• Peter (5/5): Good location, but would not recommend - Location. Everything except the location. We booked this property because it listed luggage storage as an option (we were arriving in Rome early in the morning); however, when we requested this service, it was declined, which was disappointing. When we checked in at 4pm, the room had not been cleaned (dirty sheets and dishes, dirty bathroom). This resulted in a 2hr delay before we could check in properly. The host said they might be able to waive the tourist tax but this offer did not eventuate. Aircon and fridge barely work. Pretty poor experience.
• Hitching (3/5): - Location was good Not value for money. We knew 2 others who were staying within 200 meters of where we were staying. Both their places were much nicer for less money. It took me an hour to figure out how to unlock the door for the first time. The lock was old and needed a lot of key jiggling. The shower didn't drain. Brackets were not fastened to wall properly. The door entrance was covered in graffiti. I will never be staying here again

• Pilar (6/5): Great location but room is a bit old - Location is excellent It was clean but the room looks old and rundown. Shower was blocked, soap holder had mould on it. The location is fantastic right in the middle of Trastevere but the place seems overpriced for what is in offer
• Genesis (10/5): Si buscas en Trastevere te lo recomiendo ❤️ - La ubicación fue ideal porque iba caminando a todos lados desde allí. Alfonso es muy amable y atento. La habitación es amplia, muy limpia, la cama muy cómoda, buena iluminación natural, sin problema de agua caliente. Nos dejaron infusiones y café instantáneo que se agradece también. La señora que limpio la habitación cuando llegue fue muy amable y atenta, valoro mucho su trato y cortesía. El único detalle es que me dieron la información de entrada al hospedaje el mismo día ya apenas llegando a Roma cuando me habían dicho al inicio cuando reserve que sería un día antes, por ende estuve llamando y escribiendo un día antes y nadie respondió. Pero una vez que se comunicó todo excelente, ya como se como funciona volvería a reservar aquí y lo recomendaría porque realmente me gustó.

• Sara (8/5): Ideal location, big issues with communication - The best thing about this place is the location. The bars and restaurants of Trastevere are right on the doorstep. It’s around 30 minutes’ walk to St Peter’s Square and 40 minutes in the other direction to the Colosseum. We had a huge problem with communication. Even after we’d arrived in Rome, the owner still hadn’t made contact to give me the instructions for getting to the property. He ignored my email communication the evening before we arrived and my increasingly desperate phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages on the day of our arrival. It meant we got the wrong train and we were actually in the process of booking a different apartment when he finally got in touch. Also, be aware, this is actually one en-suite room in a shared apartment. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable with a lockable door but I wouldn’t have been comfortable staying there on my own as a single woman with a stranger in the other bedroom in the same apartment. Mainly the room was very clean but there were hairs in the bidet 😕 Also, be aware that you need to ask if you want twin beds or the sofa bed making up. We weren’t advised of that and so had no sheets for the sofa bed on day one.

• Julie (9/5): The location was excellent for the price - Great location and clean. Great Value. Host was especially accommodating regarding my early check-in. I was allowed entry to leave my bags and was able to have 5-6 six hours to explore the Janiculum. The property was a perfect location. Quiet area and so close to the heart of Trastevere and across the Tiber to Campo di Fiori.

• Andrei (1/5): The set includes a "Gorgeous" view from the window. - The booking was for 4 nights. The heating in the apartment did not work and we agreed with the owner (Alonso) that I would move to another apartment for two nights. He promised to refund me for two nights, but he lied. He did not refund the money, Booking does not want to do anything in this situation. Beware of Alonso. The photo of the apartment shows a large bathroom - this is not true, the photo is from his neighboring apartment. This apartment has a microscopic bathroom with a micro shower. There is black mold on the walls in the shower and in the room.

• Maria (10/5): Clean, quiet, close to public transport, the center, bars and restaurants. - The property is in the heart of the most charming and picturesque neighbourhood in Rome. It’s close to wonderful restaurants and bars, very accessible for public transport and so close to the center and the sights. It’s in a quiet street. The room was clean and spacious. The host was incredible attentive and always ready to assist. I definitely recommend! Nothing to complain about.

• Duan (9/5): Fantastic stay, highly recommended! - Spacious room in the heart of Trastevere! Close to lots all local restaurants and bars, excellent location. It also has a nice rooftop overlooking the city. Highly recommended 🫶🏼 I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like it but the bathroom/toilet area was small.
• Hannah (8/5): Very good - We had a short but lovely stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and big and the shower had amazing water pressure.
• Yulia (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, new facilities in the room, comfortable bed, pleasant and friendly host, nice roof. Equipment in the mini-kitchen was too weak - no micro, no knife. But when I asked for plates and cutlery - host brought it immediately.
