Room and Toilets was small specially the shower area....the view from the balcony was horrible with outside of some old building which was very poorly maintained...AC was slow to cool the room which need attention....no large mirrors in the room which is a must need .....

• Pam (5/5): Great location but wouldn’t stay again - Great location and breakfast Staff very friendly The rooms were very small. The AC on my first night poured water onto me while in bed and soaked the mattress and bedding. No compensation was provided but I did ask to change rooms. AC was also very cold and blew onto beds. This was uncomfortable and a problem for my granddaughter- she was unable to fly after staying 2 nights which interrupted our family holiday I booked this hotel as it said there was a cot available- this wasn’t so.

• Agnieszka (5/5): Mało plusów - Bardzo sympatyczny młody chłopak pracujący w hotelu, zawsze uśmiechnięty i grzeczny. Pierwszy hotel w Ho Chi Minh, w którym na słowo uwierzono mi że nie korzystałam z mini baru, podczas check out nikt nie sprawdzał czy czegoś czasem nie ukradłam. W poprzednich hotelach liczyli kapcie, które przecież powinny być jednorazowe. Pokoj był mały jak na 3 czy 4 osoby. Wszędzie było za gorąco.

• Kelly (5/5): For the price of this hotel, I expected more modern facilities especially the room and bathroom, and better attention to - The room was spacious. The dining area was clean. The bathroom was very small for a room with two king beds. The sliding door to the stand up shower did not even close all the way. It left a 3-inch gapping space where water splashed out and wetted the floor. I informed the hotel about the shower door and an employee came to inspect. After a 2 second glance at the door and no attempt to fix, the employee said “yeah that’s as much as it can close” and walked out without an another word. I eventually informed the front desk about my experience and disappointment, they apologize and assured they will retrain that employee. All the furniture in the room are outdated. The recessed lights in the room were a bit dark and had two different tones, white and yellow, which can strain the eyes. Overall, a general lack of maintenance of the room.

• Judy (7/5): Passable mais l’emplacement compense - Clairement , le point fort de cet hôtel est son emplacement d’où le Ben Thanh Market est accessible en 10’, le Saigon Market en 15’ et le Palais de la Reunification en 20’. Autre aspect positif : un petit-déjeuner assez varié servi par des garçons forts sympathiques. J’avais réservé 5 chambres avec fenêtres et 2 nous ont été attribuées en pièce morte . Pour moi : engagement non respecté . Par ailleurs , ménage fortement négligé : propreté de surface loin d’être satisfaisante dans les chambres . Note globale : 5/10.

• Christine (7/5): Empfehlenswert für kurzen Aufenthalt - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotz viel befahrener Straße ist im Hotel selbst nichts davon zu hören. Das Zimmer ist klein und das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber. Das Frühstück bietet sowohl asiatisch wie auch europäische Optionen und war lecker. Somit ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Leider konnte der Tresor im Zimmer nicht genutzt werden. Es gab ein Problem mit einem Abflussrohr in der Decke des Frühstücksraums, was zu einem unangenehmen Geruch in diesem Raum führte.

For a place advertised as 4-star, not having an iron for clothes is unheard of. I've even seen them in 2-star hotels where they're brought from reception.

The room is clean and not small, it was me and my son, we had 2 queen bed, 4 suitcases, that was enough space. The breakfast starts from 6:30, most of the tours are starting at 7 AM. That helps us. The breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and polite. They are speaking a little English. I would recommend that hotel definitely

There were stains on the sheets and I asked for them to be changed and they were changed to another set of sheets with stains. The trash wasn’t emptied from the last people that stayed there. Breakfast was terrible.
