• Paulo (8/5): Recomendo. Muita organização e orientação no acesso ao apartamento - Limpeza e acesso a todas as comodidades necessárias O cheiro a esgoto na entrada do prédio e a falta de manutenção do jardim (estava um pouco desleixado)

• João (7/5): - O Facto das motas terem ficado na rua sem que houvesse problemas, supostamente o acesso ao bairro é condicionado e vigiado. Fez o propósito que foi apenas dormir. Cozinha e sala equipada.

• Aury2168 (10/5): - La casa está genial, todo muy cómodo, una gran terraza, y con todo lo necesario. La urbanización está muy bien y tiene varios bares muy cerca; aunque pilla un poco mas retirada para ir a La Línea o Gibraltar pero no está mal el camino. Fácil acceso, y buena comunicación con el propietario. Había mosquitos por la casa, aunque seguro es debido al tiempo, pero quizás unas mosquiteras vendrían bien.

The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen, three generous bedrooms, and a lovely terrace with sea views, you can even catch a glimpse of Gibraltar from the side. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our stay. Some parts are slightly aging, but overall in decent shape. When entering the appartement, we could smell odor, but luckily it was not noticeable in the appartement itself.

• Alena (8/5): Ubytování se dvěma koupelnami, poblíž Gibraltaru.. - Ubytování pro 5 lidí se dvěma koupelnami, což je velmi příjemné. Přístup do ubytování nás trochu vystrašil, ale uvnitř bytu bylo vše čisté a uklizené.

• Maxime (10/5): - l'appartement était vraiment parfait, très spacieux et avec un grand jardin de quoi se sentir dans une maison. tout était très propre et très bien agencé et pensé et de plus le propriétaire est parfait niveau explication et accueil. Dommage que nous n'étions sur le secteur qu'une seule nuit car l'endroit et calme et paisible avec en prime vu sur la mer et le rocher de Gibraltar de la terrasse

• manuel (9/5): - Muy tranquilo y espaciosos y a buen precio No es que no me gustase es que a priori parece que es más difícil acceder de lo normal, al ser una urbanización sin nombre de calles, pero esta todo bien y zona tranquila
• Cátia (9/5): - Casa espaçosa, com 3 quartos muito confortáveis, todos eles com ar condicionado. Tinha todos os acessórios necessários, tanto a nível de cozinha como toalhas, shampoo, etc. Espaço exterior muito agradável. O impacto inicial não foi muito agradável visto que a entrada do prédio se encontra bastante degradado e com humidade. Mas assim que abrimos a porta esquecemo-nos desta questão.

• Marcus (5/5): Close to Gibraltar, but dirty and behind barriers - Close to Gibraltar but far away from everything Loud neighbors. Flat was not clean (floor had dirt and crumbs, even bottle lids were on the floor. A two months old toast bread was in the drawer. Freezer was dirty. There is a barrier for entering the area and one has no code for opening it. We had to wait for another car opening it.
• Agata (8/5): - Apartament jest w bardzo cichej okolicy, bardzo przestronny, kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona we wszystko co otrzebne, łóżka są wygodne. Przed przyjazdem dostaliśmy wszystkie informacje dotyczące odbioru kluczy i dojazdu do apartamentu w formie filmików na WhatsApp co mocno nam ułatwiło dotarcie. Do najbliższego sklepu jest spory kawałek a do plaży też najlepiej jest dojechać samochodem.
• Martina (8/5): Good value for money - The apartment is very spacious, featuring two bathrooms and an outdoor area. It is exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Although the location is slightly outside the city center, it suited us perfectly as we were leaving early for our road trip. The instructions for accessing both the building and the apartment were clear and very helpful. There should be some improvement in the cleaning of the apartment itself, as well as better maintenance and cleaning of the access path to the apartment.
• Ole (5/5): - Plus on kitchen size and nice living room. Dangerous stairs. No lights in staircase. Rundown outside. Kitchen with pans, pots, plates and other. But nothing to grip hot plates and other from oven. Well you will need to bring almost everything you will need with you. Except what mentioned. Shower didn’t drain well. Door lock was a pain. But on the other hand a pretty nice living room and big kitchen. Nicely decorated.

• Maria Nicasia (8/5): - Es un apartamento muy espacioso, habitaciones, cocina y lo mejor su terraza con jardín. Bien equipado y muy cómodo En el portal tienes q bajar una planta para llegar al apartamento y el acceso es un poco oscuro y huele a humedad. Renovaría sábanas y toallas
• Roxana (10/5): Overall nice stay, helpful and responsive landlord, big apartment - The property was tidy and homely, nice little touches with bottles of wine/tea/coffee/cakes/milk/sugar/sweets for the kids was nice to have on arrival after a long journey! Garden was cosy and nice lighting of an evening and lots of space for the kids to play without being under the adults feet! Plus having a BBQ was a bonus! Air con in 30°C+ heat was a life saver and in all bedrooms and the lounge! Landlord was responsive and helpful and always replied almost straight away if we needed any help with anything! My Kid got stuck in the bathroom due to failure of the door handle, the landlord was round within 20 minutes and broke the door open to get her out! No ones fault just an unfortunate incident! Very glad for the speedy response and immediate help provided! Overall a nice stay, perfect for what we needed from our stay! Plenty big enough for bigger families king-size beds in all 3 rooms! Big wardrobes, shutters on all windows and doors to keep the light out! And in the same urbanizacion as a family member so perfect location for us. Even the neighbours were nice! Pool was cold, but not too cold that you can't use it, was nicer earlier on when it opens as its quieter as It does get busy Could be cleaner - microwave was dirty so we didn't touch it, cups/bowls needed a wash first. Nothing major though! Bed slightly uncomfortable, it was i believe a foam mattress and seemed new just wasn't to my taste unfortunately! The stairs and hallway to get to the apartment feel a bit 'shabby' light doesn't work on the stairs,

• BOUQUEY (7/5): Mauvais rapport qualité prix - Matelas très confortables. A moins de 20min du parking de la douane de Gibraltar. Hôte très sympathique. Accès facile avec boîte à clés. Manque franchement de vaisselles. Pas de passoire, pas de saladier…. Accès à l’appartement sale, le jardin est complètement négligé. Les chaises sont défoncées, le canapé aussi. Aucune porte des chambres ne ferme. Il y a eu un dégât des eaux et les portes et plaintes ont gonflé. Ça n’a pas été réparé. Pas de plan pour trouver la piscine dans la résidence. C’est dommage. Et pour terminer, 198 euros la nuit. Pour avoir louer 7 logements différents lors de notre roadtrip en Espagne, celui ci était le plus cher, et le moins standing. Il ne vaut pas le prix.

• Joseph (6/5): Pleasant - Bed was comfy, view was far but fair, AC was nice and cold, backdoor seating area very good, kitchen very clean Few cockroaches but to be expected, it's summertime. The shower tray flooded every time. There's a bit of damp problem throughout the apartment not a big deal, I'm allergic but for me I could still breathe, I didn't like coming back in the evening and its dark going down the downstairs and no light switch until your down, its a bit unsafe.

• Karen (9/5): A great place to stay with pets!! - We were met by our host outside the area and guided into the compound. He was friendly and very helpful and we appreciated his flexibility about our late check in following delays on our journey. The apartment was spacious , clean and comfortable. The fenced garden was a great advantage for the dogs to enjoy play safely.

The decoration is also a good point and well decorated because you really have the feeling to be in a home.

• Olha (10/5): just perfect! - I highly recommend these apartments - spacious, comfortable, with own garden. The hosts are incredibly friendly. A bottle of wine, sweets were waiting for us. In addition, when the owners saw that we had arrived with the dog, within five minutes they brought wonderful bedding and dog biscuits! Everything was perfectly clean, cal calm and comfortable.
