- Sarjveladze (1/5): very unpleasant - The room itself was clean and the location of the hotel was very nice, and the staff tried to be polite. Unfortunately, none of this mattered in the end because we had a very bad overall experience that significantly affected our trip to Salzburg. During our stay, the room temperature was around 26°C despite the cold weather outside. We informed the staff about the issue three separate times, but nothing improved and we were told that similar temperatures existed in other rooms as well. Sleeping became extremely uncomfortable, especially with a child, and the constant transition between excessive heat inside and cold temperatures outside caused all of us to become sick. Because the situation remained unresolved and we were unable to rest properly, we were ultimately forced to leave the hotel one day earlier than planned. We later requested a refund for the unused final night, but the hotel refused, claiming that we left “voluntarily.” This response felt unfair and unreasonable considering we repeatedly complained during our stay and no effective solution was ever provided. It is very unfortunate because the unresolved overheating issue completely ruined much of our experience in Salzburg. Sadly, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

- Zena (7/5): A lovely hotel for a short stay - - lovely hotel with lovely room - lovely for a short stay - room clean and had balcony - location near main road and around 30 min walk. U can use bus and bus stop near hotel. If u have early train on a Sunday, as I just found out no early buses and i had to walk to station. So a bit of a walk. Although doable - no lift. Which I can understand. Thankfully receptionist got a lovely guy to carry suitcase up stairs. Def wouldn’t have wanted to do that

Auf eine knappe Begrüßung folgt gleich die Aufforderung die Tourismustaxe zu begleichen… Einfach unter aller Sau…

- Izzard (9/5): The best stay !! - The property was in a perfect location a short walk from the town/restaurants and gondola. The house was lovely, and had everything we needed. However the best thing about this week was our host Cristina. She couldn’t have been more helpful, and went above and beyond for us she was amazing! We would definitely come back we can’t thank her enough for making our holiday even more enjoyable would recommend this place to everyone!!

- Gabriele (8/5): Für eine Geschäftsreise empfehlenswert. - Schönes kleines sauberes Zimmer, genug Parkplatz vorhanden, unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Ein- und Auschecken. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer, musste das Fenster in der Nacht offen lassen, durch den Straßenverkehr war es laut.
- Colleen (8/5): Great value for the money . would stay here again. - Excellent quality and value. Very comfortable beds. The family apartment was excellent value. Only downside is it is a bit further from old town. Having said that, though, the bus service was easy and quick.

The location is great as there is a bus stop across the road to get into the old town, train station etc. And the transport is super quick and easy to use. Included in the tourist tax you get a transport ticket which the team at Genta organized for us. There is a little bakery next door which was perfect for a quick breakfast. We work online and this hotel had great Wi-Fi for our work calls. The room was clean and everything was set up nicely for us. Overall we would stay here again.

You don’t hear anything from the outside world:) The Obus (public transport) stops next to the hotel, while you can park your car for free and safe. Really good value for money.

The location is super convenient with a bakery next door for drinks and snacks. Check-in was smooth, the shower was great, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I’d definitely stay here again!
