• Jože (9/5): Top za ta denar! - Velik apartma, dve spalnici, dva wc, kopalnica s kadjo, ogromna dnevna soba in dva balkona. Prostoren apartma, v mirnem okolju, super del Prage (03), parkirišče v garaži, trgovine in lokali v neposredni bližini, javni prevoz praktično pred nosom.. Za štiričlansko družino ali morda dva para več kot dovolj prostora. V neposredni bližini je vrsta lokalov, kjer prav gotovo najdete kaj zase. Managerka, ki nas je sprejela prijazna in z dovolj informacijami za antistresno bivanje. Tudi depozit vrnjen takoj naslednji dan po odhodu. Razmerje cena-kvaliteta bivanja...zelo dobro. V kolikor se kdaj vrnemo v Prago, z veseljem najamem ta apartma. Priporočam vsem. Mogoče mala pripomba na posodo, ki je v apartmaju (različni krožniki in kozarci) in brisače, ki so malo odslužile svoj namen. Ampak vseeno povsem sprejemljivo, če se zavedate da to ni 5* hotel.

Local restaurant in a few steps. Free parking is available TV was damaged by previous guests, so we stayed for 3 days without TV. It was a just a tiny inconvenience

The hosts were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

The cleanliness was unacceptable; the floors were filthy, and I even witnessed the owner walking through the indoor living areas wearing outdoor shoes. ​Basic amenities that are standard in any rental—such as shower gel and toilet paper—were completely missing. To make matters worse, I feel cheated regarding the pet fee. They charged an extra fee for my pet by deducting it directly from my security deposit without prior clear agreement, which felt like a dishonest way to handle transactions. I would not recommend this place.

• Konstancie (10/5): Amazing - A huge, very cozy and clean apartment. Just a couple of steps from the tram and metro, with many cafés and restaurants around. Right next to the residence there is a Billa supermarket, which is very convenient. The location of the apartment is simply excellent everything is close by. Parking is in the garage directly in the residence, with access by elevator straight to the apartment. However, we hardly used our car because it’s very easy to get to the city center by tram and metro, and there’s no need to look for parking there. We will definitely come back here again, but next time in the summer. nothing

Victoriia is the best administrator we ever worked with, she helped us with every small issue we had (not that we’ve had many, everything was mostly great). Not the fault of the apartment itself, but in order to get to the apartment you need to go through several flights of stairs and a pavement stones walkway. Looks nice but not the easiest route with a stroller.

• Zbigniew (10/5): Polecam. - Bardzo duży, praktycznie urządzony i kompletnie wyposażony apartament. Aneks kuchenny, dwie sypialnie, salon z rozkładaną sofą i miejscem do spożywania posiłków. Łazienka i dodatkowo oddzielna toaleta. Miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. Dobra lokalizacja - w pobliżu restauracje, sklepy, przystanek komunikacji miejskiej, do metra 15 minut spacerem ( 3 przystanki do Starego Miasta). Cisza i spokój. Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą zarządzającą apartamentem.
• Carolus (7/5): Een oase van rust in een drukke stad - Prachtig groot appartement in de wijk Vinorahdy, een woonwijk even buiten het centrum van Praag. Feitelijk op de binnenplaats tussen 2 straten in. Hierdoor is het erg stil. 5 minuten lopen van tramhaltes. Met de tram ben je binnen 10 tot 20 minuten waar je maar heen wil in de stad: richting oude centrum, burcht, maar ook naar diverse andere wijken of het station. Lopend is het zo'n 40 minuten naar het station. Net buiten de binnenplaats (2 minuten lopen) is een Billa (supermarkt) waar je alle dagelijkse boodschappen kan halen. Ook zit je om de hoek van een brewpub waar je behalve lokaal gebrouwen bieren ook lekkere sobere Tsjechische gerechten kan eten. Aan beide kanten van het appartement een balkon waarvan die van de woonkamer erg groot. Schoon, voorzien van genoeg handdoeken en zeep en shampoo, maar ook van vaatwastabletten. Het was prettig dat we (tegen betaling) eerder in ons appartement konden. Er stond inderdaad een wasrek met beddengoed op een balkon, maar dat was op het kleine balkon, dus verder niet erg. Toen we het wasrek nodig hadden gewoon opgevouwen en in een kast gelegd. Kastruimte is er meer dan voldoende. Ondanks de warmte redelijk koel Toen we aankwamen werd er verteld dat een raam/deur vanuit de woonkamer naar het balkon niet dicht kon. Dit bleek ook zo te zijn voor een van de slaapkamers. Geen ramp gezien het weer. We hebben onszelf ook niet onveilig gevoeld, maar toch. Ondanks melding is hier niets mee gedaan. Ook deden er een aantal plafondlampen het niet. Erg jammer was dat er erg goed internet was, een smart-tv maar dat deze niet aangesloten was (en met een Poolse gebruiksaanwijzing kan ik als Nederlander niet veel). Iets meer bestek, pannen en borden/mokken/glazen zou fijn geweest zijn. Toen we weg waren kregen we het bericht dat we de € 100 borg niet terugkregen daar we de tweede raam geforceerd zouden hebben. De verhuurder geattendeerd op mijn eerdere melding. Desondanks na 2 weken nog moeten rappelleren alvorens we de borg terugkregen. Erg jammer. Met net wat meer aandacht voor het onderhoud en kook/eetspullen zonder gezeur over de borg zou het een perfect appartement zijn.
• Daniela (6/5): Dezinteres - Apartamentul este mare, paturile sunt foarte confortabile. Locatia este una foarte linistita, intr un complex de apartamente. Se ajunge usor la mijloacele de transport in comun. Aproximativ 30 de minute distanta fata de centru. In zona sunt terase, cafenele si chiar si un hipermarket in imediata apropiere. Locatia dispune de 2 locuri de parcare subterana. Exista lift pentru a facilita urcarea cu bagajele. La locatie veti gasi masina de spalat si uscat hainele si fier de calcat. Proprietatea este foarte prost dotata. Prosoapele sunt par a fi prosoape ramase incomplete si puse la dispozitia oaspetilor. Exista un filtru vechi de cafea dar fara cafea. Mobila nu este intretinuta. Prezinta urme semnficative de uzura. Curatenia si ea este superficiala. Nu sunt lasate nici un fel de consumabil in afara de hartie igienica, si ea limitata si sapunul de maini. Se cere un depozit de 100 euro ca si garantie in caz de folosire incorecta a geamurilor, care se deschid delicat. Apartamentul este pus la vanzare si pare ca nu este in interes pentru a fi imbunatatit si in folosul clientilor. Comunicarea cu cea care se ocupa de gestionarea lui este facila, totusi cheia ne-a fost inmanata personal de altcineva, care nu e vorbitor de engleza si dupa care a trebuit sa asteptam veniti fiind dupa multe ore de condus si cu 3 copii cu noi. Procedura de check in este si ea ingreunata, se solicita comunicarea privata cu cea care administreaza si trimiterea documentelor catre aceasta ca si garantie a identificarii. Toate acestea au creat disconfort si sentimentul ca cineva tor incearca sa se asigure prin toate pârghiile că nu vandalizam locatia care oricum nu este una noua sau bine intretinuta.

• Orestis (10/5): A beautiful spacious apartment - Strong all round:Location, quiet neighborhood, new buildings, parking lot, very helpful personnel. Restaurant-brewery right next to the building. All basic shops around the corner. 5’ walk to Metro station. Tram station right in front of the exit. Super safe neighborhood (like all Prague). Most of all we were exhausted after the Iron Maiden concert and we asked for a late check out the next morning. Even though I texted her the last moment, Mrs Ksenyia would let us sleep more at no charge, what a kind gesture! I would definitely stay again
• Milan (7/5): Good - Everything about the apartment was great. Huge space, the location is excellent. However, I give a low rating because it seems to me that they return the deposit only if you remind them a couple of times.
• Adamas (10/5): Exceptional - Big flat, clean, and with free parking. What more could you ask for? Parking was a bit tight, though it beats having to pay 30 euros a night like most places
• Bogdan (3/5): Disappointing experience - The apartment itself was okay, and the location was fairly close to the city center, which was convenient. However, when we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell inside. The towels were wet, the place wasn’t properly cleaned, and overall, the service was quite poor. On top of that, I was really surprised by the deposit requirement, and even more frustrated when I had issues getting it back. I had to chase the host and ask for help multiple times — not something you want to deal with during your vacation. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay.
