed for a short stay Some of the furniture was not in the best state but we were still able to use it.
• Kaiyue (7/5): Overall it’s great value of money and we had a great time. - The location is very easy to access to the heart of the London or other area. Shower are easy to use and 24hr hot water. Only thing is you need to adjust the right angle for the switch otherwise the water can be really hot or just cold. We have a electric fan in the room for us to use which is very thoughtful. The Kitchen and public area is nice and neat. We are group of 3 but we only got two shower towels :(

Disgusting, dirty, power point coming off wall, nothing like advertised in any way! Couldn’t even stay one night.

Do not mind sharing bathroom for a couple of nights, just not with so many rooms and not when it is on a different floor. No water or sink or anything, unless you went downstairs. Door to room could hardly open, plugs did not look to good, and everything a bit run down.

• Gwendolyn (7/5): Overall, given the price and location, it’s a good stay for a trip to London, just shower in the morning when the housek - Good location and clean beds. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Let us keep our luggage stored after check-out which was nice. Housekeeper was wonderful and everything was clean when she left. Bathrooms were shared and usually a bit dirty, showers were very hard to use and often only hot or only cold. No staff to ask questions to. No housekeeping nor replacement of towels at any point.
• Nigel (3/5): Cheap but misleading, dirty and disappointing - Pay more for elsewhere. - Liverpool station isn't that far away, and there are a few shops nearby like a Tesco Express. The staff were very helpful and accommodated me when I requested an early check in time. The address I was given after booking did not match the address given on Booking.com, so that was odd. The place was very confusing to find. The room looked NOTHING like what was in the photos, nor did the shared bathroom or shower. The carpet was absolutely filthy all over with dirty marks. I'm not sure about the area but it didn't feel the safest walking in dark.
