- Norberto (10/5): Great place, great location, wonderful stay!! - Very comfortable and very well set-up. Had everything we needed. The sauna is a plus! Great location, just 2 blocks from bus stops and a 15 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate (subway). Felt very safe in the area when coming back at night (we were 3 generations of women traveling alone, so this was something important to us). There was confusion when trying to access the apartment on arrival (we arrived in the evening); we were informed the wrong access code to the lockbox and were not able to get in touch with the staff quickly enough. This did cause us quite a bit of stress for a while. Another item was that there was no explanation about how to use the sauna but the staff responded very quickly when asked.
