• Timmy (5/5): A bit of wear & tear - This is actually my first bad or average review I am about to give in all the years I have been using booking. The host was responsive when we needed an iron, towels, ironing board or toilet rolls. It is in an excellent location and it was quiet in the evenings. Great potential here if it was maintained 100% to use as a base in this beautiful city. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby and tram line 2 (Vanasadam stop)is only around the corner from the apartment. The pictures on the site are obviously when the apartment first came to the market but I have attached pictures to show: Leaks from the air con on to the floor and bed. The washing machine was broken and we stayed for a week and at no stage did anyone look at it. A press handle was left on the sink. There was a rip on the chair. The wheelie bins are outside the window and the smell with the warm weather wasn't pleasant and there was a dead rat outside it one morning. The bottom of the front door was damaged. The main bed cover had holes and marks on it. A coat hanger had a handle missing by the front door but on the wall near it, it had a makeshift item plugging the mark in the wall. I am highlighting these issues because the small print when booking this apartment states a damage payment necessary if deemed the tenants done something wrong. The host would never reply to their number on WhatsApp when I highlighted the above issues but she did reply to most when I messaged on booking. The 2 single beds that you go up a ladder to are only suitable for kids or teens that would find it adventurous.
• ÇİFTÇİOĞLU (7/5): - Tesis bulunduğu semt olarak limana ve eski şehir merkezine yakın. Yataklar rahat temiz banyo temiz. Fakat şöyle bir problem var koridorlara çamaşır asıyorlar otel konseptinde bir yer beklemeyin. Sadece bir gecelik oda tutup yatmak için ideal ama daha fazla kalacaksınız güvenlik yönünden diğer dairelerde göçmenler kalıyordu ve bu bizi biraz korkuttu. Farklı kişiler sizden sigara vs. isteyebiliyor kapıda. Daha güvenlikli bir yer olmasını isterdim.

• Roelof (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartement in a great location between the city centre and the harbour. Some bathroom amenities are provided by the host and its very clean everywhere. I'm very happy to have stayed here and for this price it's an incredible quality Nothing!

• Olga (3/5): Poor - Very bad accommodation, there are not 2 bedrooms at all, as stated in the description. There is one small room and two mattresses on the floor where you can climb a ladder. Totally unsuitable for older people or children. This accommodation cannot be recommended. The rating doesn't match at all, and it's expensive.

I would recommend this place for young people. Currently it is noisy from early morning till evening due to construction around the house

• Simon (10/5): Excellent location and value for money - We were catching an early morning ferry to Helsinki so the location was perfect. Check in details were sent on the morning of arrival and entry was with a key card which was in a locked key box outside the property. The directions and photos sent made it easy to find and simple to get in. The apartment was very spacious, a superking size bed, a bed settee and 2 mezzanines with additional beds to sleep 4 more people. The room was warm, the bed was comfy, the bedding and towels fresh and clean and the bathroom looked brand new. Despite the apartment facing the road on one side it was very quiet, we slept very well and were refreshed for the morning. The location was only a short walk to Tallinn old city and 5 minutes to the ferry terminal. The host answered my messages within minutes and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Tallinn, the location is perfect for sightseeing and excellent value for money. Thank you and 5 Stars. No negatives at all

It was little bit hard to find the place at first, because the google navigation showed us the next building, but we were able to contact the owner and it was all good.
