• Carolin (10/5): - Es war einfach alles toll. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, das Essen total lecker und der Strand sehr nah. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
• Anıl (9/5): Harika konum ve kahvalti - Konumu direkt sahilde ve plajlara cok yakin. Hemen giris katta kaldim ve cok rahat ettim. Sabah kahvaltilari cok guzeldi. Ekstra her seyi sunuyorlar. Sabaha mutlu basliyorsunuz. 6 gun kaldim ve iki defa odam temizlendi ancak surekli ayni lekeyi gorunce degisiklik yapilmadigini fark ettim. Hemen yetkiliye soyledim ve hizlica aksiyon aldilar. İhtiyaciniz olan her seyi paylasabilirsiniz.

• Dagmar (10/5): - The owner was very friendly, welcomed us with home made raki. Rooms are modern and well equipped. Amazing bathroom (proper shower is not sth you meet in every accommodation in Albania :D). Breakfast was excellent and very big!

Es un hotel q no está adaptado para ir en invierno, y aunque el baño no dispone d calefacción, con el aire acondicionado en modo calor se calentó rápido

• Tania (9/5): Super comfy room with fabulous family run in-house restaurant! - The welcome - only the gorgeous cleaning lady was onsite when we arrived, she warmly greeted us & made us a tea/coffee in the restaurant before taking us to our room. Room was clean, comfy & modern. The bathroom was a decent size & the shower was fabulous. Great location - easy walking to the beaches, bus stops to Butrint & Sarande, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Small courtyard off room was perfect for leaving sandy shoes, wet swimmers & beach towels. The onsite family run restaurant was a bonus for dinner - good variety of traditional food at reasonable prices in a garden like setting but fully covered. Breakfast was good - Note Nescafe is served with breakfast but you can order & pay for an espresso so not an issue. The breakfast moved to buffet service from table service after the first morning (as it was busier with guests - this was both practical & logical) flagging we would have benefitted from an earlier arrival as not much hot foods still available by 9am.

• Mathias (5/5): - Locatie is top en de eigenaren vriendelijk. Wij waren dubbel ingeboekt, waardoor we eerst een kleinere kamer kregen en de nacht nadien een oud appartement voor een gezin, wat ik nooit geboekt zou hebben. Uiteindelijk hebben we korting gekregen bij het afrekenen, maar jammer genoeg pas na dat we het zelf gevraagd hadden.

• Ladislav (10/5): - Zaca hotel is owned by a sweet and caring Zaca family, they also own a restaurant near the hotel where they serve authentic Albanian cuisine. In Ksamil there are many restaurants on each step but we haven't found any similar authentic Albanian, Zaca was the best. The breakfasts were great and varied, they offered a variety of Albanian cakes each day. The Zaca family (Fation, his wife, children, parents, cousin) made us feel like at home, and gave us all we needed - the same is true also for the cleaning staff. Thank you.

• Emmanuele (8/5): - Great position. Great breakfast and everything is new and modern. There was an issue with the rooms reservation but it was quickly solved. Only negative on breakfast is the coffee quality (instant coffee... it could at least have been a coffee filter!)

• ARTSIOM (10/5): - Все было великолепно, нас приняли как родственников, мы заселились раньше в чистую, уютную комнату, в комнате пахло чистотой, было все что нужно, балкон в тени, ванная комната чистая и комфортная, кровать удобная, есть одеяла) Завтраки отличные, никто не ограничивает тебя одним жареным яйцом, как в других домах. Фрукты, выпечка, запеканки, кофе, сок. ЗАвтрак не убирали, пока все гости отеля не поедят, это очень приятно, можно выспаться) Хозяину и его семье ещё раз спасибо за помощь во всем, трансфер, советы, угощения. И главное вилла находиться в очень удобном месте, все рядом, пляжи, рестораны, магазины, обменный пункт, но в тоже время тишина и красивая территория.

• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - An excellent hotel on the Albanian Riviera with comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, and car parking. The beach is just a few meters away. I highly recommend it!

Good breakfast not a real hotel, run by guest house nearby, where breakfast is served outside, inconvenient in Winter. Ksamil is almsot closed down in Winter, had to drive far for dinner
