Andy (8/5): Overall enjoyed our time there and would stay there again - Spacious for a family. Great location and easy walk to popular food and shopping places. Rooftop pool was great to cool off after a day around town. It seemed as though they are building a new pool bar. That would be great to have for the next visit Would definitely benefit from room updates/upgrades. Mainly the bathrooms as they look tired and not very clean.

Huyen (2/5): The room was not the same as the picture. Dirty and not thing work, burners, air conditioner, smoki - I am not very happy. The room wasn’t as the advertised room. You were fault advertised. It’s $80/1 that could go really far while my room was dirty, the burner did not work, no air conditioner for days plus leaking by turning on air conditioner. I called the property owner but did not get response. Booking, I am traveling outside of the US. I booked the hotel through you because I trusted you. Unfortunately, you guy have done zero work instead through me in a terrible room for a survival. This is really really bad. The room was horrible. I could smell smoking in my room. Your guy just charged then left me out there. The room wasn’t as the picture. No air conditioner, the burner did not work. It was leaking, water was everywhere. Also, I could smell smoking from my room. I am very disappointed. I want to know how your guy handle this instead of provide survey.. I paid for a higher price and expected comfortable. Room 6.1A need to be fixed before leasing to customer. I did not book that room. It should not be $80/1 without airconditioner, burner, and leaking (the water was everywhere) BAD. Booking.com you need to do something about my bad experiences with the room by booking through you. I paid and got stuck with it while the picture was totally different. I want to know why??? $80/1night could go very far in vietnam. I want to know where does my money go?? $800 vs you will lost my business forever and also the future customer.
