• Luigi (7/5): - Bem localizado e pessoal da receção atenciosos. Achei o Pequeno almoço muito comum mesmo para os padrões turcos e qualidade ruim, principalmente o café. Na verdade não sei se é costume turco ou não mas o pessoal do pequeno almoço costuma limpar TODA a mesa quando você se levanta para apanhar mais alguma coisa do buffet, e isso incomodou me bastante. Em uma das manhãs eu levantei me para pegar mais chá e quando virei tinham levantado tudo da mesa inclusive meu prato com comida e irritou me. Mas não fiz queixa pois não acho que seja algo grave. Principalmente reparei em uma cena em que um rapaz chegou para tomar o pequeno almoço, sentou se, comeu levantou para apanhar mais comida e quando voltou tinham levantado toda a mesa e outro casal estava sentado em seu lugar, achei isso total falta de respeito ! Mesmo estando em um país que não é nosso é ideal o estabelecimento lembrar que nem todas as outras culturas podem achar isso normal e adaptar alguns comportamentos para os demais extrangeiros. Eu realmente recomendo o hotel e gostei dos funcionários ! Mas é essa cena que deixou me um pouco chateado pois também trabalho em hotel e sabemos muito bem como tratar os turistas e demais culturas. Acho que todos em relação a mim fizeram um bom trabalho e agradeço imenso a simpatia. Eu com certeza da próxima vez quero estar nesse hotel novamente, principalmente pelo atendimento e qualidade do local.

• Auletta (8/5): Great place for a short stay - The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood and my room was very quiet. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is splendid and lots to choose from, also good for vegetarians. Easy walking to the main attractions. Very reasonable priced too. Would definitely stay again. The bathroom was not very clean and lacking soap but that might be through the fact that I checked in early.

• Anna (10/5): - A very nice hotel in the heart of Istanbul, easy accessibility to main attractions by foot, but also great connections to anywhere else with public transport. Easily reachable from both airports (me and my brother flew to different ones). Amazing staff, everyone was super friendly and kind. We really enjoyed the breakfasts on the rooftop and they tried to give a good variety. A lot of nice and affordable restaurants nearby as well. The rooms are also big enough and we had a room service every day. We will definitely be back! The shower didn’t work and we had to ask twice to fix it, but then they quickly fixed it.

• Hynd (9/5): Paisible et confortable - Franchement c’était un séjour incroyable , le personnel est très sympa surtout aux admissions et au petit déjeuner qui était d’ailleurs varié et de bonne qualité , les chambres sont de taille moyenne mais confortables et propres

Mehmet à la réception proactif aux besoins des clients et Adil extraordinaire au service veillant à la satisfaction des hôtes de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Peut-être ajouter un gril pain L'accès depuis l'entrée de l'hôtel, mais c'est la configuration du bâtiment qui est comme ça.

• Yuliia (10/5): Хороший готель, рекомендую - Дуже зручна локація - до метро і трамвая близько, хв 5-7, зупинка HVIST-12 з аеропорту теж, тож раджу ним добиратися Кімнати досить просторі, ванні кімнати теж, є шампунь, гель для душу, мило. Сніданок класний, вибір великий, все смачне і свіже, як бонус - гарний вид з тераси. Єдиний мінус - стіни тонкі і якщо сусіди гучні, то їх точно буде чути, або звуки з коридору. Але наскільки я розумію, це проблема всіх готелів такого типу в цьому старому районі. Якщо ще подорожуватимемо в Стамбул - точно зупинимося ще:) Інколи чути сусідів за стіною і в коридорі

• Soukaina (9/5): Très bon séjour, propre, proche du centre et quartier sûr et animé. - L'emplacement est idéal. Nous avons utilisé principalement le tram qui est à moins de 5 mins de l'hotel. Le trajet depuis l'hôtel au centre histrorique est à peine 15 mins. Le personnel est très poli et bienveillant, surtout le personnel du buffet !!

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că nu sa făcut curățenie zilnica in camera ! Singurul lucru care m-a deranjat!

Personal muy agradable y buen desayuno con una terraza con vistas. Por decir algo, que no hacían limpieza de la habitación a diario ( aunque no lo necesitara)

• KAMIL (9/5): Idealny stosunek jakości do ceny, jak najbardziej polecam. - Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa, proponują kawę i herbatę gdy się siedzi w lobby, minilodowka w pokoju, bogaty bufet śniadań, ciekawy widok z restauracji na górze, blisko do centrum, możliwość zamówienia taksówki w recepcji. Trochę głośno w pokoju od ulicy. Podwójne łóżka mogłyby być połączone pojedynczym materacem, wpadało się w między materace w nocy.

• YEVHENII (10/5): Дякую за привітність і комфортний відпочинок. Так вийшло - що поселились ми як раз в день народження моєї коханої - якою - Прийом був швидше - ніж 14:00. Ми приїхали дуже рано - але заселили о 12:00 як тільки ми повернулись з ранішньої прогулянки. Персонал привітний скрізь. Сніданки доволі хороші - за бажанням - можуть приготувати смачний амулет з сиром всередині. А ще дуже здивувало спрацювання на ніч опалення у квітні і це прям супер! Додав фото що набирав на сніданок - але було ще багато солодкого і суп, просто це не моє) Ціна відповідає якості помешкання і обслуговування. Не знайшов того, щоб не сподобалось.

• Geraldo Cezar (10/5): Excelente hotel em Istambul. - Localizacao: Excelente. Fica numa rua tranquila perto de pontos de transporte publico, lojas, restaurantes e a 15 min a pé do grand bazzar. Ótimo para caminhar a qualquer hora. Quarto: tamanho adequado, limpo e com cama ótima. o chuveiro era excelente. Atendimento: excelente. Todos sao atenciosos e sempre atendem com um sorriso. Os pedidos sao atendidos rapidamente. Choveu bastante nos primeiros dias que estivemos lá e ficamos algum tempo sentados na recepção, era comum nos oferecerem chá e café quando estávamos lá. Wifi: no quarto era médio. Nas áreas comuns era muito bom. Café da Manhã: excelente. variedade de queijos, azeitonas, geleias, etc. Servem omelete a pedido. Conclusao : vale a pena. Retornando a Istambul com certeza voltarei. Indico para os amigos.

Aizkari bija nolietoti,derētu nomainīt.Un skats no loga uz šahtu ,bet toties pluss-bija klusāk nekā uz ielu.Skaņas izolācija slikta,dzird visus kaimiņus.Tualetē īpaši labi dzird citu numuru labierīcības.🤭

Upon entering the hotel you will climb many stairs to enter the reception.The location was not near the train station you will have to walk 15min to reach yenikapi station.There is no kettle in the room.tv had some channels that needed satellite adjustment.

Two metro stations close by one of which surrounded with places to eat. If tou want a simpler place just look around the hotel. The hotel breakfast is quite good. Beds are comfortable

• Alma H (7/5): - Sobe su bile čiste, lokacija odlična - na samo par minuta od tramvajske stanice, a i metro stanica je blizu. Doručak je bio dobar, osoblje u restoranu ljubazno. Grijanje - u jednoj od soba nije radila klima, a u drugoj grijanja nikako nije bilo, tako da je navečer bilo hladnije. Također, u sobama nema kuhala.
