Guest Reviews
- Michael (7/5): - Very clean and comfortable recently renovated
Ease of parking
Shops and eateries in easy reach by car
Close to water and great walks Airconditioning was not adequate.
Maintenance required on small items...globes, batteries etc
- Tim (6/5): Good except for the poor plumbing/shower and terrible front facade to property. - Location for the purpose of the trip was perfect as was the convenience to takeaway meals and shopping precinct. Beds and entertainment units were good.Kitchen a little small but functional. I rate holiday units on amenities. The shower was terrible - no water pressure and when the shower was on the handbasin tap and kitchen tap dripped, despite being in the off position. Terrible plumbing. Bitten by possible flies/fleas on throw blankets left on couch.
- Poh yee (7/5): Great location and well-equipped, but persistent flies, low water pressure, and an all-or-nothing ho - Location was great, facilities were pretty good. On top of that, the amenities were well-equipped — fridge, washing machine, everything was there. Not too sure why, but since we arrived there have been heaps of flies every day. It's actually strange because the first day should be the cleanest, so there really shouldn't be any flies. On top of that, the shower head had very low water pressure, and because the host told us that if we shower for too long (as we are a family of 4, we could take longer time on showering) there would be no hot water, the four of us could only rush through our showers. Tasmania nights are actually quite cold. To make it worse, the temperature control was quite extreme — it was either hot or cold, with no warm/lukewarm option at all.

- Carina (10/5): Would definately recommend. - Loved everything about it! Great place to stay as a base to explore around Hobart.
- David (9/5): Convenient, comfy and peaceful - Great location to for day trips around Hobart. Very quiet and peaceful area. Everything you need is there which makes for a comfortable stay.
- Jane (10/5): We had a very relaxing stay. It was a quick journey into Hobart and back. Good communications from hosts and we would lo - We liked the attention to detail and lovely art. It was such a lovely, impressive surprise when we opened the front door!
Comfy beds, lovely bedding. The vacuum cleaner needs to be more efficient. We would have loved to have done a quick once over for you before we left.
We struggled to house our own dry foods. We had to fill up the bench space because there were no spare cupboards for us to use.
The fridge could’ve done with a wipe clean upon arrival.
- Daniel (10/5): Little bell had all the facilities for a short stay and break in Hobart. - Great location just out of the main city. Easy to get to and comfortable for a family of 4
- Judith (9/5): Really enjoyed the unit to be closer to the ferry and the code shops etc would have been perfect - Lovely unit very clean and comfortable For us it was atop far from the hear of Bellerieve
We did not have a vehicle and it was too far to walk for the things we wanted to do
- Valentin (7/5): Good location and clean - Good location, clean unit, easy to communicate with owners/property manager. Good view to Mt Wellington, got an awesome sunset Does not have a dishwasher mashine. For a family with kids its a hassle to wash everything.
A bit expensive, but lower than others.
- Tamsin (9/5): Much more than it appears on the outside! Modern and well equipped for a family stay! - Really well equipped kitchen with unexpected extras thrown in as well! Air fryer, blender were much appreciated! Comfy beds and clean and spacious bathroom. A little bit small for a long stay, however everything was very comfortable so can't complain.

- Nina (9/5): - The property was very clean with lovely decor, and had a good location. No dryer for clothes. It was hard to dry clothes on rainy days and cold weather. There was only one AC in the living room and the heat didn’t reach the bedrooms.
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfy and cosy apartment. Tastefully furnished. Appreciate the welcoming and effective communication from the hosts and the manager. Nice to find out that it was very close to a casual restaurant/ takeaway for that lazy night in! Pity we could not make use of the backyard due to the rainy weather as it would have been lovely to sit out. Thanks for everything!
