• Brett (10/5): - This villa had everything you needed and was well maintained. The supermarket was just down the road. The location was good All the bars and restaurants were within a 10-15 minute walk. Nothing
• Sharon (6/5): Nice Villa but needs some serious TLC - Bedrooms were great, communal area was spot on, TV's in every room, plenty of English channels. Property was covered in dust inside the Villa, the dishwasher door was faulty resulting in it opening mid cycle, given that it was extremely heavy it could have caused serious damage should anyone be standing close to it. The pool area needs a serious make over, leaves everywhere, dated sunloungers with dirty covers. The bbq needs to be dumped. Access through the front door was virtually impossible due to the overgrown trees at the entrance, this should gave been cut back.

Very disappointed with Eva the host. - location and size of property various things that were not there /not working or faulty or dirty.contacted host Eva re no key for safe/tv not programmed/no can opener/faulty bottle opener/shower door not closing/loose tiles on kitchen floor/outside shower un usable and filthy/pool light hanging in pool/no parasol/barbecue disgusting and unusable,host did programme tv /provided safe key after 3days/provided can /bottle opener rest no action, parasol evenually arrived but unusable as it did not fit base that was broken/my wife was unable to sit round pool due to no parasol got told to sit under tree area which was dark and dirty. Eva told us we had got the villa for price of an apartment.We paid the price asked and ther e were no indications that faults were to be expected. This spoiled the holiday for us but more so for my wife who had to sit under the canopy away from the pool area.Eva the host told us that the villa was being refurbished in May no consolation to us. It would be nice to get a response to this survey..

• Padraig (10/5): Amazing Villa with a beautiful view and excelent facilities. - Lovely property, plenty of space for all people staying there. The pool was heated on arrival and was very clean. Couldn't recommend this place enough. The owner was ready to help if there were any issues Only complaint is that the dishwasher door was broken, not a major issue as it still worked.

It provided good linen and towels including pool towels good showers and hot water. The tree over the gazebo which probably gives shade in summer constantly dropped its leaves and berries causing a bit of a mess when we were there(November)

• sarah (10/5): Wonderful with every single thing we could ask for !! - We couldn’t find a single fault in this villa . We were blown away from the minute we opened the front door . It’s was a perfect place to spend a week recharging our batteries !!! We had to leave and go home !!!!

• O'sullivan (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay in Casa Becker. It is a lovely villa, plenty space. Bedrooms are of a generous size. Outdoor area is really nice. Beautiful sea views from the kitchen and upper patio. It might be handy for anyone travelling with small children to know: - there are really good black out shutters in each bedroom - the property can supply a cot and high chair. The travel cot provided was of a good standard, with a decent mattress. - there's a set of double doors that separate the bedrooms and bathroom from the living/kitchen /dining area. This was brilliant when children were sleeping. - The pool is heated. It's not too deep, an adult could comfortably stand in most of it. There are a set of steps that our toddler enjoyed sitting on and splashing. - The property is a bungalow and generally accessible, apart from two steps up to the kitchen area, and five steps down to the pool area. - There's a lovely big entrance hall, with lots of space parking up buggies and baby paraphernalia. - There's loads of storage, so it's pretty easy to baby proof and move stuff out of reach. - Lidl is a five minute walk away, and is flat most of the way. - As others mentioned, the walk to the villa from the new/old town is uphill. It's about 15 minutes walk from the main promenade in the new town. The hills aren't easy with a double buggy, but it's worth it for the facilities!
• Richard (10/5): Best Villa in Puerto del Carmen - Communication from the beginning with Eva was very good. Arrived at the villa and was greeted with water, juice, beer and fizz in fridge as well as a good supply of condiments for cooking! Best of all was the coffee machine which made fresh coffee with beans provided! The rooms were spotless with towels provided for bathroom and pool. Everything you needed for the kitchen was there and we cooked regularly. The beds around the pool were of high quality with retractable side tables ( brilliant) the pool was clean, heated and had a cover to keep warm in evenings. One of the best things was the entertainment system as we had a few nights in and the movie selection was second to none! I can’t recommend Villa Becker enough! We will definitely be back as soon as possible!

• Iswar (8/5): Enjoyable. Liked the view and pool area. - Space and pool.Near beach and centre city. Was up on hill found it a bit difficult especially walking up to it.Could not get WiFi connected.TV was available in one room only.No bathrobe and slippers.Had to request more towels .
• Emma (9/5): Perfect family stay - Casa Becker is a beautiful property, about 10 minutes walk uphill from the centre of Puerto del Carmen. It is so large and spacious with loads of wardrobe space, two big bathrooms, a really open comfortable lounge area with massive TV. The views of the sea are outstanding. The pool was great and really warm and a pool cover helped keep the heat in at night. The kitchen is really well appointed and the hosts left us some refreshments. Host was very responsive when we had any questions or issues. No shower gel or shampoo provided. The TV was tricky to work, but when we did get it working there were many international channels. Confusion over wifi password at the start.
• Sally (10/5): Best villa and host ever!!!! - Everything beautiful villa amazing pool lovely welcome gifts of beers fizz food bits full coffee machine beds so comfy showers lovely and hot massive villa very spacious our host was fantastic nothing was too much trouble and so lovely we had the best family holiday. Fair walk to centre and a few uphill on return but nothing a fit family couldn't handle Absolutely nothing everything was perfect

• Shell (10/5): Lanzerote for Christmas - A brilliant villa right in the heart of Puerto del carman, between the old town and the seafront. The back pool area was gorgeous (although we couldn't use the pool as often as we'd have liked due to a heating issue) despite this we still had a wonderful time and Eve was very accommodating and gave us some money off in return. The villa was spacious and very luxurious, we would definitely book again. Nothing it was perfect (pool issue aside) we had a great stay

Location perfect, short walk to playa chica(hill back, a good challenge), lots of great restaurants close by and lidl a stones throw away. . Enjoyed the pool and sea view. Host very pleasant to deal with. Strongly rate villa for comfort also.
• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fabulous week in Casa Becker, house was so comfortable, equipped with everything you could possibly need (fantastic hair dryer too), and the whole house is so stylish, it was hard to leave the house and go out. Our hostess Eva, was very welcoming, and helpful. The pool was fantastic, and a lovely touch with the welcome pack too 👌much appreciated. 5 minute walk to shops, 8 min walk to main promenade. We highly recommend, and we will return again. We have visited Lanzerote many, many times, and this is our favourite spot so far. Can't find any fault at all
