Ainhoa (4/5): Peor que desastre. - Muy a mi pesar lo único que me gustó del alojamiento fue la terraza aunque no la pudimos disfrutar porque éramos 2 y únicamente había 1 tumbona. En las imágenes se ven cojines y todo mas decorado, la realidad es diferente. La mayor parte ; imposible aparcar en los alrededores, el somier está roto, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, no hay TV, ni salón, la ducha no tiene cortina por lo que se moja todo, el edredón nórdico no tenía ni funda y estaba lleno de bolas, la nevera hacía un ruido insoportable y se escucha absolutamente todo lo que sucede en el edificio. La almohada daba miedo verla, sucísima.No lo recomiendo.
Vanagaite (8/5): - Labai gera vieta mieste, arti viešasis transportas, daug parduotuvių aplinkui ir kitų paslaugų. Šeimininkas atsakingai greitai išsprendė susidariusią problemą. Didelė erdvi terasa. Būtų didelis pliusas mikro bangų krosnelė ir virdulys. Visa kita - visai pakankama trumpai viešnagei.
Guest (2/5): Nem ajánlom. - A környék jó volt. Közel a metróhoz. A szállásadó nem tájékoztatott előre a bejutással kapcsolatban. Telefonon nem volt elérhető, csak üzenetrögzítő volt. Kizárólag e-mailben válaszolt. Nem volt kitakarítva mikor odaértünk. Kértünk paplant, mert ágyneműként csak lepedö volt (októberben). Harmadnapra hármunknak bedobtak a földre két koszos paplant a födre.

Francesco (6/5): - Ho soggiornato alcuni giorni in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ottima, in una zona tranquilla e piacevole, e la casa in sé è carina, con un bel terrazzino che rende il soggiorno gradevole. Tuttavia ho trovato la pulizia piuttosto superficiale: gli ambienti erano molto impolverati, in particolare bagno e cucina, e si percepisce che le pulizie non vengono fatte a fondo. Inoltre, in cucina mancano alcuni elementi essenziali, come una macchinetta del caffè e utensili di base utili anche solo per preparare un piatto veloce. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva per posizione e tranquillità, ma ci sarebbe sicuramente margine per migliorare la cura e la dotazione della casa.
pare (9/5): Foi muito bom custo benefício. - Confortável . Coisas básicas . Porém tudo que necessário.Pode preparar alimentação. Tem um cafeteria mesmo embaixo que tem tudo que precisa para comer. Recomendo estadia .anfitrião foi bem atencioso.
Xabi (6/5): Decente, pero con posibilidad de mejora. - El apartamento estaba bien. Equipado con cocina y una amplia terraza, luminoso y cerca de la boca de metro. El somier del colchón estaba roto, la cadena del váter no funcionaba correctamente y el wifi dejó de funcionar a partir del segundo día. Además, solo nos proporcionaron dos rollos de papel higiénico para una estancia de 5 días, por lo que el último día ya se nos había acabado.

Federica (4/5): Appartamento sporco e staff irreperibile - Al momento del self check-in ci è stato fornito un codice non corretto, per cui è stato impossibile aprire la cassetta contenente le chiavi per diverso tempo. Abbiamo individuato il codice giusto per pura fortuna, provando numeri a caso. I responsabili sono rimasti irreperibili per tutta la giornata, nonostante avessimo ripetutamente chiamato e scritto; alla sera, non si sono neanche premurati di contattarci per assicurarsi che fossimo riuscite ad entrare. Il giorno dopo hanno risposto in modo molto sgraziato e inadeguato al contatto con il cliente, affermando che per loro è procedura normale non essere disponibili in caso di bisogno, che capita spesso che gli/le ospiti abbiano problemi al check-in e se ne vadano e che non ritenevano di aver mancato nel loro comportamento di responsabili di una struttura. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un condominio vecchio e non ben tenuto. Era molto sporco, con macchie importanti su lenzuola, cuscini e coperte; non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di usarle, per fortuna le avevamo portate. C'erano strati di polvere e residui sul fondo di ogni cassetto, rimasugli di pane nel frigorifero. La doccia dichiarata non era una doccia, ma una vecchia vasca da bagno con un doccino, senza neanche una tenda o un separé. Nel flessibile del doccino erano incastrati dei capelli. È estremamente difficile trovare posteggio per l'auto nelle vicinanze, a meno di spendere 25€ al giorno per un garage lungo la via.
Marcelo Portero (7/5): Mejorar - Tienes varias líneas de autobuses eso está genial , justo abajo está una heladería exelente donde puedes elegir tres gustos desde 3.90€, no hay ruido, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, la terraza es muy cómoda...ah en los alrededores se puede comer una pasta deliciosa y también hay panadería la gente es muy amable Al hacer la reserva indicalos la personas que éramos con edades, sin embargo, al llegar, intentaron cobrarme una tasa turística que según ellos no la habían tomado en cuenta, por otra parte, se debería mejorar la comodidad de las camas sobre todo de la auxiliar demasiado pequeña e incómoda, es cierto que salimos de excursión a diario pero estaría bien la TV debido que llevas niños, el pie de ducha del baño es muy pequeño, y en verano la gente de la zona nos aconsejaron no estar por la calle porque es peligroso
Beki Q (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do metra. Na dole świetna i tania kawiarenka. Duży taras. Klimatyzacja, żelazko, suszarka. Przestronny. Brak normalnego noża w kuchni, czajnik zanieczyszczony w środku cały czarny. Pokój nie byl gotowy na godzinę zameldowania, był nieposprzątane. Po wiadomość do wlascicielki został posprzatany w ciągu kilku godzin.

Amanda (1/5): Horrible honestly Horrible - Honestly I didn't like anything The house was very smelly! The stove only uses 1 burner to cook! The hot water only lasts 2 minutes, and the water is already cold in the bathroom (NOT). This house was supposed to be there, and it's not even on booking. The conditions are horrible.The apartment is 1 star! It's absurd to say it's 4 stars. The house is all old, broken, dirty, filthy. My stay was horrible. When I arrived on the trip, I had to clean the house because it was in such a dirty condition. I arrived on the trip and spent 3 hours on the street waiting for the owner to help me get in (for those who are reading this comment, you already know). Bad place to stay Never again .
Tsang (5/5): Passable - They have good air conditioner. the hair dryer is weak, but it may burn you before it has iron on the edge. The heating for the system is too old. We need to wait for a long, long time to have hot water. The room only had 1/3 of the toilet paper when we checked in, so we asked the host to refill the toilet papers on the second day, but the host said there are no refill because we stay for short periods, so we need to find our own tissues. They provide the two adapter in the room, but one of them is not working.
Constantin (8/5): Roma, Via Gregorio XI - Good location, near the metro ( 5 min away). Large terrace. The host, Matteo was friendly. There was a smell in the apartment, specific to those with old furniture and ,maybe, a coffee filter it would be useful. :)
