• Sara (10/5): Would totally come back - Everything, but mostly the host!! He was incredible, we arrived late but we were able to eat at his pizzeria (amazing btw - the best I ate in Naples) The apartment was great, very clean. Everything was good!

• Britta (8/5): Praktische Untetkunft, um Neapel zu erkunden - Die Lage war sehr gut fùr uns, fußlàufig erreichbar vom Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Alles super ordentlich und ssuber. Praktische Unterkunft, um Nrapel zu erkunden. Die Töpfe passen teilweise nicht zum Induktionsherd und sind daher nicht nutzbar. Die Badezimmertùr (Falttùr) ist sehr laut. Wenn man am Abend ankommt, ist der Zugang doch etwas unheimlich in der engen Gasse.

• VMegna (7/5): Suficiente para una visita express por Napoli. - El departamento es bien, sencillo para familia de 4. Esta bien ubicado para recorrer y para acceder desde la estación central de Napoli (aunq hay q andar unos 10/15 minutos) el barrio puede dar algo de miedo pero en verdad es tranquilo y no ocurrió nada extraño. Subir 3 pisos por escalera con el equipaje o después de un largo día de caminata fue duro, si bien pudimos hacerlo no lo recomiendo para gente mayor o con dificultad en el andar. La puerta del baño al ser plegable hace que uno pierda algo de privacidad.

• Federica (8/5): Bello soggiorno Napoli👍 - Posizione centrale e particolare dove si può vivere la quotidianità. Vicolo vecchio come l'edificio ma il bello è stato proprio questo. A pochi passi dal Mercato di Porta Nolana e 15/20 minuti a piedi dai quartieri spagnoli e da Piazza Plebiscito. All'interno tutto ristrutturato e ben arredato. Ventilatore top e aria condizionata tutto funzionante. Divano letto comodissimo Balcone piccolo ma caratteristico Bagno e soprattutto doccia davvero piccola. Con qualche kg in più sarebbe davvero difficile entrare in doccia. Letto matrimoniale lato sx sfondato e scomodo. Si dovrebbe investire sulla sostituzione del letto matrimoniale.

• Kinga (10/5): - Bardzo czysty apartament. Właściciel miły i pomocny. W apartamencie wszytsko czego potrzeba. Potrzebowaliśmy nagle noclegu że względu na anulowany lot i po godzinie od rezerwacji mogliśmy się już zakwaterować. Bardzo polecamy. Przejściówka do gniazdka nie działała dobrze, wiec trudno było obsłużyć kuchenkę czy wyruszyć włosy bo się rozłączała. Ale to drobiazg i poradziliśmy siebie. Poza tym wspaniale!
• Sara (9/5): Good value for money and location - Communication with Mauro was excellent and he was very accommodating. The apartment is located close enough by foot to the main touristic spots of Naples without being in a busy/noisy area. The room is big enough to comfortably open suitcases and not be cramped. Good value for money. As other reviewers mentioned: soundproofing is not great (as expected from an old historical building) and the toilet is missing the bowl. We found the bathroom sink a bit uncomfortable because it's very small but it's alright otherwise unless you're a very big person.

• Hardy (8/5): Great place to stay in Naples! - Perfect location, very close to city center. Easy to find, with clear instructions from the owner. The apartment is bigger than it seems in the pictures! Seems recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Functioning wifi and AC. Lots of pots in the kitchen are not compatible with the induction stove, including the coffee maker so it is useless... The window in the bedroom is very thin so you can hear everything outside! Thankfully it's a 3rd floor and not a main street ;) Some other minor inconveniences that can be easily solved : pillows too big, shower door doesn't close well, no kitchen towel, no bath mat

• Lyubomir_georgiev (9/5): Nice weekend in Napoli - Clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped and renovated. Very near to Duomo, Central station also in walkable distance. Attentive and responsive host. Really no complains. Just as advice to other guests- apartment is on 3th floor, no elevator, you have to climb some stairs.
• Ruben03 (7/5): Nice place, perfect for the budget - Lovely comfortable bed, nice TVs and kitchenette The apartment is newly refurbed and as such, all the furniture is nice and fresh! The water pressure is surprisingly very decent The cleanliness was of a really good standard. The hob in the kitchenette is induction but they give you a regular moka pot so it doesn’t work. The hot water didn’t work in the evening for a shower. The drains in the bathroom has an issue so the room smells. The house has some water in the fridge but they were unsealed, refilled bottles so we didn’t drink them The toilet for some reason, does not have a toilet seat.

• Anthony (10/5): EXCELLENT CLEAN QUIET UNIT AND EXCELLENT ATTENTION AND HELP FROM ITS OWNER MAURO ESPEDITO. - The owner, Mauro Espedito was super helpful in getting us in and making sure we were OK and comfortable. During our stay we had open communication with him and he would respond to our questions and needs. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We felt very protected as Mauro made sure we were OK and always responded to our needs as tenants. We highly recommend this rental and give a 10 for the owner Mauro Espedito. Very good unit and very good attention and help from the owner! We didn't find anything we did not like. Everything was very good abut this unit--we highly recommend it for its cleanliness and attentive and helpful owner Muaro Espedito.
