• Paulina (4/5): Good location but issues with cleanliness and maintenance - The location of this apartment is great, it's situated in the beautiful Triana district, making everything easily accessible on foot. We also appreciated having a Mercadona supermarket right next door for groceries. The view from the 6th-floor window was a definite plus. On our very first day, we were immediately confronted by a cockroach emerging from under the fridge. The apartment is located within the Resitur Hotel, which feels like a generally old and unrenovated building. Inside the flat, there was a persistent smell of dampness/mildew, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing — we found hairs and stains on the sheets. The toilet clogged on day one, but fortunately, after contacting the owner, it was fixed on the same day. Loose shelves in the wardrobe and too soft mattress. Also, the apartment definitely seems smaller than 40 square meters, and a thicker duvet would be a great addition as it got quite cold at night. I've lived in Sevilla before for a few months, so I know how it looks like there in general (with mold and cockroaches) but still, the apartment needs some improvements.

Tesise geldiğimizde ev sahibinin çalışanı tarafından karşılandık ve odamıza yerleştirildik. Çok yardımcı oldu. Tesis merkeze çok yakın olduğu için birçok yere yürüyerek gittik. Rahat ve sorunsuz bir odaydı. Teşekkürler.
