• Linda schwartz (9/5): - Yiannis var utrolig sød og opmærksom både før og under mit ophold. Dejlig lejlighed lige midt i Athen med alt lige uden for døren. Husnummeret på Booking stemmer ikke overens med det faktuelle husnummer så det var svært at finde det.

M-am bucurat de fiecare moment, iar experiența a fost completă datorită confortului - Mi-a plăcut foarte mult apartamentul pentru că a fost extrem de bine echipat — am avut absolut tot ce am avut nevoie și nu mi-a lipsit nimic. M-am simțit ca acasă pe tot parcursul șederii.

• Giulia Francesca (8/5): Piacevole weekend ad Atene - Posizione centralissima, ottima per muoversi a piedi verso tutti i punti di interesse. Anche per uscire la sera vicino a tanti localini e zona comunque tranquilla e sicura. La camera ha anche un terrazzo con tavolino e sedie per poter mangiare anche all’esterno. Yannis gentilissimo, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, molto accogliente e alla mano.

• luminita (10/5): Perfect studio, wonderful host - Excellent studio in a great location, close to all the main attractions of Athens, including cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed plus a very beautiful balcony. Yannis, the host, is superkind and and very helpful. Thank you once again, Yannis! We recommend your appartment with great pleasure.
• Alan (8/5): Would definitely recommend. Great stay! - Location was great. Had everything we needed and snacks were a nice bonus. Host was really friendly and helpful. Minor point but when using shower couldn’t avoid getting floor in bathroom wet as well. Not a problem though.

• galit (9/5): דירה חמודה ומארח מצוין, במיקום מעולה - מיקום מעולה הכל במרחק הליכה, הרבה מסעדות וברים ואוירה כיפית. יאניס מארח מצוין נחמד וזמין. היה כיבוד בחדר וקפה טוב. יש בחדר כל מה שצריך והכי טוב היתה המרפסת שישבנו בה בבקרים ובלילות המיטה רכה מדי ולא נוחה. הזרם במקלחת חלש מאד. השמיכות והמגבות לא מספיק טובות. רעש הבליינים ברחוב בלילה מצד אחד כיפי מצד שני לא נותן לישון…

• Marco (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto, tornassi ad Atene non avrei dubbi a scegliere nuovamente questo appartamento. - Posizione perfetta, comodamente raggiungibile dalla metro e in pochi minuti a piedi si ha la possibilità di raggiungere i punti di maggior interesse. Appartamento perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, proprietario gentile e disponibile, soluzione ottimale se si soggiorna ad Atene. Nulla, a mio parere il soggiorno è stato perfetto.
• Mark (10/5): Brilliant apartment in great area - Great location, 5 minutes walk from Monastariki and Plaka, loads of restaurants and bars around but still quiet to get a good sleep. The balcony was a great space to sit and relax. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend. Nothing.
• Tariro (8/5): Good Athens stay - The apartment is in a great location close to the train station ,buses and walking distance to many areas. The bed was comfortable,the studio has everything you'd need for a stay and there's a nice balcony. There are many appliances available and it's clean.Overall, it's a good place to stay in Athens and I would definitely recommend it. Just a couple of things, but they didn't ruin my stay ; -The door was tough to unlock, takes some getting used to after a couple of tries. -if you have noisy neighbours you will hear them, the walls are thin. The area would get noisy at night but that didn't bother me as much as the noisy neighbours. -the toilet didn't have enough water to flush, I had to fill up the tank to be able to flush more than once a day - I think it should be listed on airbnb instead because there's no services like cleaning available (trash builds up, considering that toilet paper cant be flushed in greece, daily cleanup of the trash would be good) and fresh towels
• Alena (10/5): A great stay in an amazing location - The location of this apartment is fantastic - lots of great bars, cafes, restaurants in the surrounding area but also a very short walk to all the tourist hotspots. Perfect for a long weekend. Yiannis was super helpful during our stay and provided some great recommendations while we were there too. Room has everything you would need including air con. Lovely little balcony too! Nothing, we had a lovely stay.

Safe location, short walk to Syntagma and Monastiraki tube stations. Close to vibrant streets with cafés and restaurants. We recommend Lou wine and bar for wine tasting. Quiet appartment, well equipped. We did not miss anything. Comfortable beds. A/C at place but was not needed.

He left a complementary goodies like coffees, teabags, biscuits and cookies. He also sent us all the guidelines or instructions on what to do with the studio and aside from that even gave us recommendations. Plus the location of the place was so great! Nothing!

• Gordon (10/5): A perfect holiday in a perfect location, close to the city square and all historic sites - I liked everything about the property - (1) the spacious and well-furnished balcony; (2) the spacious room(s); (3) the great location in the restaurant area; (4) the kitchen with excellent appliances; and (5) in Athens' summer, the roomy bathroom and shower and good air-conditioning. Add to that a great host, Yiannis (who runs an electric bike shop on the ground floor) and you have the perfect place to stay in Athens. Everything was perfect. There was nothing to dislike.

Coffee machine and milk whipper appreciated, as were the snacks. There is no preparation area in the kitchen. Maybe a fold out table attached to the wall??

• Rachel (10/5): Great Apartment & Location - Great location close to all the main attraction areas of Athens. So many coffee shops and restaurants, you are spoilt for choice. The apartment is well equipped, we had everything we needed. We had snacks and drinks for when we arrived which was most welcome. The best part of this lovely apartment is the owner Yiannis. He is always quick to reply, so helpful and sent me lots of useful information and maps before we arrived. This apartment was such good value for money in a great location would highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable studio apartment with a balcony, and everything you need for a relaxing stay, after walking around Athens and seeing the many sites. Great host very helpful and looking after our luggage after check out meant we could still enjoy our last day as we had a late flight. Everything was perfect, thank you.

Yannis is super helpful. He gives you all the details and information you will need. Contactless and easy check in. There was umbrellas available in case you need, juice in the fridge and cookies. Mattress way to soft, worn out bed linen and duvet cover.
