• Natali (9/5): Bonito piso y agradable estancia - El piso está muy bien, es cómodo, luminoso, amplio y bonito. La ubicación súper cómoda. Quizás le faltaba algunos detalles de equipamiento como paño de cocina, papel de cocina. Otra contra es que las cortinas no eran black out y entraba luz de día muy temprano que nos despertaba. En el ascensor con el cochecito de bebé casi no entrábamos, era muy pequeño, pero igual nos apañamos.

• Charlotte (6/5): Etwas enttäuschend. - Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Das Betreuungspersonal des Eigentümers war gut erreichbar. Für das digitale CheckIn muss die Tourismustaxe über ein ital. Portal bezahlt werden. Das Betreuungspersonal (anonym, kommuniziert offenbar nicht untereinander) hat dann bei der zweiten Nachfrage geholfen, jedoch unsere Bitte wegen Zusatzbett vergessen. Das Portal gegen die Strasse liess sich nicht immer zuverlässig mit dem digitalen Schlüssel öffnen; auch auf Nachfrage ist kein normaler Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt worden (wie angekündigt). Am letzten Tag Bauarbeiten im Haus, nur wenig warmes Wasser verfügbar.
• Francisco (10/5): Buena ubicación, entorno agradable, apartamento de muy buen nivel y muy confortable. - Ubicación muy buena para nosotros, junto al parque, con muchos lugares interesantes y turísticos de Milán accesibles a pie, y la estación Porta Garibaldi a unos quince minutos andando. Edificio elegante, salón muy cómodo, habitación muy grande. Me gustó que para la apertura vía móvil de la puerta no se necesitase registro en ninguna web (habría sido un punto negativo), sino que era a través de un enlace directo del proveedor del servicio, y funcionó bien durante toda la estancia.
• Hind (4/5): Nice place for famly to live in this lift. - The size of the lift and the host provide all the thing you need it as solo traveler . The location is hard to get to on the 5th floor if you have luggage; moreover, the lock system of the elevator door was insufficient most of the time.

• Peter (10/5): Big apartmant near the center - Big apartmant, moderny equipped. It was properly heated, really happy about that. Self check in but with instructions and support by whats up, so it went smodly. Good location, walkable to all main atractions. Elevator small but it works just fine.. I recommend. Building and flat has electronical keys. Secound bed ( for kids) in the living room squeaks.

• Yan (7/5): We rented this to be close to friends and the location was nice. - The unit was very spacious for us. The second bed worked out nicely for the kids. There was limited hot water. We didn’t know this but later figured out that we had to space out our showers far apart so there could be hot water. Also very limited bathroom amenities were provided so we had to buy our own.
• Elena (10/5): Il miglior posto per soggiornare a Milano! - Appartamento luminoso ed elegante, bellissimo, estremamente pulito ed organizzato, non manca nulla. La posizione è ottima, vicinissimo a Brera e a meno di 30 minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercati, ristoranti e taxi. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato. Tornerò sicuramente qui per il mio prossimo viaggio a Milano!

• Virginia (10/5): Fabuloso!!! repetiríamos sin dudar - Nos encantó todo el apartamento, por su gran tamaño, comodidad y decoración confortable. El aire acondicionado generalizado para toda la casa y con split en el dormitorio funcionaba perfectamente. Buena televisión de gran tamaño. Las camas firmes pero muy cómodas. El baño perfecto y amplio, incluso la ducha tenía presión y funcionaba perfectamente. La llave de entrada era con código de acceso que te envían al móvil, con instrucciones de manipulación, pero sencillo de realizar. Cerca de paradas del metro y cercano al centro. Totalmente recomendable. Nos gustó todo, estuvimos muy a gusto, como en casa. Es un edificio antiguo precioso, y la casa remodelada con su toque (como se ve en las fotos). El ascensor es antiguo y de tamaño justito, por lo que al ser un 5º piso creo que subir un carrito de bebé o una silla de ruedas podría no caber bien en el hueco (tendrían que consultar previamente), ya que la doble puerta interior abren para dentro. No sé si se especifica en las características del apto, no lo miré, la verdad.

• Ante (10/5): Spacious and bright apartment in the heart of Milano - The apartment was bright and spacious, with large rooms and well equipped kitchen. It is located on the top floor with elevator access. The building is older, but it features beautiful marble floors and thick wooden door. It has private parking access and the location is pretty great, with bus/tram lines nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. We appreciate it!

There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with the owner is fast. The locks are completely electronic. As a recommendation: shelves can be placed around the shower

• Parviz (9/5): Superb - Very large appartment with all required facilities. It gives you feeling of living in this beatuful city as its residence. I was there during November and the appartment was very well heated. it is also close by to Moscov metrostation and working distance from Porta Garibaldi railway station. It is 5th floor and the elavator is tiny old elavator (which is works perfectly). sometimes with big luggae it could be challanging it get in. the matrasse was really hard one. not used to this type of.
• Marija (9/5): Great option when in Milan - Great location in Moscova neighbourhood of Milan, apartment is very spacy and has everything you might need for comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and gave very clear instructions how to reach the apartment. Check-in process was remote and super easy. We liked everything, but for those who would chose this apartment, please bear in mind that it it located in the 5th floor and building has very small elevator, thus it might be challenging to use the elevator with large baggage.

• Iva (10/5): Lovely flat in a great location - Lovely spacious apartment in a great location next to shops and restaurants. Well connected with public transport. Large rooms, everything you need. Easy entrance instructions.
• Pavel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is quite spacious and very good. The location is perfect, and it is easy to get to the city's center on foot. A few things can be improved, but nothing groundbreaking or important, especially for its current price, so the cons are more of a recommendation. There are no nets on the windows. There are a lot of mosquitoes in Milan, and hunting them throughout the day can be a tad tedious, and you want to open the windows and get fresh air. Also, the marks of mosquito genocide on the walls, albeit providing a different color to the white walls, is not the perfect design decision. The AC in the bedroom smells very bad, and it does this in a hot setting. It needs complete cleaning. The one in the living room is good, but it must be on the lowest fan setting; otherwise, you will be singing 'Dust in the Wind' as it's hidden inside the ceiling, and my guess is it's harder to clean and dust there. It wasn't a problem as the weather was nice, but if it was colder, the bedroom AC was unpleasant.

• Paulita (9/5): Nice big apartment - The apartment is big and spacious. The place is updated and looks very nice. It's a bit confusing to find the place. Obviously, the lady whose apartment we went to is used to people coming to her place as she states "Airbnb" and tries to tell you where to go in the next corridor. The lights need labels. As there are many and are all over the place.

• Eren (10/5): Awesome stay in Milano - It’s one of those apartments that you feel the classic building vibe and modern apartment luxury. It has everything you need and plenty of space. Location is very close to Moscova metro station and tram where you can reach everywhere in Milan. Also walking distance to Brera. Delivery of key was a bit of disappointing as I had to wait 25 min in front of the door near the main road with luggage.
• Matthew (7/5): Very spacious and comfortable apartment - Very big apartment in a nice building with a lift. Well equipped and nice decor. Comfortable to enjoy downtime in the apartment. Location was in close proximity to some good neighbouring restaurants and cafes. Close to a nearby metro station. The shower was mouldy and needs to be thoroughly cleaned or updated. Other than this, everything else was good. Location provided a pleasant but slightly further walk into central Milan, if that’s your preference.
