• Meltem (3/5): Shameful place throws your belongings in garbage! - Not much The location is not easy to reach. It is not possible to understand from booking.com explanation that both kitchen and bathroom are shared! Personal space is a small room. But the worst part was my son had a health problem and had to leave the room early. The room was ours and paid for for another 12 days until Dec 12th. We realized he had left sone belongings ın the room. When we went back and asked for those, we found out that most of them were thrown in the garbage! Some of them were found (brand new plates and teacups I had bought for my daughter) one out of 4 plates is gone and 2 other brand new items are missing plus his driver’s license was thrown in the garbage! They told our friend to look in the garbage for our brand new things! It is completely unacceptable!!

• Andreas (6/5): Gästezimmer in Mitwohn-WG - Der Mietpreis, das gepflegte Bad, die eingerichtete Küche sowie öffentliche PKW-Stellplätze vor dem Haus; Lidl& Edeka um die Ecke, Karlsruher Nahverkehr (200m), kostenloses Hallenbad (200m). Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine Art winziges WG-Zimmer, in das gerade so ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Stuhl sowie eine Stehlampe rein passen. Für einen normalen Tisch reicht der Platz nicht mehr aus. Zum weitgehend darin Wohnen fand ich es total ungemütlich und ist nichts für Klaustrophobiker (2,70m * 3,5m). Das private Zimmer ist eigentlich nur zum darin Schlafen geeignet. Das Zimmer befindet sich neben einem weiteren, etwas größeren Gästezimmer in einer zweigeschossigen Wohnung mit einer Dauermieterin im oberen Stockwerk. Bad & Küche scheinen nach dem Geschmack der Mieterin eingerichtet zu sein, die nicht die Vermieterin der Unterkunft ist. Das führt u. a. dazu, dass ich mich nicht wie in einer Ferienwohnung gefühlt hatte sondern als Gast in einer fremden Wohnung. Der hygienische Eindruck insbesondere der Küche entsprach auch weniger dem, einer Ferienwohnung für Reisende.
• Ingrid (6/5): - Die Lage war optimal für den Zweck meines Aufenthalts. Die Unterkunft hatte WG-Charakter, aber entspannt, da nicht alle Zimmer belegt waren. Wenn man vor dem Haus steht, weiß man nicht, wo man klingeln soll. Habe vorsichtshalber im ganzen Haus geklingelt und die richtige erfahren.

• Peter (1/5): Flopp - Gar nichts Wohnung war doppelt belegt und konnte daher nicht bezogen werden!!!Vermieterin war am Telefon sehr unfreundlich!!! Der vorangegangene Mailverkehr war unklar. Anscheinend hat Bookingcom nicht gewusst, dass Wohnung bereits zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt vermietet war.
• Aboud (2/5): Not recommended at all. Booked for 2 nights but I left after the first night. - It's a share apartment, the ceiling of the room is wood, when the person walks above, it was very laud. I couldn't sleep the whole night. I booked for 2 nights but left after the first night and I was not reimbused. I wonder how booking.com accepts and offer such facilities and do not stand to its client. Very bad experience.

The accommodation is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, but everything is easily accessible (Lidl and the train station are a 5-minute walk). And it's clean, simple (perfect value for money) and has everything you need.

• Elisabeth (1/5): Furchtbar! - Tatsächlich nichts Vermieterin war nicht da und 30Min abends und bei Regen nicht erreichbar. Danach sehr unfreundlich. Jemand anderes hat mich dann reingelassen. Ich hatte zunächst keinen Schlüssel für die Wohnung und mein Zimmer. Im Zimmer war kein Handtuch, auf Nachfrage durfte ich dann im Bad eins suchen. Es war dreckig und hat schlecht gerochen, das Zimmer hatte keinen Vorhang und die Matratze hat übel gequietscht. Alles in allem die schrecklichste Erfahrung, die ich je bei Booking gemacht. Achso, ja, und das Klo musste mit einem Eimer gespült werden.

The bedroom is very small (8 sq.m.), the bed creaks, it is not comfortable. the kitchen is fully equipped, but full of all kinds of other people's things another person sleeps in the attic, the ceiling/floor is wooden, you can hear any movement
