• SOOJIN (10/5): - 이 숙소 덕분에 피렌체에 대한 이미지가 세련된 도시로 기억될 것 같습니다. 피렌체에서 우피치 미술관 다음으로 좋았던 장소예요. 숙소 근처에는 훌륭한 젤라또집과 에스프레소 바가 있었고 버스를 타고 10-20분안에 주요 관광지를 모두 갈 수 있었습니다. 집은 넓고 창문를 열면 시원한 바람이 통과하고 햇살이 눈부시게 쏟아지는 테라스가 있는 너무 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 피렌체에서 이 숙소에서 머문 순간들이 모두 좋아서 여행지를 둘러보기보다 숙소에서 햇살을 쬐면서 피렌체를 느끼는 것도 좋은 선택이였었을 것 같습니다. 없습니다 :)
• Francisco (8/5): - Very well equiped apartment with all the amenities needed for a longer stay in Florence. Location is outside the tourist busy streets from the old town - but still not far away which is great. Excellent restaurant options nearby The noise from the cars in the street in front of the building gets quite loud at night. Sometimes there was a bad smell coming out from the shower drain.

• Jess (10/5): - The location was almost directly into the city and was walking distance from pretty much every single landmark or sight we went to. Our group were impressed by the amenities provided and the quality of the rooms. Nothing could of been better!
• Γιωργος (10/5): - Ωραία γειτονιά πεντακάθαρο και μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα... γυρίσαμε όλητην florentia με τα πόδια καθώς ήταν αποσταση περίπου 20 με 25 λεπτά από όλα τα σημαντικά μέρει.
• Pizana (9/5): Bel appartement bien équipé, nous recommendons ! - L’appartement était spacieux, lumineux, avec la climatisation, bien équipé pour une famille de 5 personnes. Le goût de l’eau du robinet avait une forte odeur et n’était pas très bonne.
• Enjoyou (10/5): Super ubytování kousek od centra - Bydlení ideální pro 5 osob. Odpovídá přesně popisu, jedna ložnice má 3 postele, gauč v obýváku pro 2 lidi. Cca 20 minut chůze od centra, přes skvělou čtvrť plnou malých barů a kavárniček, bezpečno, což pro nás bylo stěžejní. Dole v budově krásná italská kavárna s tím nejlepším pistáciovým croissantem:-) Vybavená kuchyň, koupelna úplně v pořádku, snesla i 5 holek) určitě doporučujeme! Všechno odpovídalo popisu.
• Paivi (10/5): Exceptional - Casa Spritz is a wonderful apartment: spacious and light with a nice interior design. The big balcony has a beautiful view. We were a group of five and had good space to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is even a laundry machine. The location is just outside the hectic old town but still within walking distance and also with good bus connections to stations. The neighbourhood is nice and calm with some restaurants and shops. All in all we had a great time here and highly recommend this place! Alberto was a very helpful host and available when we had questions. The only downside is the online access key to the building. Only the person who made the reservation had the link so we had to stay together at all times to have access to the building. In the end this wasn't a big deal for us.
• Anonymous (8/5): Great - We couldn’t get in the front door to the Accommodation this needed a key and there was no one on reception luckily after about 15 minutes someone went into the block which meant we could go up to the apartment and get the key to get in Of this hadn’t oh happened I’m not sure what we would of done. The air conditioning didn’t work nor did the safe in the room which was disappointing I tried to contact the accommodation but never got a Reply on these matters. It was quite a noisy area and lots of mosquitoes on a night as we had to open windows due to no air conditioning

• Hassan (8/5): Recommended for a calm stay ! - The building was well maintained. The property was very well equipped with all needed facilities and electrical appliances. The decor is very stylish. It has a beautiful balcony. The apartment is suitable for a family of 5. There is a nice breakfast restaurant in the same building . The area is nice and calm. The location is far from the main square, attractions and train station . We took the bus from the train station and it took us 7 bus stops to reach the property.
• Claire (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay here - A little walk would bring you to the centre of Florence, but you could enjoy the peace and quiet of an evening on the balcony. Host was very accommodating when we arrived a little early
• Celina (10/5): a beautiful apartment in Florence - A beautiful accommodation: from the balcony to the interior to the entryway of the residential building. Very nicely furnished. The apartment was specious, the kitchen very well equipped. There is a supermarket around the corner, as well as cafés and some restaurants. Walking into the city barely takes you any time. The building superintendent was very helpful, as well as the people we talked to over the phone who managed our stay. We felt as if English was not perfectly sufficient enough to work around some problems we encountered before check-in. We were lucky, however, that one of us spoke Italian, as this helped us with communication.
