patrice (8/5): belle villa au calme - belle villa dans les terres au milieu des oliviers, mais à 15 min en voiture de ma mer. villa spacieuse et confortable, grande piscine de 10 m plutôt pour ado et adulte, profonde, ideale pour nager. attention la piscine fait à 1m50 à 2m20 de profondeur, donc inadaptée pour des enfants de moins de 10 ans qui ne savent pas nager. les propriétaires passent le matin sans prévenir pour entretenir le jardin et piscine. une des 2 climatisations est dans le couloir à l'étage pour refroidir les 3 chambres du haut, elle n'est pas très efficace. une autre est dans la 4 eme chambre et fait bien le job de plus la climatisation doit être relancée toutes les 3 heures à la main... pas pratique la nuit quand il fait chaud. les voisins du terrain d'à côté ont 3 chiens qui peuvent aboyer de temps en temps la nuit.
