• Raquel (7/5): - La ubicación y las instalaciones comunes El apartamento fue reservado para cuatro personas, cuando realmente solo esta condicionado para dos. El sofá cama no está en condiciones para dormir, por lo que dos huéspedes se quedaron colgados. El propietario es muy simpático, nos orientó para visitar la isla, ofreció su ayuda, pero eso no quita que esté alquilando para cuatro personas cuando solo pueden dormir dos. Ya nos avisó que había pedido un sofá nuevo. Nosotros tuvimos que buscar colchonetas para dormir en el suelo 😢

• Lilleli (8/5): Nice place, nice manager. - There was no phone number to call and det adresse did not match the name of the property. But the host reply’s fast on e-mail, so it worked out. Suggest a phonnumber and better adress on booking confirmation. Nothing negative, was all ok.

Canapé-lit totalement inconfortable, impossible d’y dormir, même pour un enfant. • Ingrida (10/5): Amazing apartment in an excellent location - Spacious, comfortable apartment with a balcony. Egg chair in a balcony is a lovely touch. The apartment complex is lovely, clean and quiet. Amazing pool and view of the ocean from our balcony. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We had a bottle of water, wine and a bunch of bananas as a welcome gift. It was a lovely touch. We were very well looked after by Alex. We will be back next year for sure
• Marta (10/5): - La amabilidad, atención y disposición de Álex en todo momento, ¡y eso que no nos conocimos en persona! Además de que el lugar acompaña, ha sido como estar en casa :) Algo inevitable y que escapa del control de cualquiera, la estridulación (el cricricri) de unos bichillos autóctonos que parecía que estuvieran dentro del apartamento.

• eloisa (5/5): - Tenia bastantes expectativas de este alojamiento por los comentarios de otros usuarios que lo valoraban con un 10. Lo único que me gustó es que habían toallas limpias, la cama no es cómoda, las almohadas si los pones disponibles en el armario deberías poner unas fundas para que sea higiénico utilizarlas. La decoración está bien pero no es para tirar cohetes como he visto en los comentarios. Le faltan muchisimos detalles básicos si pones vino de cortesía pon dos copas para poder beberlo. Las luces de la tele en mi opinión no sirven para nada yo invertiría en un sofá cómodo. En realidad lo más desagradable fue la terraza no podíamos abrir porque en la jardinera habían muchísimos excrementos de una familia de gatitos pero no culpo a los gatos pero se nota dejadez por parte de la persona que lleva esta VV. Pero lo peor de todo la falta de profesionalidad, fui a pasar fin de semana romántico con mi chico para celebrar su cumpleaños de viernes a lunes y el sr Alejandro se nos apareció el domingo a las 10 de la noche a preguntar cómo estábamos todo un despropósito. En mis años que llevo alquilando alojamientos me había pasado esto.

• RUBEN (10/5): Anfitrión de 10, apartamento y zona perfectas para descansar y relajarse - Todo perfecto. Alejandro un anfitrión de 10, muy amable y cordial, ha estado pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable y placentera posible. El apartamento, limpio y bien cuidado, con todo lo necesario para la estancia. La zona donde está ubicado es muy tranquila, y con restaurantes, supermercados, etc. muy cerca

• Matteo (8/5): - Apparentamento comodo e moderno nei pressi di Puerto del Carmen. Ottimo come posizione per raggiungere le altre parti dell’isola.
• Alejandro (10/5): Buena zona, tranquilo y novedoso. - El trato del anfitrión fue muy bueno, atentos a nosotros y con varios detalles. Tiene tv para ver varios deportes y varios idiomas. Tienes una terraza donde puedes pasar la tarde perfectamente. El sillón cama es un poco duro para dormir pero nos dijo que ya pidió otro para cambiarlo.
• Iveta (10/5): Cómodo con piscina y cerca de playa - Nuestra estancia coincidió con Fiesta Virgen de Carmen. Era un plus que no esperábamos. El programa muy ameno. La piscina cumplió nuestras expectativas. Nos dejaron colchonetas de piscina y una pelota. Como familia lo apreciamos. El anfitrión nos recibió personalmente y compartió mucha información de interés. Apartamento reformado con lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Nos sorprendió el uso de la última tecnología de LEDs. No les digo más para no estropear la sorpresa de los nuevos usuarios. El complejo tranquilo. Cerca de parada de autobús. Cerca de la playa. Prefiero decir las mejores en persona.
• Ruben (6/5): Muy bien pero.... - La ubicación, instalaciones y la atención del responsable fueron estupendas. Lugar muy tranquilo para el descanso y cerca del puerto (zona de ocio). Con buen acceso a la vías que cominican con las zonas que has de visitar en la isla. Me aloje en el apartamento 220. En teoría era un apartamento para 4 personas, 2 adultos y 2 niños pero para dormir los niños solo había un sofá cama que además de muy incómodo como sofá era pequeño para 2 niños (5 y 8 años). Durmieron cruzados y no paraban de chocarse. En ese sofá solo cabe una persona y como mucho de 1,80 de altura. La habitación principal con cama de matrimonio perfecta. Ahhh la encimera estába rota, el display no funciona y no sabes a que temperatura cocinas , se lo comenté al responsable que dijo que la cambiaria.
• Karin (9/5): Superb - I spent a very relaxing few days in the apartment. The reception was very friendly, and the service was excellent right up until my departure. The amenities offer everything you need, including a comfortable bed. The kitchen is particularly practical and even includes wine and sweets as a welcome gift. There's a pool and terrace. It's extremely cozy and quiet. Playa Chica is a 10-minute walk away, and the bus is just around the corner, so you can explore the island without a car. Highly recommended!
• Bigshep (10/5): Very enjoyable wish we could have stayed longer than 5 nights - Alejandro couldn't be more helpful, we even connected on whatsapp so if I had a problem I just typed it and it got sorted very quickly. On arrival we were given a bottle of wine, croissants & some meaty snacks, which were very nice. On one of the days as we lay around the pool Alejandro gave us some type of chocolates which was very nice. It would be nice to have comfier sunbeds around the pool but Alejandro gave us some blow up airbeds to use.

• Gilsenan (5/5): Passable - The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and has everything you’d need. The hosts are fantastic too, very friendly and helpful. You are about a 15 minute walk into the Puerto Del Carmen strip from here. The pool was filthy, the water itself was dirty and full of leaves, insects, sand etc but also the walls and surrounding area of the pool is in much need of some cleaning / painting.
• Lisa (9/5): A lovely stay at a little Gem - The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable with a great view. Alejandro was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. There were sunbeds around a lovely pool, but they were hard white plastic and had no cushions so they were uncomfortable, also no parasols. Very minor detail.
• Vinny (9/5): I would rate this property 9.5 out if 10 with very very small changes to make it perfect 😍 - Very close to pool and supermarket, very quiet which we liked , everyone was friendly and very hospitable. Easy access and good for people with walking difficulties I liked all the property but if I would change to make it 10 out of 10 I would change the mattress to be much thicker and harder plump pillows , if there was an extractor in the kitchen would be ideal to release any cooking fumes , and small oven would be perfect for the all round perfect kitchenette .
